De ligging was ideaal om tot rust te komen, met het strand vlak voor de deur en enkele goede restaurantjes en bars in de buurt. De parking vlak voor de deur is een plus. Geen minpunt voor het hotel, maar de straat er naartoe is vrij smal. Met een brede wagen, moet je goed opletten!

Sobe so čiste, udobne, opremljene s kuhalnikom za vročo vodo, kavo in čajem. Vse sobe imajo balkon obrnjen proti morju. Pogrešala sem samo robčke v kopalnici.

Very good breakfast with lot of options. shuttle Boat service from Mlini to Old town starts right next to the hotel gate which was convenient. Finding the location mentioned in the confirmation mail via google maps was little messed up. The mentioned location redirected to entirely different road side and another hotel reception that has tie up with Maistra. They again redirected to me another direction within their premises but it was a dead end and it was confusing. Further when i called the Maistra reception lady they clearly instructed how to search the hotel direction using a nearby Cafe name which was helpful. I had to go back and then exit the full premises & main road and drive another around 1 km down the another road. Per day parking charges 10 euros even for the hotel guests.

La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la double vasque dans la salle de bains. Belle vue sur la mer depuis notre balcon et le petit déjeuner était très bien servi. Il y avait de tout. Le personnel nous a bien conseillé pour aller à Dubrovnik. Il nous a procuré des billets pour y aller en navette fluviale ce qui évite le tracas des parkings. Et le petit plus c'est l'accès à une piscine, sauna et hammam juste à 2mn à pied. Rien
- Jing (8/5): Fijn en rustig verblijf - De locatie van het hotel is echt top! Er is een haven waar je direct op een bootje kunt stappen naar Cavtat of Dubrovnik. In de buurt van het hotel zijn er ook veel leuke restaurants. Op loopafstand vind je bovendien meerdere supermarkten. Het is ook heerlijk rustig in de omgeving. Wij hebben niet kunnen buiten zwemmen omdat het nog een beetje koud was, maar direct voor het hotel ligt een strand. Het is ook mogelijk om gebruik te maken van het binnenzwembad van het hotel ernaast, wat zeker handig was. Niets bijzonders, behalve dat de kamer en het ontbijt iets simpeler was dan we hadden verwacht voor de prijs.

- David (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa - Sehr schöner Pool (innen und außen), schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, ansprechendes Frühstück sowie eine tolle Sauna. Da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren, war das Hotel nicht ausgebucht und wir durften direkt vor dem Eingang parken und durften am Abreisetag noch länger stehen bleiben, was sehr angenehm war.

- Satu (9/5): A wonderfully relaxing holiday in a good hotel in a convenient location - The hotel was clean and tidy and quiet, no noise coming from the room. Good beds and air conditioning, all balconies had a view of the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Varied breakfast, also speciality coffees available and the outdoor terrace had a view of the sea. Water was also available in the lobby all day. Good parking area if arriving by car and overall a good location. The price level has generally increased in the country in recent years and for this room price you should get free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. There was a bottle of water in the room on the first day, but it was not refilled during the stay. The tap water is probably drinkable and this could be more clearly informed to the customers. A small thing, but the bath towels could have been bigger : )

- Adam (10/5): When can we go back! - The location was Amazing, on the beach in a quiet area. There was enough around you to get food and a drink in different bars and a nice walk along the coast to go to other restaurants. The room was a great size, had a balcony, nice bathroom with double sink etc. The bed was SOOO BIG and comfy! Breakfast was nice too, the usual European options with a good selection. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and its was SO CLEAN!! The gym was good enough. 2 Treadmills, a Cross trainer, a bike, Cable cross over machine, squat/bench press rack, a couple of benches and a rack of dumbbells. I cannot fault this hotel at all and would go back for sure. We went in June so it wasnt too busy but i suspect in July August it could get very crowded. The hotel has a restaurant on the beach (Oleander) where you can get food or just sit for drinks. They also have a Pizza and Pasta restaurant in front of the hotel overlooking the beach too. There are 2 bars next to the hotel where you can sit in the bay watching the boats and the sea. Also dont miss the Pirate bay 5 minute walk away (cash only), so cool and beyond good views! One great thing about the area is that there are so many ATM machines where you can get money if you need it. I think there was at least 4 in the hotel vicinity! There is a Ferry port 5 minute walk from the hotel where you can go to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and the 3 island tours. The only thing i would say it that it would have been nice to have a snack bar or somewhere that did smaller bites to eat rather than full meals but its a minor thing really.

Whether we were in the mood for a light continental breakfast or a heartier hot meal, the choices were plentiful and of good quality. The hotel amenities were equally impressive. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and provided ample space for guests to unwind. Towels and seating were readily available, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of other amenities, including a fitness facility and wellness services, which enhanced the overall guest experience. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its location. Situated directly on the beachfront, it allows easy access to the sea and offers beautiful views throughout the day. The surrounding area is picturesque and peaceful, with the added convenience of being a short distance from nearby towns such as Cavtat and Dubrovnik. This made it an ideal base for day trips and exploring the local culture and attractions. A variety of restaurants and cafes are located just a short walk from the hotel, many of which offered excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to sample locally inspired dishes and fresh seafood, all while enjoying the charming seaside ambiance. Overall, the Maistra Select Mlini Hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and location. It is well-suited to those seeking both relaxation and convenient access to the surrounding attractions.
- Sheila (10/5): Perfect stunning location in first class hotel - Breakfast good although some sections a little cramped. Food replenished quickly, tables cleared quickly. Loads of storage space in bedroom, great shower and bathroom, bed very comfy and balcony had a lovely view of the sea. Location was beautiful but I’m glad we had a car to get out and about as only water taxi, no bus stop nearby. The pizza/pasta restaurant across from hotel did not have a lot of choice. Pizza was very good though but became a little boring. We tried the buffet once, it was good but the cost was expensive.

- Woo009 (10/5): Wonderful hotel in a prime position - Fabulous small hotel in a quiet but stunning fishing village. Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff. We stayed on a B&B basis. Breakfast was buffet style but plenty to choose from. Our room overlooked the sea and was just perfect. Beautiful bathroom with a shower over bath. Toiletries supplied too. Comfortable beds. Bedding and towels changed every day by our lovely friendly housekeeper. 2 mins walk to a shingle beach so remember to bring your sea shoes. No pool here but you can use the pool next door at their sister hotel. No problem getting a sunbed every day. A few restaurants & bars here too. Fabulous Italian just opposite the hotel. The marina is literally 1 minute walk away where you can get a water taxi to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Be aware that if weather is bad the water taxis don't run & you have to walk about 20 mins up a steep hill to get a bus (which is an experience in itself. Be prepared to stand & be sandwiched in with all the other passengers). It did rain for 2 days and we had an almighty storm 1 night. All the restaurants seem to close if weather is bad as seating is outside, but we just ordered room service & sat on the balcony watching the storm roll in. We had a wonderful week staying here. We were told that Hotel Milini are having their own pool built in 2026, so that will be an extra bonus. If you're looking for a peaceful holiday with a little bit of luxury, then this is the hotel for you.

- Anna (9/5): - Очень приятный персонал и на рецепшне, и в ресторане, и в wellness. Из-за нашего раннего прилёта приготовили комнату раньше, за что огромное спасибо. Завтраки обычные, на мой вкус разнообразия достаточно (мы оставались только на 3 ночи, возможно если быть дольше, может и надоесть). Wellness находится в соседнем отеле, принадлежашем той же сети (идти недолго, просто для сведения). В номере помимо душа, есть ванна, я не воспользовалась, но мне как любителю поваляться, это было приятно. В ванной комнате 2 раковины, что тоже удобно, чтобы не толкаться в очереди по утрам. Бутылочки с лосьоном для тела и кондиционером (запах потрясный), шапочки для душа. Есть чайник, пакетики чая, кофе, сахар (и стевия), телевизор (не пользовались). Один из кранов в раковине открывается очень туго, а если приложить усилие, то сразу фонтан =) И в wellness при входе в бассейн, там где углубление всегда делают, чтобы воду туда сгонять - там всегда озеро, я думала вода должна сливаться, а не стоять. И мне были неудобны подушки, просто очень высокие (мужу было нормально).

Direct aan de haven en vandaar uit taxiboot naar Dubrovnik oude stad en Cavtat. Veel restaurants in de buurt. Fijn balkon met uitzicht op zee, je hoort 's avonds de zee ruisen. Het zwembad water was ijskoud. De koffie was zeer matig.

- emlutoms_mum (10/5): Just what we needed.....Great place. - We have just spent a lovely, relaxing week at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it. We wanted a break to unwind from the pressures of work, and this resort and hotel delivered exactly that. It was everything we wanted and more. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had partial sea views. The staff are the hotel's greatest asset – incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Their warmth really added to our experience. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. You could also order items like omelettes, French toast, or poached eggs directly to the table. The bar was relaxing and we enjoyed a cocktail or two after our evening meals out each evening. The weather was beautiful which was unexpected. We also took time to explore both Dubrovnik and Cavtat – both are well worth a visit. We used the water taxi to Cavtat and Dubrovnik which was 15 Euros each return however this added to the trips. Overall, this is a great hotel and we are already planning next year's trip especially as we know the kids would be bored if they tagged along.

- Montydad01 (8/5): Hotel Mlini lovely relaxing holiday destination - We visited the hotel in October 2025 for a relaxing end of season break. The hotel and resort were very quiet and relaxing. The walk along the bay was beautiful and due to few bars and little traffic it was very peaceful. There was an end of season feeling and the hotel was not completely full. The staff were really helpful and friendly, great service especially at meal times. We stayed half board. Breakfast was very good. Great selection of cooked to order eggs, order when you are first seated. Evening meals were fine. Far less people dined in the evening so the range was more limited but plenty of choice. Always buffet style. Drinks variety was ok, all wines were local and the descriptions never mentioned the taste only the aroma. Ask the waiters for recommendations as some wines were great and others were not. Rooms were spacious and always clean with daily maid service. Our deluxe sea view room had a very limited sea view. Rooms on the right have a better view. See photo. Apart from dining all other facilities were at the sister hotel next door. The distance to the hotel next door was shorter than many larger hotels might have you walk within their grounds. As we were end of season there was no problem to get sunbeds, umbrellas. The outdoor pool was unheated and colder than the sea but the indoor pool was huge and a great temperature for swimming in. The water taxi was 2 minutes walk away with 2 companies offerring trips to Dubrovnik, Cavtat, 3 island tours etc. Both offer similar routes and prices. We initially thought the Dubrovnik ferries left from the other end of the bay, which they do but they also pick up and drop off at Mlini, which was ideal. They were much easier than walking up the steep hill to the bus stop and the journies were more fun. The ferry drops off in the old port Dubrovnik which was perfect for the old town, the bus drops off at the opposite end of the old town, equally fine. If you go to Dubrovnik buy a 40 euro Dubrovnik pass if you are walking the city walls. The pass includes loads of other places, effectively free as its 40 euro to walk the walls without the pass.
- AlasdairB76 (10/5): Fantastic short break in October - Fantastic stay in a well appointed, new and airy hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was lovely in the hotel restaurant with lots of local cuisine to choose from. The hotel is right at the beach for a quick dip in the sea and equally close to harbour for sea taxis into Dubrovnik or island trips. There are a few other areas to eat within the extended complex and a shared swimming pool at the larger hotel. But the hotel retains its autonomy within the area. Highly recommended.
- Manx1956 (10/5): Loved this hotel - What an experience... we adored this place. Room 220 had an amazing view over the small bridged estuary ... out to sea and the islands beyond. Staff were always kind and courteous... whether it was for a meal or room service (Fala - Roberto) It was magical and a quiet base to take the water taxi to Dubrovnik or Kavtat. Do take the 3 Island tour with Mario. Fala .... to all .
