- Stephanie (10/5): Beautiful location with beautiful people - Whole experience at el nido hotel was amazing and so easy, from organising airport pick up, laundry, tour bookings, airport drop offs, the team made it a breeze. Breakfast was delicious every morning, such beautiful friendly staff which I’ve now become friends with near all the members. Such beautiful view as well. Was everything I needed for my solo travels. Really no bad comments on my experience.

- Doris (1/5): It was not a good experience. It should not be a 0 star. Not what they describe. - Bad experience, the hotel is on a bay, where the boats depart for the Islands, so the water is dirty, dogs running around and dogs' poop on the beach, oil can be seing on the beach. I booked that hotel by mistake it shows as 1*, I meant to book a 4* one. I could not cancel online as it was not reimbursable. I paid over USD 1,000 for 8 days. When I arrived, I requested to speak with a supervisor and no-one was available. The ladies at the reception kept going into an office and coming out repeating that supervisor's would tell me the same thing "no reimbursement". While waiting, I went to the breakfast area to use the Bathroom. The place was filthy, the breakfast area was filthy, flies were all over the poor quality food. The bathroom was filthy with no toilet paper. A lady told me that the manager was not in the office and off sick. So, I had no other option but staying. The bathroom was filthy, the room was dark, there was an old TV with only local channels. People passing in front of the room, so the dark curtains have to be left closed for privacy, blocking the view. The day after, I asked for the supervisor, who was not welcoming, I explained to him my mistake and asked for consideration of reimbursement, he refused. After a long discussion, he offer another room on the second floor, he dad that "it was an upgrade", I agreed, rather than loosing my money. So, that room was noisy, with a newer TV but still only local channels, the air conditioner did not work, it was always at 26 degrees even if I adjusted it to a lower temperature. The bathroom was a bit better but still filthy with mold on the corners. I opted to depart a couple of days earlier to another location due to the fact that I could no longer stay in that hotel.

- David (1/5): - Nothing It was awful. I booked a deluxe double room and expected a certain standard. There was absolutely nothing deluxe about this pkace. There was a huge concrete post floor to ceiling within inches of the side of the bed, no wardrobe just a cheap plastic rail on wheels. So many other basic things bad or missing. Breakfast very poor too. You couldn't pay me enough to ever stay there again. Do yourself a favour, avoid it.

When we asked for a coffee cup, the staff went out the back and came back with just one cup, (not a tray like you would expect) leaving other travellers still with none. - TAH FATT (8/5): A pleasant and enjoyable stay - The beach is right in front of the room, which presents an awesome view of the beach & the sea. The location was good, not too close to the noisy nighttime activity areas. However, it is just a short walk to shopping and dining areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.

- Ronald (1/5): Avoid this hotel, dirty and you will get sick!!! - Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly by the receptionist. After checking in, we went to our room, but as soon as we opened the door, we were met with a very unpleasant smell. We returned to the reception to report this. The attitude there became noticeably less friendly. Someone from the technical staff was sent to the room, sprayed some air freshener, and then left. Apparently, that was considered the solution. The bathroom was also in poor condition and clearly not properly cleaned. There was black mold present, which we found completely unacceptable. We actually wanted to leave, but there was no alternative accommodation available. To avoid further confrontation, we decided to stay. During the last few days, my travel companion developed red bumps on her body. After checking the bed, we noticed that the pillows and mattress were very dirty. A visit to the doctor confirmed that the bites were caused by bed bugs. With ointment, the situation has improved, but this should never have happened. We understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but at the very least, you expect a room to be clean and hygienic. We strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you care about your health and hygiene.

View to ocean was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room clean and well maintained. Bathroom did not drain water away quickly when showering. Shower head spray is very weak. No enough hooks to hang towels or clothing in bathroom.

Wir haben in der neuen Luxus Kategorie gewohnt, die extrem schön war in jeder Hinsicht, auch wenn man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Die Mädchen am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Besser geht’s nicht. Überall war es sehr sauber in dieser Zimmer Kategorie ein perfekt Hotel wenn auch für El Nido das Zimmer etwas teuer war. Der Preis zu unserer Weihnachtszeit

Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. No restaurant inside the property. They just serve breakfast but there are restos nearby. Walking distance to the Town Square.

Also, the ocean view room pictures look temping and beautiful. Don’t be fooled. You can’t even walk on the sand without stepping in dog poop. Nasty. Breakfast forget about it. It was terrible! The only good thing I can say about this place is the staff is very nice and helpful.

- Satuala (4/5): First time in El Nido - This hotel has a good location and is only good for leaving your items in while you spend the entire day out and about. Be sure to use the bottled water provided by the hotel for brushing your teeth, sometimes the tap water quality is no good. We were there during off season, so there’s a lot of construction and refurbishing going on. It’s also next to the driveway to the town square, so the buzz of motor bikes and trucks really makes a lot of noise pollution. Our room door really needed some tlc, actually the entire hotel needs it. You can hear everything going on outside. At night on weekends, a lot of bar goers are out, so you hear a lot of revelry, so noise canceling headphones are good to have. If you requested transportation services from the airport to the hotel, be sure to remind them prior to your arrival. I’m not trying to put this hotel down, I’m just sharing the experience I had. The hotel has a lot of potential to be great, I look forward to the day it does.

There were signs of wear such as a sloppy paint job, cobwebs in the closet, and an overall need for better housekeeping. I believe rooms should be more thoroughly inspected and cleaned before guests check in. The bathroom was functional, equipped with hot and cold water and a bidet, though the grout could use a deep clean. Water pressure also varied depending on the time of day. The bed was not particularly comfortable; I often woke up feeling sore, which added to the impression that the room furnishings were in need of an upgrade. Despite these issues, the hotel’s exceptional view and peaceful ambiance made our stay enjoyable. Also this hotel is 5 hrs away from puerto princesa I ended up leaving after 3 days no house keeping if u want extra towels u need to pay never going back to this hotel ever!!! WiFi only works for the 1st and 2nd floor and it’s spotty if ur in the 3rd floor forget about it. If you are looking for a beach front. Property it’s on the beach but u can’t even swim on the beach can’t even get ur feet in its not allowed

At night the streets come alive and this hotel is in a perfect location where it’s not super loud at night but you can still easily access the nightlife. All up the road there are tons of restaurants and shops. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to someone travelling to el Nido!! We also got a tour for relatively cheap for the day and got taken to big lagoon and a few other beaches, we did not have far to go because of the location of the hotel. Love this place

The staff are all lovely and couldn’t be more accommodating. The property is an older one and showing signs of age but still fair. I would still stay again.

Loud music from neighbouring property until 4.30 am, so not much sleep to be had. We paid far too much for a property of this low standard. We are really surprised to have got ripped of like this on Expedia.
- Kevin W (10/5): Worth the price - Was a nice 5 day on the beachfront Hotel was very nice, room was basic, but all we needed. Breakfast was good each day, laundry service was very good, even hemmed my gf new dress. Desk service was always friendly and accommodating

You can refill your water bottles at the retaurant. Building and facilities could do with an upgrade, or refurbishment. Old building and facilities. Food was okay.
- Barbara (5/5): Wonderful view from a dirty room - Wonderful view, but room isn't clean. Location is great if you just wanna have a place to leave your stuff while spending most of the time out exploring, I've stayed in cheap motels that had cleaner bathroom and room.
- Ivan (4/5): El Nido Beach Resort - Location Dirty rag left in basin after cleaning, loud generator at 4am every morning, buffet breakfast very low standard... Only thin single sheet provided as cover.... Hugely over priced

- Marydale (8/5): Beautiful location and wonderful staff - 15 minutes away from Lio airport and it was right on the beach. Beautiful views though the family suite rooms windows could use some cleaning I just wasn’t aware- maybe I didn’t read it properly but there were only stairs leading upstairs. The staff wonderfully assisted us with luggage however my family members who have decreased mobility climbed up and down stairs each time. There are rooms on the bottom floor though.

- Philip (8/5): Great position but you pay a premium - Fabulous position right on the beach and in the main street of El Nido. Everything is on your doorstep - beach, boat trips, tricycle taxis, bars, restaurants, shops. Staff very friendly and accommodating. You are paying a premium for being in such a good spot. Rooms are dated and lacking a bit of care so really this hotel is a bit pricey for what you get.

Bed linen only has 1 sheet; you have to ask for extra sheets and towels. Beach towel has 50.00 pesos fee to borrow The hotel is in the main road close to the market. Tricycles are noisy
- Iain (6/5): Pleasant - Location. The staff who were helpful and polite. If you stay here ask for a room away from Town Square and the loud music. Our second room was in the new section, very comfortable and modern. Ask for one of these rooms. It appears that the hotel is in 3 sections: old (being renovated), middle section and new. If you stay in the old part you will be subjected to loud music from Town Square until 3 or 4 am.

- Moshe (4/5): A big mistake. Terrible - This hotel is simply dirty. They dare charge 120$ per night, while I would say that a fair price for this hotel would be 20$..., they do not know what is the meaning of clean.
