- Monique (10/5): - Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedereen staat 24 uur voor je klaar. Hanan van housekeeping heeft elke dag een mooie decoratie achtergelaten op het bed. Elke dag werd het bed verschoond en de kamer schoongemaakt. Niks was teveel gevraagd en wij komen hier zeer zeker weer terug!

The staff sent us welcome choclate after we entered the room , then they charged us at check out !!! The furniture and bathroom facilities need renewal

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, sillones y alfombras sucias; jarrones de flores con agua sucia. Pobre el desayuno. Muchas moscas.

- Sabine (7/5): Wonderful, slightly aged resort at the sea with horrible restaurant - I liked the pool, all the magnificent plants and palm trees and the garden spaces, the space at the sea and the balcony attached to the room. The breakfast place at the sea. The staff was mostly very helpful and polite. The service and the food in the White Angel restaurant was awful. We waited 20 min only to get the menu and for ages to be served. The responsible waiter created a very bad atmosphere, making the impression that we had to comply with his ideas of a dinner, not at all being attentive to our needs nor ready to repond to our wishes. After serving everyone but one person at our table he wished us a happy meal and would have left if we hadn't intervened. The food choice was very limited, mainly European food like pizza. Unfortunately the pizza tasted worse than a cheep frozen pizza and also the greek salad was quite dry and rather tasteless.

The Staff were very friendly, always ready to assist. The room service decorated our bed on our last night, which was really sweet of them.
- Luciana Al-Amir (10/5): Complaint About Noise and Room Conditions - I love the staff Breakfast is good Love the beach and the vibes of the hotel Hope u can make more activities I love the facility, but unfortunately my experience was affected by several issues. The housekeeping staff were very loud, constantly talking and shouting, which made it hard for me to relax or sleep, especially since my room is next to their rest/changing area. The music at the pool was also very disturbing. It was loud electric guitar music played for many hours, which was neither relaxing nor suitable for the atmosphere. When I complained, I was told it was management’s choice. I asked to speak to a manager, who said it couldn’t be changed. The next day, a duty manager tried to help, which I appreciate. Additionally, my room (107) has a poor layout. It is very close to the housekeeping area and equipment, and the entrance is unsafe, with three stairs directly at the door and no proper space to step in. This made me worried about falling every time I entered or left. Overall, this was one of my worst stays.

- Mah.Hus (10/5): إقامة جيدة - جمال الشاطئ وتعاون فريق العمل بعض المرافق تحتاج إلى صيانة، بالإضافة إلى الضوضاء الصادرة من رواد الحديقة العامة المحاورة للفندق لوقت متأخر، حيث أنها لا تتبع الفندق. كذلك الغرف المتصلة والتي لا تجعلك تشعر بالخصوصية، هذا بجانب المساحة الضيقة لبعض الغرف.

- Robert (10/5): A beautiful relaxing stay - The staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way. The pools are great, having the heated pool option is great. The beach is nice and peaceful. Yes, the rooms need a little TLC (see below) but for the price it’s a great stay, comfortable and relaxing. Rooms could do with a little TLC. The shower hot water was not working all the time.

One criticism would be leaving a deposit to order room service or put any drinks/food on the rooms bill. Most hotels you just sign the receipt and pay at the end

- adel (5/5): الفندق ينصح به لجيل الستينات والسبعينات والي بيدور ع الهدوء غير كده هتطلع نفسك - المكان جميل والهدوء خدمه الغرف ما قصروا محترفين وطيبين حمام السباحه الدافي كان شغال وكويس بالاضافه الي الجيم نظيف ومعامله الرسبشن كويسه عدم وجود انيميشن تيم ولا اى حفلات في المكان ...عدم الاهتمام بالغرف الغرف قديمه نوعا ما الهدوء المميت يطغي علي المكان يوجد قطط بس بتيجي بالليل ع البسين الفطار كان عادى جدا ولايوجد فيه اى تنوع ويعتبر فقير الي حد ما ..أكلنا في قاعه حفلات بدلا من المطعم علشان الشتاء وده طبعا لا يليق اللي عامل نظام التواليت مش هتعرف تقعد علي الحمام لأنه ضيق يعيب ع الرسبشن انه يعرفك كل كبيره وصغيره قبل الاقامه حتي لا تقع مشاكل مع بوابات الدخول وموظفيها

The room was pool view,amazing view The breakfast on the beach open air The heated pool was really nice in winter All the staff were excellent from the first tour in the hotel, to all types of services especially Shimaa was very supportive,helpful and kind Thank you so much for this memorable accommodating ❤️ Highly recommend 👌 Nothing

- Norhane (5/5): Recommended to have breakfast warm restaurant with good sunny view for comfortable stay - Location and cozy place and heated piscine No dedicated restaurant for breakfast and breakfast at the beach is not suitable for all people, especially during winter. Even replacing it by wedding hall is not good at all. In addition no spa services and no tissue in piscine toilets
