• Enikő (2/5): If you want a clean room, organized stay, chose a different accomodation. - The location is amazing. Strizkov is near, so easy access to metro, and the place is surrounded by some greenery, which makes the air fresh. Also there is a Lidl in walkable distance, plus a restaurant and a cute coffee. Alltogether it was dirty (i attach the pictures, we had more issues, but it is only limited for 4 pic/review) and the owner’s argument was when I raised this: check my reviews I am clean. He offered after some back and forth an another room, which was cleaner, but I still found some dirt under the bedsheet. Communication with the owner was hard, he only responded after I complained to booking. Also he told us that he upgraded us for our room, whilst in reality he accidently put us in room 1 which is ground floor, and his fancy one, and then rebooked us to room 5 an hour later. Which was top floor without elevator. Did not mind the rebooking to a less nice room, but minded the gaslighting around it.. So many things vent wrong, we decided to stay in another hotel after one night, which was also extra cost for us, but definitely savored the remaining stay in Prague. Very disappointed though as I lived in that area for years, so our pick of his place was for the purpose of showing my partner around that area. Honestly, if his second room would have been clean, we would have stayed for sure, even after this whole thing.

• Zuzana (6/5): Na přespání stačí. :-) - Zůstávala jsem pouze jednu noc na přespání po koncertu v O2 aréně. Metro i autobus přímo k O2 aréně cca 13 minut chůze od ubytování. Přístup na kód, který poslali včas, bez problému. Klidná čtvrť, vlastní koupelna, pohodlná postel. Překvapil mě znečištěný záchod (stačilo použít štětku, ale nebylo to příjemné). Ubytování na kopci, takže plán dojít unavená z koncertu pěšky nevyšel.
• Ivan (10/5): - Nice clean room. U can have tea, salt for bathrooms, sauna and big bath. That what u need after difficult day. Checking is very easy and the hotel not so far from busstop and subway.

• Marco (10/5): A quiet retire to go after spending the day in the busy city - Amazing place with really good staff, even after running into an issue with my bank and the payment, they were polite and patient, second time staying at the hotel and definitely won't be the last one The hotel is a bit far from the city center, although this makes it quite peaceful during the stay as there isn't much traffic.

• Marek (5/5): - There is a whirlpool and sauna which is great for the money. Unfortunately the walls are not in great shape. TV was locked by a password and we couldnt accesss Netflix or any other app.

• Uma (8/5): Fantastic experience overall and happy with service - Staff was very supportive, responsive and helpful. We requested on short notice for early check in/late check out due to our circumstances and it was accepted promptly without any issues at all. Staff assisted us throughout the way and we were very happy with the service overall. We lived in twin bed settings (beds were merged on request) and size of the bed as a whole was decent. Also, just to mention that it was very peaceful surroundings which helped for catching good sleep. Great for family A small wardrobe or cupboard could be an advantage. However, clothes hangers were provided

• Maryna (10/5): Комфортно і чудово - Дуже затишно, особливо потішила наявність саду. Кухня з усім необхідним, навіть з кавомашиною. В кімнаті дуже чисто. Потішили дрібниці для комфортного перебування: набір чаїв, речі для ванної кімнати і навіть щітка для взуття 😁 Віддаленість від загального транспорту і центру в цілому, але через це ми жили в тихому і затишному районі.

• Martin (9/5): - Naprosto vše bylo v pořádku. Sauna a vířivka byli super. Překvapili nás drobnosti v pokoji, jako žehlička, vysoušeč vlasů, rychlovarná konvice. Prostě provozovatel myslí na vše. Určitě se ještě vrátíme. Popřemýšlel bych o upgradu televize. Satelitní TV je v pohodě, ale chyběla nám možnost přihlásit se do nějaké placené platformy nebo internet v televizi.

• Roch (8/5): L'appartment est bien place , non pas trop loin du metro. Il dispose les équipements qu'il faut. - Oui il y avait du calme, mais la chambre était trop plus en bas , d'où il y avait pas assez de lumière du dehors. Les équipements étaient bons y compris le service par la femme de menage, sauf remplacement de literie qui n'a été a aucune seule fois. Le sauna , fait trop du bruit quand on s'asseoid et l'appareil de ventilation qui fonctionnait automatiquement travaillait au sens inverse de notre vouloir.

• Ortega (9/5): - La habitación fue muy cómoda, el baño limpio y espacioso. La cocina común estaba en orden y contaba con todo lo necesario para mi estancia, un servicio muy completo. La ubicación estaba algo alejada, sin embargo, no fue un problema muy grave.

• Mariagrazia (10/5): Molto carino con Jacuzzi - È stato un bell'alloggio, camera pulita e ordinata. Mappa e informazioni su Praga sopra al letto, molto interessante. C'erano molti Asciugamani a disposizione. La sauna è la jacuzzi erano eccezionali. Il wlan a volte non andava bene. Per raggiungere la metro/bus ci vogliono all'incirca sui 12 minuti. Non è molto ma forse ad altri è importante saperlo.

• Alain (8/5): Excelente relación calidad/precio para Praga - Todo limpio, cuidado, detalles muy útiles (implementos para hacer té y café, mapas, plancha, toma USB) La bañera es peligrosa para salir (muy profunda). Ubicación poco práctica, en mi caso para ir hacia el centro de convenciones O2 o hacia el centro.

• Paweł (3/5): - Kuchnia ogólna dostępna, w pokoju woda, kawa i herbata. Fajnie, że jest żelazko i deska do prasowania. Niestety, już po godzinie pobytu musiałem zmienić hotel. Pokój był wyraźnie przesiąknięty zapachem papierosów, a całe apartamenty wymagają pilnego odświeżenia i remontu.

• Aarni (7/5): All and all enjoyd my stay. - Room was clean, felt a bit old and dingy. The bathroom had clearly seen better days but was still okay clean. There was malware on their computers and I ended up getting my card details phished.

• Nina (10/5): - We were staying here for the second time and again everything was great. The room has a nice hot tub and sauna. There is a shared equiped kitchen and lovely garden.

• Irena (10/5): - The stay was pleasant, the room is small but sufficient for me. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The only thing I missed was a fridge in the room – there is only one in the shared kitchen for all guests. I prefer more privacy, but otherwise the room was nice. The walk (about 15 minutes) didn’t bother me.

• Jumel (8/5): Very good - The place is good and clean. The only thing is that it is very far from the Old town or city center, it will take atleast 45 minutes to get there by walk + bus + tram.
• Horbatiuk (9/5): Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay! - We had a great stay in Habitat 16 with my mother! The shared kitchen is very convenient and well-equipped, and it was nice to have some private space in the garden to relax. The entry system with vouchers is clear and easy to use. The host was extremely friendly and always available: very quick to reply and genuinely helpful. We also appreciated the hot water with strong shower pressure and the regular towel changes. The location is also a big plus - it’s close to a grocery store (Lidl 3-5 minutes and Billa in ≈ 20 minutes), has great public transport connections, and the neighborhood is calm and pleasant, with a small park nearby. A few minor issues: the room itself was quite small, the sink had some cracks, and there were a few hairs in the bathroom drain as well as dust on the window. These didn’t affect our overall experience too much, but are worth mentioning.
