Modern rainhead shower in spacious bathroom. While the facility is very nice looking, it felt like the staff wasn’t used to working an upscale facility. They did try hard and usually delivered when asked. But some things had to be asked rather than just happening.

The service was also amazing - everyone was so helpful and friendly, not to mention all the little extras they supplied such as Christmas gifts for the kids and cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve. It was a perfect place to stay for our little holiday.

We finally did and were amazed that it still feels brand new. We travel a lot, and Hotel Jackson is one of our favorites. The room is so comfortable and we love the fireplace. The housekeeping service is impeccable. We love the bar area - wish it was a bit bigger - and Rowdy, the bartender felt like family…and made outstanding cocktails! The hotel location couldn’t be better. We’re already hoping to go back.

It really is an incredibly hospitable staff that goes out of their way to make you feel cared for during your stay. There was some construction going on which did not affect our stay but we did hear it at one point when we were in the room. Our room had a view of the hill behind but we were on the same level as the roof of the building in front so saw a lot of the roof too.

The staff was exceptional—everyone was kind, helpful, and eager to offer recommendations on hiking, e-bike rides, dining, and shopping. Due to a two-hour time difference, we found ourselves waking up at dawn. Fortunately, coffee was available by 5:30 am. The valet team was a pleasure to work with. They made it easy to access our car at any time of day. They even provided us with complimentary e-bikes from the hotel, giving us a crash course on how to use them and suggesting great places to ride—what a fun experience! HJ is located in the heart of the square, within walking distance of all the entertainment you could want. Our room was spotless and well-appointed with a cool Western theme. The shower was fantastic, complete with luxurious BVLGARI shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Although BVLGARI products are a bit out of my usual price range, I ended up ordering the shower gel, and it was waiting for me when I got home. I love it, and it reminds me of JH every time I use it. Additionally, the nightly treats during turn-down service were delightful. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but everything we ordered was delicious. Between the two of us, we tried nearly everything on the breakfast menu, always accompanied by a mimosa. You really can't go wrong with any choice!

GaryVBrookPark (10/5): Great Stay - This was our second time to stay at Hotel Jackson. It is pricey but in my opinion, well worth the cost. The room was well appointed and extremely clean. Within easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The staff will bend over backwards to be sure you are happy. They can't seem to do enough for you. You are always greeted with a smile. Christine Kessler and Kilo (Figs restaurant) were exceptionally helpful and nice. Their library is definitely worth checking out if you like western lore. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be pampered.

nyctravelchica (10/5): The Top Hotel in Jackson Hole! - Our stay at Hotel Jackson was fantastic! From the moment we entered the lobby, the space was beautiful and inviting. Sofia, who greeted us on arrival, helped our check-in go smoothly and ensured we were well informed about the hotel amenities. She always made sure to check in on us when we enjoyed the other common spaces and even offered suggestions on Jackson Hole activities, including the offerings at the onsite restaurant. Our room far exceeded our expectations. The owners have clearly put their heart and soul into each room, from the linens to the layouts, to the coffee area and the lighting. The bathroom space, including the toiletries, tops the list as one of my favorites from our travels. Not a single detail was missed! Early mornings, they offer complimentary coffee/tea and light snacks, where Sean was often present to warmly send us off our national parks’ adventures. After a long day, it was lovely to return to our beautifully turned-down room, to sit out on our quiet balcony and wind down from a wonderful, and equally exhausting day. We highly recommend Hotel Jackson and can’t wait to return.

Concierge (Griffin) was delightful and very helpful in arranging our itinerary during our 5 day stay. The Grand Teton & Yellowstone all day tours were fantastic as was our Snake River float trip. All arranged by the concierge. Our suite was extraordinary and we found the location of the hotel very convenient, as we did not have a car. Staff and cleanliness of the entire property was top notch. Breakfast was delicious! Without hesitation, we would recommend this property.

A6714GVtylers (2/5): Dishonest hotel LIES to guests and SCAMS them out of money. - The staff lied to us, scammed us into reserving a room which they then solved the problem with our current room which proved they had been dishonest with us up to that point and are now attempting, not even attempting, but actually charging us for a room which we never received a key for, never stepped foot inside, have no idea what it even looks like. We CONFIRMED with a concierge within 1.5 hours of reserving the room based off intentionally lied to information that we would NOT be charged for the room and had I not checked the end bill would never have assumed what I can only call a “SCAM” was committed. I have never had such a dishonest experience with a hotel of this cost (we stayed in the MOST EXPENSIVE SUITE they have) and yet still they tricked us into paying for an additional room. Expect to be lied to if you stay here.

A real treat was the picnic lunch they packed for us when we went to Grand Teton for a day. They also recommended some great restaurants in Jackson and the menu items they liked. Figgs is the hotel restaurant and it serves excellent meals. There is a sommelier on staff and she selected a beautiful wine for us. We will be back next year,

looking4goodeats (8/5): Stylish Stay with One Frustrating Flaw - We loved the location and stylish design of Hotel Jackson. The valet team was excellent and both check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. The concierge team set up all our excursions for us before arrival and they were all excellent. Unfortunately, our experience in the suite, room 200, was impacted by a noisy air conditioner. We reported the issue, and the initial response from maintenance was to just turn it off. This left the room uncomfortably warm. After a second complaint, maintenance did come back the following day to repair it. The noise level improved slightly, but we still had to turn it off at night to sleeping so as to not be disturbed by the noise. The second room we rented had no issues and the air conditioner worked great! However, this did make the situation with our suite even more frustrating. It is hard to imagine that this has never been an issue in the room? This problem just started upon our exact arrival? At the premium price point of this hotel, we expected everything to be exceptional. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but the unresolved noise issue was a letdown.

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The rooms were kept up twice a day by the staff. The bar and library were relaxing. Breakfast was very good at Figs. The rooftop hot tub was great especially with the cooler evenings. The bellmen were always friendly and extremely helpful with everything. I have no complaints whatsoever. It was quite a spectacular group of people making a wonderful guest experience. Thank you!
Jeffrey (10/5): - This is problem the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. My wife was really impressed and at our age that says allot. The staff is incredibly helpful, it is centrally located a great place to stay. We were there 4 nights, enjoyed every minute. The restaurant Figs was a disappointment but there lots of great places to eat nearby.

rogermillay (10/5): Wonderful Two-Night Stay - The Hotel Jackson is just a wonderful hotel. Everything seems designed and maintained with a high standard for quality. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful library room where we had our morning coffee and afternoon "break." Wonderful, comfortable, layout with beautiful furniture and decorations. Our room was very comfortable with evident thought for how a guest would want to use the room and maximizing that experience. The staff were all very helpful, immediately available, and friendly. A great experience! We will return!

From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They helped me arrange flowers before our arrival for my girlfriend and even reserved the private hot tub for us at both sunset and sunrise on multiple days (which I highly recommend!). The entire property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed — it truly has everything you need. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, always remembering our names as we came and went. Their hospitality made a huge difference, especially when I came down with strep throat mid-trip. The bar team brought hot toddies, herbal tea, and honey right to our room to help me feel better. It was a thoughtful touch that really stood out. They also helped us book an unforgettable horseback riding adventure, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to explore in town. In short: amazing staff, perfect location, beautiful amenities, and outstanding service. We absolutely loved it — can’t wait to come back!

joannemD8663KT (10/5): Top Notch Hotel and Service! Great location and views! - If you're looking for a high end, service oriented hotel in downtown Jackson, Hotel Jackson is for you! From the superb concierge help from Christine and Griffin, to the onsite service from the front desk team to the fast and friendly bellmen, our bucket list vacation was enhanced by staying here. You can't beat the location - downtown near all the great restaurants, bars, shopping and Jackson square. Our room had a marvelous view of the Tetons and ski slopes! The only downside is the FIGS restaurant serves primarily Lebanese cuisine. Don't get me wrong, we love kababs and Mediterranean food, however, a greater variety would have been preferred while staying a week. Their breakfast menu had more variety and was superb. I was told the hotel plans on adding a steakhouse and a roof top lounge. These will be wonderful additions. Great location, great service, great value and a great choice!

Wimberly (8/5): This is an exceptional boutique hotel whose am entities are surpassed only by the warmth and professionalism of the wond - While the details of the hotel are exceptional (sheets and towels to die for, elevated amenities and personal touches etc)it’s the staff that actually makes this property!! Every encounter was exceptional from the gents at the door, the concierge, front desk staff, housekeeping and especially the bar staff. Do not miss an evening interacting with Rowdy at the bar -it will warm and elevate this beautiful property making it simultaneously comfortable and the height of refined elegance. We were at the hotel early in the season so there were a few details that had not yet been addressed. Our tv never worked-which was a non-issue with so much to see and do in the area. Also, the carpet in our room was torn - just an eyesore that slightly took away from the level of the hotel. And the rooftop hot tub was double booked which was sad for the guest that had to leave.

It is exceptionally clear that lots of care is taken to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The rooms are gorgeous - we had a fireplace which made it incredibly cozy. The bed and pillows are so comfortable - we slept like a dream. The Lebanese restaurant is top notch with amazing food and drinks. It is the perfect compliment to such a fabulous hotel. The location is so convenient- just steps from the main square. I cannot wait to stay there again and would highly recommend Hotel Jackson to anyone looking for a hotel locally.

We originally were in a regular room but the ac and water heater went out in our room so they upgraded us to a balcony room and comped our incidentals. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, especially Christina the concierge. All of her recommendations were phenomenal, and made our trip special. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the hotel is centrally located in the middle of town close to the square and shops. Book this hotel. You will not regret it.

Candidly, I am not sure why this is only designated as a 4 star property. It is a 5 star hotel in my book.

We loved the hottub on the roof and FIGS restaurant. The bartender made everyone feel welcome at all hours. The shuttle to Teton Village was very convenient and flexible.

Great location within walking distance of every restaurant. Staff very service oriented. Convenient ski shuttle service to Jackson Hole. Probably could use a larger ski storage area as gets a little hectic in the morning.
