Guest Reviews
- Ashley (2/5): - The only thing I liked about this place was the price. You get what you paid for. Was only in Ho Chi Minh for flight layover for less than 10 hours so thought this place would be an ok spot to get some rest since it seem like it was close by to airport and price was good. It’s in outskirt area, not where tourist goes. My driver had hard time locating it. Receptionist didn’t speak English. They claim to not have my reservation on file. I had email print out & my phone app confirmations that I showed it was paid. I had to call Orbitz which they called hotel while I was there to validate that it’s paid. She kept hanging up calls on them. I end up having to pay again for booking there. Orbitz said they’ll refund me. Just bad experience, not worth it. Stay away from this place!
- See (2/5): Complain room condition - First room that arrange for me i found 2 cockroach inside the room, and the window curtain full of dust and the second room that arrange for me i found that the bed rack can see many dust not clean and hair. All night feel irritating.no free mineral water provide.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staffs are friendly and can understand english. But in our 5 days of stay in the hotel, they only clean our room once. There is no breakfast because the bldg is under renovation (as what they told us) but they gave us money (33,000 dong each) for our breakfast.
- Rachel (2/5): Stay somewhere else - The hotel was filthy and had not been cleaned from the past person
The inclusion listed on expedia e.g. hairdryer were unavailable and the staff had no idea about transfers
The staff spoke very little English to be of assistance
The bed looked dirty and had plastic matress protectors that felt awful

- David (8/5): Its great place to stay at. Very close to airport - Room is good. Very close to airport and great local food just nearby. Price is reasonable I suggest in hiring a scooter it taxi to get around
- Chiang (8/5): - No restaurants nearby
- Verified traveler (6/5): - the hotel is very clean and confortable, the room was clean, the bathroom in good condition and the facilities were good. however the ubication of the hotel is not good, nearby there is only few restaurants buts the whole area looks residential and the touristic area is about 45 minutes in car so you will expend a lot of money using taxis or uber if you want to visit the main atractions in the city like museums or even arrange a trip. Furthermore any of the staff in the hotel speak english even a little.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Totally ok hotel - The staff were pleasant and attentive, but it was not always easy to understand their English. This is absolutely a ok place to spend a night or to. If you don't want to wade in other tourists, I can recommend this! During my days in this area I didn't see other tourists, delicious and liberating.
- Verified traveler (2/5):
- Patrick (4/5): You get what you paid for - This hotel is so cheap (~$13 SGD) so cannot expect much in terms of service or quality. The street I stayed on is quite run down and folks, except for those working at the hotel front desk, do not speak any English. The room is very small even though they were able to squeeze a queen size bed in the room, I was unable to open both doors of the closet because one of the door is blocked by the bedside table. The a/c was not working and the shower was broken, although the front desk did send a technician to come up and fix the shower and the leaking and broken tap for the wash basin. I stayed there for 4D/3N and not once did the cleaner came in to clean my room or offered to change my towels. I stayed there alone but this is obviously a cheap budget romping hotel for many young VN couples I bumped into.
The only plus point other than the price is the friendliness of the front desk female employees and the security guy.
- Erimus (2/5): Prisoner Cell Block H - The hotel had NOT ONE external window and no natural light in to the room. Being in the flight path was to be expected and we were fine with that, but were in the middle of nowhere and it seemed more like a hotel for locals passing through.
The rooms were advertised as no smoking but the bedhead had a burn on it as did the bedding.
We didn't dare look too hard in case we found something we really didn't like the look of.
Now don't get me wrong this is a budget hotel, the shower worked, the aircon worked as did the television but the total lack of natural light coming in and the only window being one directly into the hallway , albeit tiny and always open so you could hear first hand everyone and anyone making noises in the hall or smell smoking in this none smoking hotel.
If you're after somewhere to crash that is off the beaten track and don't want waking by sunshine or having any air circulate your room from anything more than a fan, then please stay here. If you have spent time in prison and enjoy feeling closed in , then this would suit you too.
The only positive I can bring is that the lady who seemed to work every hour under the sun on reception was nothing but helpful, friendly and assisted us in every way she could even with our lack of Vietnamese and her broken English.
We wont be staying again, sorry.
