I thought every hotel has a microwave. Night security stand by your door talks loud otp.

Couldn’t call office phone didn’t work , Tv didn’t work. Due to my Disability I wasn’t able to walk to office to complain. My Daughter paid for this room Jasmine Sutton. My overall review of this room was awful.
N6579WEmarys (2/5): Never again - I felt like I had checked into a homeless motel with transients all over the place. One room did not have a door on it. I did not even go into the room. I turned in my card and tried to cancel my transaction and they refused. They would not open up the door.

Anetria (6/5): - I was very pleased to see he wore a mask but I'm not pleased with my room.it was not clean and there was no towels in the room again or no trash can once again and I don't like to put my life in and Jeopardy bye goingback and forth to the office just to use a microwave when it's specifically displays one on the advertising app I'm having a hard time trying to comprehend how I'm not getting the full things of these rooms but I'm paying the full price and I shouldn't have to bring this to his attention he's a manager he should know what his tenants need what his customers need in their room as far as for his trash can towels as far as soap etc and i should not having to interact with other people that don't want to comply with the rules around here that like to hang outside not wearing their face masks supposed to be a race because I have to keep going to the office just use the microwave which is something I'm not going to do because if you look on the display of the app they're displaying a microwave enough said.

It's accessible via transit and near two major highways, and close to shops, eats, and more. There is a lot of foot traffic, though it is well-lit and quiet for the most part. The property is under renovation, so not all rooms are the same...and the Front Office staff are helpful and courteous.

Tuesday (4/5): I do not recommend this place. - We had room 115. We walked in and one bed was made but the other was not. One of my friends sat down on the made bed and immediately rolled off the bed on the floor because one of the legs was broke. We propped it up as best we could but my other friend using that bed fell off the bed too when sleeping. The unmade bed was missing the middle leg altogether and dipped really bad. I didn't expect the best beds but these were lumpy. I had booked the room days in advance for 3 but we only recieved 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. The room was crawling in roaches and part of the top layer of the wall was missing next to the door about 2 inches. The tub had some debris in it, not sure what. And there was a french fry between the toilet and the tub. This was not a good experience.

When we first started checking in we thought we had already paid for it thru the Orbitz app but she very rudely told us we had not paid for the stay yet and then when we got ready to pay with our credit card she wouldn't allow us to do so and insisted that we go find an atm when it was already after midnight ... When asking her why she refused to give us an answer. I will never recommend this property to anyone and i am not sure i will use Orbitz anymore either for simple fact that they are a reflection of you.

However if I had of got a room from the hotel directly I would have to pay more and they would let us check in at that time, but check out by 11. After driving all night there was no way we could book a room before twelve because we actually take out time to look and see reviews.

Cathy (2/5): Don’t Stay Here! - Closet does not have any coat hangers. Closet door does not close all the way. No do not disturb sign. Somebody left there key card on the AC. Freezer so full of ice I could only slide in one ice. Just discovered a dirty washcloth on the shower railing. No clock or radio, no phone. No table, desk, chair. No place to put things except two end tables and there is a large bathroom counter. Hot sauce on inside of front door (I cleaned it before I left to see if it was a stain. It wiped right off.) No remote for the TV. No information in the room about anything. No breakfast, but there is supposed to be coffee in the lobby. Lobby was closed when I got here shortly after six and had to go to a window. Knob missing from microwave, but it’s the one that selects the heat level. Hope it’s broken onto high. Smells like this used to be a smoking room, but they’re all supposed to be non-smoking. All my stuff still smells 2 days later. String tying cover of AC on, bathroom fan cover hanging off wall, had to reach inside fan to plug it in. Floors and walls all sticky. No chairs or anyplace to sit except the bed. Mirror had water streaks on it. Unsanitary room. I would have demanded my non refundable $ back if I wasn’t so tired!

There were bugs in the room and also found in the microwave. Tub looked disgusting and was peeling everywhere. Lots of loitering from people who probably didn’t even stay there. They were playing loud music right outside my door... good thing I only needed the room for a nap. It was comfortable and for the money is ok if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head. Anything else that hotels normally offer this does not have it. AC did work fine which is good. Staff is very mean and does not like to be contacted. Just give them a call and ask anything and you will see what I mean.

Lisa (2/5): - The staff is very friendly but there are a lot of problems with this hotel. My room was on the top floor. The hotel has no elevator. so I had to take the stairs. One stairwell was roped off as it was unsafe. The other stairwell to go up was leaning and very unstable. When I made it to the top the concrete slab to the top deck felt like it was about to sink down or fall through. I looked down and noticed there was a huge crack in it. That slab was so heavy it could easily kill someone. I went to my room but opened up the wrong door with the key. A man was in bed. I apologized and wondered how did the room key open the wrong room. I then went to what was suppose to be my room and opened up the door and three women with stocking caps jumped up out of bed. They were naked and shocked. I had walked in on them. I apologized again. So when I left the room I randomly started to put my room key up to every door I passed. EVERY DOOR TURNED GREEN. It would have let me into any room. I asked a young man who walked out his room to try it with his key. HIS KEY DID THE SAME. The office KNEW that the room keys were not secure and all they did was apologize and say they had a new system. WOW!! I called Expedia and said NO WAY. I'm sure others had to have known those room keys would let them into ANY room. I suspect this is why several were watching people leave.

He said if you need to go out and come back in just come to the office and I’ll let you in. There was trash in the bathtub and it wasn’t clean. The linens were not clean. Bed was completely worn out. I asked for a refund and was denied. Light in bathroom didn’t work.

There were people living in other rooms of the hotel and they were grilling in the parking lot. The people who live in the hotel were super noisy and didn’t go to sleep until the weee hours of the morning. I do like the bathtub and sink. Very ancient tv in the room with very staticky picture. There was no nightstand in the room.

Verified traveler (2/5): - Motel in adaption,there is no table in the room, chairs, outfit for wardrobe, no microwave and refrigerator although it was said that,there is one of the upper rooms
Enrique (2/5): - I called costumer Service because the person in that hotel deny my reservation with out notify you guys. Also I need a copy of the cancelation by email.
Miguel (2/5): The worst hotel state in my life - The person working that night made me leave the property because of a commotion that was going on Two Doors Down did he believe it was my room. I kept telling the guy that I did not know anyone there and that I was there by myself but he would not listen and he was very adamant that he knew what he was talking about so I lost my money and I lost my room and it was a horrible evening
