- Verified traveler (8/5): Passt für den Preis - Es ist das was man von einem 20-30€ Hotel im Nana Viertel erwartet. Ein kleines, aber sauberes Zimmer mit einem Bett drin. Wer wie ich immer nur die letzte Nacht seines Urlaubs in Bangkok "verschwendet", für den ist dieses Hotel ideal.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 快適に過ごせました - BTSナナ駅より徒歩５分掛からない位で着きました。23時位でしたが特に問題なくチェックインできました。シャワーとトイレの間には扉がありませんが間に30cmくらいガラスあり、シャワーの水も飛び散らず、便器にかかりませんでした。場所はナナプラザより近いですが騒音もなく快適に過ごせました。ナナ地区宿泊の際は次回もまた利用予定です。

- hiroshi (4/5): 外がうるさい2階の部屋 - NANAが近くロケーションが良いが、2階の通り側の部屋だったので、外のBERが騒がしく、朝5時まで騒がれて寝れなかった。部屋にもよるかもしれないけど、今回の部屋は最悪だった。

- Keiko (8/5): 必要最低限は揃ってる。 - 個室の方に泊まったが、ホテル自体はホステル。朝食は着いてない。(有料であったが、頼まなかった。)ほんの30秒先に小さなセブンがあって便利。ホテルの場所は年齢層の高い外国人男性が集う繁華街に在るので、帰りが遅くなってもある意味安全。シャワーの出は問題無いし、温度も調整出来る。スタッフの感じも良いし、割りと快適な宿でした。
- Chris (8/5): Cant get any closer to the action - Well if you want to stay right in the middle of crazy Nana then this is the place. Room is fine, a bit older. Guest friendly of course. It's fine for the money. Probably good for solo's.

- kazuki (8/5): 立地はいい！ - ナナプラザに極近いです。 路地を30メートルほど入った所にあり、少しわかりにくいです。 ルームキーを抜くと電源が全て切れるため、クーラーや冷蔵庫、充電などが出来ない。 ドライヤーは貸出あり。 お湯は出るが、勢いが弱い。 クーラーは良く効く。 奥まったところにあり静かでした。 コンビニ、レストランすぐ近くにあります。 タクシーもすぐ捕まる。
- Robert (10/5): Single guys opinion - My stay at the DI Place Hotel was excellent. Best location I have ever had staying in Bangkok. Right in the middle of Nana. The room had all the basics, tv, frig, a/c, good maid service, just off Main Street so it’s quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the best night life Bangkok has to offer.

I wasn't expecting anything fancy but this room was depressing, prison-like. I bit the bullet and booked another room at a place a block away that was nice.

- Martin (8/5): Für diesen Preis ganz gut - Für diesen Preis ein ganz gutes Hotel. Nettes Personal, recht hilfsbereit. Hotel und Umgebung ist nichts für Familien! Zimmer etwas klein, schwer mit einem großen Gepäckstück zu hantieren außer auf dem Bett ablegen. Toilette für Männer nicht unbedingt geeignet (seltsame Bauweise).

- Thai-Janne (6/5): Nära till allt! - Bodde 4 dagar på DI Place, som ligger i en liten gränd med billiga short time hotell mitt i ett av Bangkok största nattlivs områden Nana, bara 5 minuters promenad från alla gogo barer I Nana Plaza. Rummet var ett fönster-rum med utsikt över gränden, med liten balkong/avsats. Väldigt litet och simpelt rum inget för storvuxna, med en Queen size säng, mini kyl, TV (bara 4 kanaler dock), och badrum med dusch. Ingår gratis 2 vattenflaskor, toapapper tvål, shampoo och två badhanddukar. Ingen hårtork, kaffe eller te kokare Fanns dock gratis Wi/Fi. Ingen garderob, kassaskåp eller annat skåp för dina väskor i rummet, bara en hängare i ett hörn för kläder. Rummen städades varje dag och såg rena ut, men vimlade av små kackerlackor på golvet på natten! Hotellet använder vissa små fönsterlösa rum som korttids uthyrning till prostituerade som tar dit sina kunder. Så det är inte passande för barnfamiljer, par eller dom som vill koppla av! Finns ingen restaurang, bara lite bord och stolar vid receptionen där man kan äta medtagen mat, och där det fanns en gratis dator terminal. Passar mest för singlar som är ute för att festa hela natten och bara använder rummet för att sova i. Största problemet var oväsen hela natten från barer utanför/sidan om hotellet, med högljudda alkisar, ladyboys och massage tjejer, omöjligt att sova innan 4-5 på morron! Pga av oväsen på natten, trånga utrymmen och få TV kanaler kommer jag inte att bo här igen! Finns betydligt bättre hotell i området för samma pris!

- dasavo (8/5): return stay again - this hotel has the perfect location if your looking for fun in nana plaza, it's also next to a bts so getting from the airport is quicker than a taxi all hours, the room is basic but it's all you need when staying in bkk, it's clean and safe, I have been using di place for the last 3 years due to its location and no guest/ joined fee you can also have up to 2 ladies stay.

- Geraldo (2/5): Central location but in the red light district. - DI Place is quite closed to BTS Nana Station one can easily go to anywhere in Bangkok by this or MRT. But it is located in the middle of the red light district so there was high turnover of guests that usually spent just a few hours there. The staff service was not good.

- Tommy (4/5): Ok for the price - Need a place to crash for a few hours before my evening flight out of Bangkok. I booked this place because it was right next to my previous hotel and was cheap. This place is in a ghetto looking alley. Rooms were tiny and bed uncomfortable. AC wasn't very effective. However, if I were looking for a place that was cheap and relatively clean, I probably wouldn't mind. This place is NOT family friendly, as this hotel in centrally located in the redlight district.
