- Erdem (6/5): - Personel çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Oda büyüklüğü ve balkon yeterliydi. Etraftaki tesislerde havuzlar aktifken, havuz henüz yeni dolduruluyordu ve hiç kullanamadık. Banyo kapısının altındaki kaplama kalkmış ve kötü bir görüntü oluşturuyor. Odada sivrisinekler vardı, balkon kapısı ve banyo penceresinde sineklik olabilirdi. Hem gece geç saatte hem de sabah erken saatte koridorda ve dışarıda sanırım tadilat gürültüsü vardı. Misafir otoparkına giriş patikası çok dardı ve geniş bir arabanın girmesi neredeyse imkansızdı.

- Gabriel (10/5): Will come back for sure - We stayed here for five nights and had an amazing experience. The room was very comfortable and well-kept, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right next to the best swimming beach on the island and close to a bus stop that takes you to Fira. The receptionists were always very nice and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place out of the crowded and typical areas of Santorini.

La posizione è ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Se dovessimo tornare a Santorini torneremo sicuramente qui. Nulla
- Paska (10/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, emellett a szobák tisztasága is kifogástalan volt. Minden nap beágyaztak illetve ha valami elfogyott, pl szappan, ki lett cserélve. Bármi kérdésünk volt rendelkezésre álltak illetve sok jó helyet ajánlottak. A szálloda közel van a parthoz mindössze pár perc séta. A reggelik is finomak és választékosak voltak. A medence tiszta volt és kellemes. Minden rendben volt.

Tiszta szoba, napi takarítás, törölköző, naponta cserélve a pipereholmi, ha szükséges volt. Bőséges reggeli, úszómedence, mini hűtő, klíma, apró terasz. Bónusz az egészre a rendkívül kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Kijelentkezés után is ott lehetett hagyni a csomagokat, vigyáztak rá, igyekeztek programban, közlekedésben is segíteni igény szerint. Minden alkalommal érdeklődtek hogy vagyunk, hogy érezzük magunkat, szükségünk van-e valamire. Amikor kicsit több napozás után érkezett vissza az ember, még azt is megkérdezték, hogy van-e napozás utáni krémünk. Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet mindenkinek! Ha jövőre is ide utazunk, akkor bizotsan ugyanitt fogunk szállást foglalni. Essentially everything. Clean room, daily cleaning, towels, toiletries replaced daily if necessary. Generous breakfast, swimming pool, mini fridge, air conditioning, small terrace. The extremely friendly and helpful staff was a bonus. Even after checking out, we could leave our luggage there, and they took care of it and tried to help us with our plans and transportation as needed. They asked us every time how we were doing, how we felt, and if we needed anything. When we came back after a few days of sunbathing, they even asked if we had any after-sun lotion. I can only recommend this place to everyone! If we travel here again next year, we will definitely book accommodation here again. Nem volt ilyen, egyszerűen minden teljes mértékben megfelelt a várakozásoknak. Még azt sem lehet mondani, hogy a képek nem fedik a valóságot, mert tényleg minden információ, ami fent van, valós a helyről. There was nothing like that, everything simply met our expectations completely. You can't even say that the pictures don't reflect reality, because all the information provided is true.

La struttura ha Il parcheggio privato è molto comodo e conveniente perché a Santorini ci sono le strade impossibile parcheggiare. In piedi solo 5 minuti fino a spiaggia nera di Perissa. Niente di negativo.

Parking was included and the pool is nice. It Is very close to the beach, to markets and Car rental The clean was fine but could be better for a four star hotel. The same for the breakfast that was fine but I would expected something more.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located close to all the main attractions but still in a peaceful area, which made it ideal for relaxing. The pool was amazing clean, with a beautiful view, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff especially the receptionist. He was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Always smiling, friendly, and full of positive energy, he went above and beyond to make our stay special. No matter what we needed help with directions, advice on what to see, or assistance with bookings he was always there, ready to help with genuine enthusiasm. He gave us fantastic recommendations, including a wonderful restaurant just nearby where we had one of the best meals of our trip. You could really tell he cared about the guests and wanted everyone to have a great time on the island. The rest of the staff were just as lovely. The gentleman who served breakfast was so friendly and kind every morning started with a warm smile and great service. The lady who worked with him was also incredibly sweet and attentive. The other receptionist we met during our stay was very helpful and welcoming, and the housekeeper kept our room spotless and fresh every day. It’s rare to meet such a genuinely caring and dedicated team. Thanks to them, we didn’t just feel like guests we felt truly welcome and looked after just like a family. There was no thing we didn’t like.
- Branislav (10/5): Nice hotel with big rooms and comfy pool - We had a big 3 bed room with nice view on the pool area and nearby hill. The location is in thew main street of Perissa. Beach is 2 minutes from the apartment and all the bars, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets you may need are next to the hotel. The staff is amazing and the hotel is absolutely clean. The breakfast is nice but the same every day. If you want to spend your holiday on the Perissa beach this is absolutely one of the best hotels for the price...

The pool was amazing and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a basic selection but everything was fresh and very tasty. The location is perfect – just 5 minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. I would definitely love to come back! the pillow was a bit too firm for my taste and the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy

The cleaning was horrible as we stayed for the whole week but not a single day they cleaned our room properly.The cleaner used to come in and in a few minutes she was done as if she was in a hurry to finish her job quickly. Moreover she didn't clean the washroom so the mirror, floor, bathtub and toilet seat seemed dirty.Also our washroom floor was wet after everytime we shower as the buthtub curtain was too short and thin to hold the water leaking through and flooding the whole floor and I don't know why didn't anyone complain this to management before..However the hotel staff were nice and approachable.

- Sophia (3/5): Poor - The guy in the front desk was friendly The room was not clean. Found leftovers from past guests in the room, the bathroom and balcony was not clean. The air conditioner was not working when the balcony door was open (witch was hard to close) and the AC made us feel sick. The bed was rock hard and we had trouble sleeping. The breakfast was not good at all, and they monitored the coffee and juice by not letting you use the machine yourself. The pool was dirty and the location was not good unless you have a car or moped but even then its a 30 min drive to fira or oia. Uber or taxi was 40€ one way. Would not recommend.
- Μarianna (8/5): Very good - Good locaction close to the sea. The womanin the reception was excellent. All the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful very smily and friendly people. The breakfast was decent with some alternatives. There was no option to confirm in advance for a double bed unless if you pay a fee so even though we stated our preference was for a double bed we got 2 single ones (first come first served policy). The jung man in the reception was not very accommodating especially when we asked for a room with double bed. The road to the private parking was very narrow.

I left my phone charger, adapter and PJ’s there by accident and I went back the next morning and they said they were not there which was hugely disappointing! The cleaner was clearly lying and saying she hadn’t found them. I wouldn’t stay there simply because your items won’t be safe when the cleaner cleans your room. The beds are also very uncomfortable. Very hard.

- Stefan (9/5): Superb - It's a quiet and clean place I usually don't use to write comments, but some things must be told so the future customers know it in advance and, not at least, the management will improve their services. First thing what i disliked was that at a pretended four stars hotel i needed to write myself the check-in document. The electricity in the room doesn't allow you to keep your mobile charging while you are out. And the absolute worst possible thing at a pretended four stars hotel is that there are always at least three persons of the staff that are permanently with the eyes on the guests while taking food from the breakfast buffet, one of them is responsible to press the button on the coffee machine, no guests are allowed to touch it. One morning i asked for hot water for a medicine and then I wanted to take even coffee and the person from the coffee machine (besides that nobody talks English) tried to explain and ask me with the hands why i need even coffee if i got hot water, or at least it felt like this, but, shortly, it's an unfriendly staff at the restaurant that should not be in a pretended four star hotel. Just don’t offer breakfast better, instead of being "police" watching every single guest how much food takes from the buffet.
