Düzenledikleri yat turundan memnun kaldık. Fiyat performans oteli. Uygun dönemlerde tekrar gidilebilecek bir otel. Oda temizliği günlük yapılıyor ancak temizlik daha iyi olabilir. Yemekler genel olarak iyi olsa da sürekli aynı yemekler çıkıyor. Kahvaltı ve salata çeşitleri yetersiz. Plajı çocuklu ailelere uygun fakat deniz anası mevcut.

- Aurélia (8/5): Détente, soleil, snorkeling, bonne ambiance et excellente localisation ! - Une offre de repas est disponible quasiment toute la journée, ce qui est très appréciable. Il y a un large choix sur plusieurs restaurants. Le personnel est très chaleureux et attentionné. L'hôtel fait en sorte de proposer des animations pour tous les âges et a, au sein de son complexe, plusieurs sociétés partenaires qui proposent différentes activités (spa, excursion à l'extérieur, shooting photo, plongée sous-marine, supérettes, boutiques souvenirs, etc). Nous pouvons accéder aux 2 autres hôtels SunnyDays accolés, ainsi qu'à leurs services et équipements (wifi, piscines, restaurants), ce qui multiplie les choix. La chambre était confortable, avec une très belle vue la mer. Nous avions une chambre qui avait été récemment rénovée donc pas de commentaire particulier. La déco était récente et la chambre propre. Nous pouvons faire du snorkeling et de la plongée depuis l'hôtel, on y aperçoit de beaux poissons, raies et méduses. Les serviettes de plages sont à récupérer à un comptoir spécifique. Parfois il n'y en a plus et nous devons attendre 1h, car elles sont toutes prises d'assaut dès le matin.

- Milica (10/5): - Čistoća na vrhunskom nivou, veliki izbor hrane, ljubazno osoblje. Veliki izbor besplatih pića u baru na plaži-kafe, kokteli, sokovi, sladoled. Svakog da su bile organizovane razne animacije za decu i odrasle-plesni šou, predstava, crtani film.. Sobe su se čistile svakodnevno osim kada smo mi stavili znak da ne želimo da se očisti toga dana. Vc u lobiju uvek čist, osoblje jako ljubazno. Postoje 2 plaže, laguna i druga gde je otvoreno more. U otvorenom moru je bilo malo više meduza ali je voda toplija. Jako sam zadovoljna i preporučujem ovaj rizort. Ja sam uplatila aranžman u elite sobi sa pogledom na more, na recepciji su pitali sa koje strane želim da gleda na more i pogled je bio fantastičan!

- Mohamed (4/5): Séjour très décevant à cause d’un personnel peu professionnel, d’activités trompeuses et d’une clientèle irrespectueuse. - Abderrahmane, l’agent d’entretien était vraiment super sympa ainsi que les maîtres nageurs Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Certains membres du personnel fixent les femmes de manière insistante, ce qui est extrêmement gênant et pas professionnel pour un établissement hôtelier. J’ai également réalisé une activité safari avec une personne appelée M.o.u.s.t.a.p.h.a (M.o.m.o) , et l’expérience ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qui avait été vendu. On nous avait promis une activité exceptionnelle en quad, mais sur place il était interdit de filmer ou prendre des photos, et nous ne pouvions même pas profiter librement des quads. C’était très décevant et ressemble clairement à une arnaque touristique. La clientèle de l’hôtel est aussi irrespectueuse : beaucoup de personnes boivent excessivement, ne respectent pas les files au buffet à volonté et bousculent les autres clients. L’ambiance générale est désagréable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. The vibes are excellent, and I found the reception team to be very professional and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. While the stay was largely enjoyable, there were three specific areas regarding staff service that could be improved: Upon arrival, it took the bellman over an hour to deliver my luggage to the room. A more efficient delivery system would definitely improve the initial guest experience. I had a disappointing encounter at the beach bar with a staff member named Aly. He initially refused to serve me before the bar’s official closing time. However, after I noticed him serving a foreign guest immediately after me, he changed his mind and offered to help. This inconsistency made for an uncomfortable situation. On my final day, I visited the Italian restaurant for snacks before 5:00 PM. Although I had successfully taken a snack plate to-go the day before, the staff refused to provide a takeaway plate this time. Clearer consistency in how policies are applied would be very helpful for guests.

- Mariia (6/5): Grateful for everything but wouldn’t go again. - The reception staff and the cleaning staff is really nice. The spa was overpriced for what it offered. The woman at the front desk was very kind, but the massages themselves were average and definitely not worth the price. I had two different masseuses. The first, who was from Sudan, braided my hair twice during a 45-minute massage without me asking, which I found quite odd. They also didn’t close the curtains while I was changing, even though people outside could potentially see in, which made me uncomfortable. The second masseuse did a decent job, but immediately asked for a tip afterward and closely watched me at the reception, which felt awkward. I was also offered a complimentary 30-minute spa session due to a misunderstanding at the beginning. However, I only stayed for a few minutes because there were no other guests there, just around five staff members sitting around and watching me, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable, so I decided to leave. As for the food, it was mediocre. After about five days, I couldn’t really eat it anymore, and two out of the three people in my group had upset stomachs for most of the trip.

The staff are very good indeed and I think for a lot of people it would be a lovely Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and our room had a lovely view, but there were little things missing. Glasses even plastic ones in the bathroom, and some other bits and pieces. Lovely room Great staff Lots to do I didn’t like the food we hardly ate when we were there. The hotel isn’t great for people with mobility issues. We tried to book an à la carte and the walk was too much for us. We couldn’t go there the other issue we had was with the noise. There were lots of children and it was very noisy. Kids screaming in the corridors day and night. I don’t normally go all inclusive it didn’t suit me but to be fair there were a lot of very happy families there The spa wasn’t good The food was below average Lots of noise Not good for people with mobility issues

There are a lot of activities to keep you busy as well as nightly entertainment. We made friends and played volleyball. The location is great as it is near a padel court as well as multiple mini shops which I thought would be expensive but was actually cheaper than the ones on Sheraton road. The food selection is pretty huge and varied, but I am a foodie and was not extremely impressed, however you can't really expect too much when its for the amount of guests that are at the resort. We initially had an elite room and downgraded to be closer to reception and unfortunately the downgrade also seemed to be a downgrade in services as I did not find this side of the hotel as clean.

Check out saatimiz konusunda bize yardımcı oldu ve otelin her şeyinden yararlanabileceğimiz konusunda bilgi verdi. Room servis ve laundry çok iyi çalışıyor. Housekeeping işini güzel yapıyor. Yemekler her insana hitap edebilecek şekilde geniş ve zengin. Deniz tatili için mükemmel bir lokasyon.

- Benjamin (10/5): Très belle surprise notamment grâce a la piscine et la plage très proches de la chambre. - Buffet à volonté pour chaque repas très diverse avec un large choix d’aliments, notre chambre avait un emplacement pour idéal avec la piscine d’un côté et la plage directement accessible depuis notre terrasse. Le seul petit point négatif est le personnel qui ne comprends pas du tout l’anglais

- Chiara (8/5): Un bon moment - L’établissement est très familial et agréable. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un bon moment. Les repas varient peu mais sont tout de même bons. Les chambres sont agréables mais l’équipement n’est pas d’une qualité optimale.
- nataliya (10/5): - Очень красивая территория, чисто! Рано приехала не заселили, но и не обещали. В 7 утра одели браслет, что бы можно было пользоваться привилегиями. И заселили в 11, что тоже было раньше, спасибо. При выселении попросила платное продление до 20.00 , спасибо сделали. И даже после не сняли браслет до отъезда. Очень аккуратно относитесь к еде и воде. Все хорошо. Но мы приезжаем из разных стран и не всем подходит еда. Со спиртным тоже вопросы. Но для усвоения желудка, я открыла раки. Это анисовая водка, прямо спасает. Лагуна очень хороша! Проблем с лежаками нет. Мы кушали 2 дня в основном отеле. Потом в соседнем. Людей меньше и очередей за едой нет. И все тоже. Но на ужин салфетки и скатерти. Это та же сеть. Рыбки за территорией и сеткой не чудо! Осторожно. В общем спасибо всем Это не важно
