• Funda35 (10/5): Just like a home - Everything was excellent. The location is very central. The entrance with digital key was very easy, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. We were surprised when we saw the olive oil for cooking. All kitchen utilities were clean and enogh. The bedroom was a little bit small but that's not matter for us. The garden was wonderful also. Thanks for everything. Just the vantilator in the cabinet was very dusty.
• Valentina (8/5): Ottima assistenza clienti, appartamenti puliti, comodi e ben serviti - Assistenza clienti molto gentile e di gran aiuto. Per un problema all'appartamento prenotato ci hanno trovato una soluzione alternativa all'ultimo minuto. Io e mia mamma siamo state nell' appartamento a Nordeinde (fantastica posizione centrale) e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Un' appartamento grande, spazioso, luminoso, comodo e fornito di tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza di qualche giorno. Check in veloce e chiave digitale che permettono accesso in struttura molto velocemente e autonomamente. In tutta Olanda purtroppo ci sono le scale degli appartamenti molto ripide e strette. Per persone con mobilità limitata (come mia mamma) non sono ideali. L' unico problema dell' appartamento è che una delle stanze è affacciata alla strada principale che ha molti bar aperti fino a tardi, quindi si sente molto la confusione di notte.

• Corevie (7/5): - L'emplacement près de la gare est pratique. Cour intérieure, ne donne pas sur la rue, pas de bruit. Le linge de maison est propre, la cuisine bien équipée. Escalier typique très raide. L'appartement semble propre mais il ne faut pas regarder les coins. Saleté et poussière vers les radiateurs, sur les barres du sèche-serviettes, VMC presque bouchée par la poussière, moisissures dans la douche. Les vitres sont relativement propres mais les montants des fenêtres sont très sales. Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la grande fenêtre tant le fermoir est rouillé. Grandes taches sur le sofa et les chaises en tissus. Le sofa a vécu, plus de tenue sur l'assise. De l'eau coule sur la gazinière, nous l'avons remarqué après s'être douchés. La veille ils nous ont informés de travaux sur la toiture tôt le matin, ça a duré environ 1 heure, ils auraient pu commanditer les travaux plus tard dans la journée !

• Karsten (9/5): - Super Ausstattung, toll praktische Lage, netter Hund Check-in per Smartphone funktionierte, aber man ist vorher immer etwas unentspannt, weil man von dem Schließsystem, der Netzanbindung und seinem Endgerät abhängig ist.
• Vanessa (10/5): - To Lage, sehr zentral, quasi direkt beim Hauptbahnhof und trotzdem ruhig. Nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt eine Parkgarage, bei der man online einen Platz reservieren und so oft wie man möchte raus und rein fahren kann. Check in sehr unkompliziert, man bekommt kurz vorher eine E-Mail mit den Codes für die Türen. Einmal gab es einen Feueralarm, weil jemand in einer anderen Wohnung anscheinend die Abzugshaube nicht richtig an hatte, aber ein Mitarbeiter war innerhalb von einer halben Stunde da und hat alles geklärt. Wir waren zu viert. Das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen, aber das war schnell gemacht. Es ist alles da, was man zum kochen braucht, auch ein schöner großer Esstisch, an dem wir immer gefrühstückt haben und die Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

• MrHadrian (10/5): - Per via di una doppia prenotazione l'host ci ha sposato in un'altra struttura (ma siamo stati avvisati prima e ci è stato chiesto se andava bene). Ovviamente la struttura era bellissima con tutti i comfort e in posizione ancora più centrale di quella che avevamo prenotato in precedenza, quindi il soggiorno è stato favoloso.

• Mateusz (8/5): I can totally reccommend this place as a good location and base to visit The Hague and all Holland. - Apartment is located in a very good area, close to the most important places in The Hague. It is a little bit away from the street, therefore there is quiet inside. Room itself quite big, comfortable and clean and with good equipment. Price very affordable as for a Netherlands. Check-in online very easy and comfortable. Nothing to complain about :)

• IIJIMA (8/5): デン・ハーグにお越しの際はこの宿オススメ! - 　今回は家族4人で(小中校生の二人)で2/2～2/5の3泊泊まりました。まずは部屋は写真でみていたよりもよかったです。本当にこんなサイズで良いよなあと思いました。チョイスミ旅行を好む我が家にはうってつけの部屋でした。建物の環境も良く、駅には徒歩で5分くらいですし、近代的な町並みもそうですし、この宿を選んだことがプライスレスでしたね。 　チョイスミなので自炊可能でドライ乾燥機まで着いてます。(部屋に備え付けてあるキッチンの利用をする際、ガスがしっかりつくか確認必須です)。今回は3階(向こうでは2階)の部屋で窓からの景色はそれなりによかったです。 　さて、デン・ハーグは政治の中心と言うことでこの宿を選んだのではなく、マウリッツハイツ美術館、エッシャー美術館と目的があったからでした。ここからはトラムを乗らなくても歩いて行くことができるのもよかったです。それと平和宮も写真に残す場所の一つですよ。 　次回もこの宿を選ぶこと必須ですね❗ 　 この宿を予約していくと英語に不安のある方は大変苦労する点として、部屋に入る前にロックの解除をする必要があります。それはKeyではなく、送られてくるメールからネットを解して行うロック解除によって開けることができます。夜管理人さんも17時には帰宅するため到着時間も考慮の上検討してください。トラブル?も旅行です。楽しんでくださいな‼️

• Leonie (9/5): - Super Lage und Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Ausstattung war super, vor allem was Geschirr und so weiter angeht. Die Treppe ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - durch die kleinen Stufen kann es passieren, dass man mal die Treppe runter rutscht.
• Ama (9/5): 3 nights - The location to the Central Hague station is very convenient, and there are loads of shops around within 10 mins walk. We had everything in we needed in the kitchen. Went shopping and stocked up on essentials and food items. The member of staff Juneal was very helpful and came to the apartment within 15 mins to bring us keycards for our stay when we had a a problem when we were checked in. Would stay here again and recommend if you are okay with spiral stairs. The spiral stairs is not for everyone, especially older people. Also the washing mashing gets super loud and shakes, they may need to have it look at to stabilise it. When we got there, we found main front door hard top open, it needs a push before it opens. We couldn't figure it out after a few tries, then one of the other resident luckily turned up and showed us.

Les photos semblent avoir été prises il y a plusieurs années parce que tout était plus vétuste et abîmé: meubles, plafonniers avec des spots défectueux, sol collant...Et surtout, la crainte de tout voyageur, DES PUNAISES DE LIT donc tout le stress, l'anxiété, les démarches à faire pour éviter toute propagation. Cela a gâché le séjour. C'est indigne.

• Karsten (7/5): - Vergleichsweise günstige Unterkunft in Den Haag. Zimmer sind um einen Innenhof gruppiert. Es ist offen und doch privat genug. Die Treppe in den Appartments ist eine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Unterkunft ist sauber, aber schon etwas verschlissen. Insbesondere das Sofa.

• Jason (8/5): Amazing location and great stay, with some quirks - Excellent location, walkable to the train station and to downtown - I never needed a bus or taxi. Nice property with a big courtyard and rooms in a building at the back with views over the courtyard. Main entrance to the property is on a scenic canal and gives you a perfect Hague vibe (very surprising to me that this is still so close to the much more built up downtown). So you have the best of both worlds. Apartment on the second floor, with stairs only access, but not an issue for me even though I traveled with equipment. Very nice main open space in the apartment with kitchen, dining table space and living room. I wanted to clear up any confusion about the work on the road in front of the entrance. It was been completed and they did a great job because it's now one of the selling points (as above). There is no access issue for cars to the front door, nor noise from works. Google maps still shows it is closed, but it was not true. To gain entry to the apartment I needed to use a link on my mobile phone which allowed me to unlock the front door, the door to my building and the door to my unit. I am tech savvy and had no issue with this. It was novel to me and kind of fun. However, being tech savvy, I use my mobile a lot and would worry about a scenario where I might run out of battery and be locked out. This would also not be a great solution for me if I did not have free international roaming on my phone plan. Just wanted to make this clear to others researching this property. I know quite a few people who would struggle with this. The bedroom itself was tiny. Just enough room for a bed and not even space to walk to the sides of it. OK for me as solo traveler but could be awkward or get old for a longer stay. Finally, there is an auto mechanic shop behind the building and the sound of it, mainly the torque wrench taking on and off wheels, would come around the side of the unit from time to time. Only during business hours. None of these factors would put me off staying here again. I've stayed in the Babylon hotel by the train station, the Ibis in town and one very nice boutique place north of downtown but I really think I would come back here next time. I felt like a Hague local!

• Katrin (7/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eigentlich gut, bei der Sauberkeit und dem Geruch ist Luft nach oben. - Die sehr zentrale Lage sowie die Ausstattung: Große Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Spüli, Spülschwamm, Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier etc. Das Bett war gemütlich. Der Geruch des Apartments und die Sauberkeit. Es wirkte, als sei im Apartment zuvor geraucht worden. Die Sauberkeit im Bereich der Treppe und des Badezimmers war nicht optimal.

• Manuel Carlos (10/5): Pequeño y acogedor - Cercanía a la Estación Central de tren y autobuses, por lo que era fácil moverse por la zona. Apartamento pequeño pero acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Estuvimos tres personas, no parejas y estuvimos cómodos. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia La llave por móvil en general es cómoda, pero a veces el móvil puede darte problemas de conexión o quedarte sin batería y no tienes código alternativo de entrada. A nosotros nunca nos pasó, pero teníamos ese temor
• Sandra (6/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut Der Schlafsofa in App 339e war sehr unbequem / hart man schläft wie auf dem Boden. Gebucht hatten wir für 8 Personen die Betten waren allerdings nur für 4 Personen gerichtet. Die Bettwäsche und Bettdecke für die restlichen Betten mussten wir erst einmal suchen und dann selber überziehen.

• Bogdan-Alexandru (8/5): Very good location and cozy place, but not luxurious - I loved the location - just 2 min walk from the Central Station in The Hague, quiet street with no noise from the Central Station. City center is 5 min walk with shops, supermarket and everything you need. The apartment has a nice interior courtyard shared with others and most of the amenities required. During our stay it was a bit chilly outside so we had suficient heat. Some things can be improved: minor things in the living room, bath room or kitchen can be updated / changed. Also the towels were clean, but the bed linens not that much. Also being an agency, you don't get that tailored experience with a guest, but it worked fine for us.
• Adrianna (7/5): - Er staat een doos op de aanrecht en er stond niet op waar de "zeep" of gel in het flesje voor is??? Het koffiezet apparaat werkte niet, de juiste kopjes voor koffie waren niet aanwezig alleen bekers die niet pasten, vlekken op de bank, stofzuiger was niet compleet, grote vlek op aanrecht. Als je het appartment binnenkomt in het donker breek je bijna je nek want er is een grote afstap die je niet ziet en wat niet aangegeven is m.a.w.het viel ons erg tegen voor wat wij betaalden.
• Hilde (8/5): Goed gelegen en gerieflijk appartement ! - Ligging vlakbij centraal station en meteen ook in de gezellige stadskern. Gerieflijk en gezellig appartement. Het zetelbed voor de derde persoon is niet comfortabel maar dat wisten we voorhand. Inkom is voelt niet netjes door eerder vuil vast tapijt in hall en trappen. Op het eerste zicht zag je het niet maar op blote voeten voelde de vloer van het appartement vet aan. De douche liep helemaal niet door. De badkamer stond in no time blank van het water. de organisatie was er wel snel om dat probleem op te lossen. De trekgordijnen (jaloeziën) zijn van slecht kwaliteit, gaan heel moeilijk open toe.
• Svenja (6/5): Gut - Gute Lage, sauber, gute Ausstattung. Leider haben wir den digitalen Schlüssel nicht zugeschickt bekommen. Dies scheint ein bekanntes Problem zu sein! Man sollte das System überdenken. Da wir spät angekommen sind, mussten wir über die Notfallnummern und mit Hilfe von anderen Gästen versuchen jemanden zu erreichen.

• Andrea (8/5): Zentrale aber ruhige Apartments in Den Haag mit tollem Gastgeber - Im Großen und Ganzen gut ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage. Check-in mit digitalem Schlüssel sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Sehr hilfsbereiter, kommunikativer Gastgeber. Thanks a lot J. Uns hat ein Ofen gefehlt.

• Olga (10/5): Комфортное проживание,прекрасный персонал,удобное расположение - Расположение,удобства,персонал Момент,который нужно учитывать-нет лифта.Я жила на верхнем этаже,было много вещей и мне было сложно подниматься наверх с чемоданами.Ремонт возле места проживания.Это не недостаток,ремонт дорог-это хорошо,но подъезд затруднен и для путешественников с чемоданами это дополнительное неудобство.

• MUTLUER DOĞAN (4/5): Üzücü - Eşim, 10 yaşındaki kızım ve 13 yaşındaki oğlumla birlikte 4 kişilik ailemiz için burayı tercih ettik. Ancak odada sadece 2 adet tek kişilik yatak vardı ve yataklar çok dar olduğu için çocukların yan yana yatması bile zor oldu. Yatakları birleştirmeye çalışınca da bazalar kayıyor. Bu nedenle aileler için uygun değil. Ayrıca duş gideri sürekli tıkandığından banyo suyla doluyor. Bir gece de sebepsiz yere tüm apartmanda alarm çaldı ve herkes panikle dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldı. Kısacası birçok sıkıntı yaşadık.
• Yvonne (5/5): - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, man ist gleich am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt. Bei uns war es sauber. Schön war, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab. Es gab einen Innenhof, in dem man sitzen kann. Ansonsten stimmt für mich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht. Man hat keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt, muss aber bevor man den elektronischen Schlüssel erhält, eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen, auf der sofort abgebucht wird! Bei der Anreise waren wir überrascht, da die Straße zum Appartement wegen einer großen Baustelle komplett gesperrt wurde und entsprechender war auch der Lärm ab morgens. Keine Info seitens der Unterkunft. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Das Parkhaus kostet 33 Euro am Tag! Das Schlüsselsystem geht nur über das Handy, wie auch sonst alles an Kommunikation! Kein persönlicher Kontakt! Das Schlüsselsystem fällt zudem immer wieder aus, dann kommt man über Stunden nicht ins Appartement. Morgens um 8 ist plötzlich in der gesamten Anlage der Feueralarm los gegangen. Es kümmert sich keiner darum, wenn man es nicht selbst in die Hand nimmt. Über eine Stunde, bis er abgeschaltet wurde! Ansonsten geht es in der Anlage sehr laut zu. Unter uns waren Party Leute die bis nachts auf der Terrasse saßen. Eine neue Gruppe die um kurz vor 23 Uhr ankam, musste bis nachts um 1 Uhr warten, bis jemand kam, um die Zimmer zu öffnen, da es über das Handy nicht funktioniert hat. Hier wurde sich dann im Hof gegenseitig laut angeschrien. Am schlimmsten war für uns die Schlafsituation. Wir waren zu dritt, hatten in einem Zimmer 2 kleine Einzelbetten, die so breit waren wie Luftmatratzen und einfach nur unbequem für Erwachsene Menschen und das Schlafsofa ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Dreckig, durchgelegen, man liegt und schläft auf der Holzkante. Man zahlt aber für 3 Personen! In der Dusche kann sich ein erwachsener Mensch kaum umdrehen. Das Wasser läuft beim duschen raus. Wenn man richtig Kochen möchte, hat man Pech. Es gibt 2 kleine Töpfe und 2 Pfannen, die man nicht mehr benutzen möchte! Ansonsten ist die Küche aber gut ausgestattet! Die Treppensituation zur Wohnung ist grenzwertig. Alte Menschen oder Menschen mit Handicap haben hier ein Problem. Zumal es sehr schmutzig und abgenutzt ist. Wir waren von Montag bis Freitag dort, mit Parkhaus und Kurtaxe ist man hier schnell bei 1000 Euro. Das ist definitiv zu viel. Die Preise in Holland sind dieses Jahr für alles nochmals extrem gestiegen.

• Fabienne (5/5): - Il y a des travaux ds la rue, Il devrait prévenir les personnes qui désire louer car a 6heures vous êtes réveillé par les travaux.du fait que vous êtes fenetre sur rue.Et il est très compliqué de circuler ds la rue en voiture et l accès à l'entrée est compliqué.
• Emilio (5/5): decepcionante - La ubicación La realidad del apartamento es distinta a la mostrada en las fotos, el mobiliario está muy desgastadado y el apartamento es menos amplio de lo que aparenta. Escribimos preguntando una duda sobre el aparcamiento y tardaron 24 horas en contestar.

• Susanne (7/5): Zentrale Anbindung und ruhige Umgebung. - Die Lage ist super zentral, Bahnhof in der Nähe.Innenstadt fussläufig gut zu erreichen.Schöner Innenhof mit Bänken, wenn auch etwas ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen.Geräumiges Apartment mit solider Ausstattung. Schlafcouch absolut verschlissen,meine Empfehlung..Kopf -und Fußende tauschen, dann kommt man über die Nacht. Das Interieur ist in Ordnung, die Klobürsten ekelhaft und die Vorhänge absolut nicht in der Spur 👎Klospülung macht was sie will und der Feueralarm geht jeden Tag zu jeder Uhrzeit los und es dauert ewig bis dieser abgeschaltet wird.Preis und Leistung ist mehr als fragwürdig.

• Andrea (5/5): Bene ma non benissimo… - Posizione valida per visitare la città Allarme antincendio evidentemente troppo sensibile… in 2 notti è partito 2 volte (da altri appartamenti non dal nostro) e la prima volta ha suonato quasi un’ora … oltretutto è riuscito a spegnerlo un’ospite non l’addetto che è arrivato dopo. Andrebbe evidentemente segnalata meglio la necessità di accendere le cappe aspiratrici
• Federica (7/5): - Buona posizione, appartamento luminoso in un bel contesto. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Divano letto molto scomodo. Problemi con lo scarico della doccia, si riempie di acqua il piatto e devi interrompere il flusso d'acqua per non far uscire acqua. Finestre non oscurabili: all'alba l'appartamento si riempie di luce.
• Lubbers (7/5): Mooie locatie voor bezoek aan Den Haag en omgeving. - Geweldige locatie. Openbaar parkeergarage aan het einde/begin van de straat. Centraal Station om de hoek. Je liep met 3/4 minuten zo de binnenstad in. Genoeg eetgelegenheden en supermarkten om je heen. Hygiene van het huis was ook zeker goed. De kwaliteit van de slaapbank liet helaas te wensen over. Vervangen is zeker aan te raden. Verder geen minpunten.

• Diana (8/5): Gute Unterkunft in guter und ruhiger Lage. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Apartment super ok, kleine Terasse zum Frühstücken oder Wäsche trocknen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, d ennoch ich ist man schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider sind wir mit den Betten nicht so zurechtgekommen. Im Schlafzimmer sind sie sehr sehr weich.
