• Ivan (1/5): The worst place I've ever stayed in - It is close to restaurants, pharmacies, banks and shops. The first room they gave me stinks and the bathroom was dirty, moldy and the bed looked disgusting. When I complained, they gave me another room that was a little better, but the bathroom was still moldy, and the bed and headboard had yellowish stains. To make a long story short, we ended up spending the night at another hotel.

• Scoopers103 (5/5): Passable - hot shower, comfortable enough bed. the air conditioning was existent. they put us in wrong room and made us switch after I already showered and unpacked our stuff. the room had a huge dirt pile in it from the wall. water drips on you from the ceiling when you're sitting on the toilet. there was no view outside the window was just a wall 🤣 TV remote had no batteries and there was no wifi even though it was advertised.

• Quijano (3/5): Not Recommending this Kind of Experience - The cost is really the only upside for this Hotel. Everything you can avail in this hotel is definitely worth PHP 500+ The facilities are worn down and it has obvious lack of maintenance. There was no clean toilet water, especially the shower water is not clean. It has also worn down bedding and pillowcases. The room service is not at all responsive and it has poor quality of service overall. We were willing to overlook these things because of the cheap cost of PHP 500+ per night (Standard Twin Room). But the one that stressed us over is that when we were about to check out from our 10-day stay, and it was our last night and we were supposed to sleep early because we have early appointments the next day, THERE WAS A RAT. I repeat, there are rodents in this HOTEL. We repeatedly asked for help from Room Service at approx 9PM, and after several repeated calls, Room Service arrived at almost 12 midnight. It caused us mental distress and lack of sleep due to poor management and I will not recommend this stay to anyone.

• Mai (4/5): Disappointing - i always liked its location. The commute is easy. There are nearby fast food and banks. Although i am aware that it is an old pension, the room can be cleaned some more. The toilet is yellow, the floor of the bathroom is yellow as well. The shower is very depressing and the faucet needs attention.

• Analyn (1/5): Bad - no breakfast, or they have it by order. Location in the heart of the Divisoria. Old facilities, not clean, the staff is not attending to the needs. The rooms and toilet have never been clean for almost maybe a year empty the stain of water in the bowl of the toilet is already there. Never imagine they sold the rooms without checking the toilet and not re-cleaning the rooms. there is a hole for rats and they cover it with tissue. No towel even in the toilet. I ask the receptionist to transfer me to the more clean room but it becomes more worst. The worst toilet I can imagine is the toilet in the airport and the terminal of the bus is more clean than the hotel rooms. I ask the receptionist to transfer me to a better room, they are talking with other staff from 7 am until I come back at 2 pm and nothing happened to my request.

I booked 2 months before my travel and i was trying to contact them thru chat message BUT they never answer back. The bathroom isn’t very clean. Although it was fine for me that showers not working, they could have atleast maintained the cleanliness of the pail and deeper. It was also a hassle to watch the tv since there was no remote provided. But overall it was fine. It was budget friendly and the location is perfect.

However, it is pretty close to city proper, near lots of food joints, and a minute’s walk to Xavier University. The staff was friendly and quite nice.

• Joy (6/5): great location but they accept short time stays - What I liked MOST about this hotel: location. This is in divisoria area which makes everything accessible. Food - both fast food chains and home grown restaurants - are just a block or two away. Public transportation is also right outside of the hotel. Grab and Taxi is also cheap since most of the tourist destinations are near. I also liked that you can extend your stay if your flight is late. you just pay a per hour rate. So-so items: Condition: the hotel is not new but it's not that old as well. we stayed here for 2 instances. The first instance was upon arrival and the room we had requires some update with the squeaky bed and toilet. The second instance we stayed at this place was after our Caminguin trip. We had a better room where everything seem to be working fine. Yes, even their Hot and Cold shower was still working fine. thus, i am indifferent with the hotel condition. Service: staff were helpful with our touristy questions. They were nice as well. We left some stuff after our first stay. I called and told them to keep our stuff since we're coming back for our second stay - they did kept them. There was just some disconnect with our request to extend our stay. it was not transitioned to the new front desk staff so they locked our room. What I don't like: I found out (on our last day) that this hotel also accepts short time stays (3 hours). Thus, some people just check in to do "the deed". We heard some loud moaning in the middle of the night.

Toilet has a problem with water pressure/water, I used the small garbage bin and collected enough water (since there's no pail available) to flush the toilet. 3. Shower had an issue with its knobs, only hot is functioning and you can't use the cold one. 4. No floor rugs even a single one . 5. When we came in to the room the AC didn't automatically turned one after I inserted the Key to its place for power and waited for 10 minutes before it turned ON.

It is not advisable to go there with a heavy load since the inn has no elevator and the stairs were quite steep. The location though is really ideal since itt is near the historic center.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Bad experience - My sister had a misunderstanding with another guest (a guy whose supposed to have checked out already) just because of the parking. By right, my sister has more right to park her car because she's a guest of the hotel. She informed the hotel staff and all she got was "the parking has been a problem ever since", no other help. They even never bother to intervene nor offer solution to the problem at hand. It really sucks! We will never stay nor recommend this hotel ever!!!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Accessible - Here are my observation of the room: *The room is not that clean especially the CR. *A bit smelly (smells old with a combination of dusty smell). *C.R.'s location is right on the feet of the bed which is not too good for me. *Lighting is a bit horrible, darker lighting than I expected. *No foot mat, so every time we take bath, the floor of room will becomes messy wet. *Aircon is not that fine or good, I think the smell of the room comes from the dusty aircon air filter and it remains in the room.

• Verified traveler (6/5): white water rafting adventure - We booked this hotel for two nights on a long weekend. We opted to stay in this hotel since it is situated in divisoria where we were supposed to meet up with the white water rafting team. The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned especially the bathroom. The hotel had a problem with their water system during our stay but the staff were very eager to fix the problem. I commend the staff of this hotel for their hospitality and eagerness in attending to the needs of their customers.

• Eden Rose (6/5): - The hotel has a reasonable price, though I fins the bathroom should need more cleaning. And the walls are a little thin. I can easily hear the conversation of the occupants from the other room. It is a plus point that the hotel is very near the commercial area, fastfood chains and restos are really near, we never had a problem looking for somewhere to eat. The staff are nice and accommodating. I just think that they should do a better job at cleaning the bathroom, or at least changing the shower curtains and cleaning the door and walls, or removing the obstruction on the sink.
• Per (8/5): Billigt, tryggt, hyfsat. - Det såg inte mycket likt bilderna på websidan. Det visar sig att flera av bilderna (främst lobby / entré var tagna i bredvidliggande och samägda Grand City. Rummet var mindre och mer slitet än förväntat. Toan hade problem med att sluta spola och trots påpekanden och att det kom en kille och mekade lite, så kvarstod problemet. Dushen funkade någotlunda, fast dåligt vattentryck. Lufkonditioneringen var inte sätskilt effektiv. Dock, var alla tillmötesgående, trevliga, och priset var så lågt att jag inte kan klaga, utan bara konstatera ovanstående: man får det man betalar för och jag var säker och hade en hyfsat bekväm säng. Blir jag i behov av hotel igen i CDO är det högst troligt att jag igen stannar på Nature's Pensionne House, då det är adekvat standard, billigt och välplacerad. Hotelet ligger i Divisoria, vilket är ett område med många restauranter och nattliv.
• Raz (6/5): Located in Shopping district - It is located in a shopping district with good access to restaurant. Local transportation is accessible, walking distance to local park BOnifacio Park and Xavier University.
• God fearing men (8/5): Over all good - I like the area where the hotel is at the people was nice and friendly the food was really good when you have a problem the hotel staff was right on it. I would recommend this place to anybody just watch out for the ants if you leave any food unattended you will have a problem but other than that the room was nice the people was nice and the staff was nice come and feel at home.
