• Mathilde (9/5): Idéal pour un séjour en famille à Barcelone - L'emplacement est parfait, proche de métros, de la gare Sants, du parc Montjuic et de commerces. La terrasse est grande, nous y avons petit déjeuné et dîné tous les jours. L'appartement est calme car il donne sur une cour. Il est très bien équipé, propre et confortable. La communication avec les gérants à été simple. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable, beaucoup de ressorts qui grinçaient... Quelques bruits de voisins par la cage d'escalier.

Only thing is that it was advertised with two bedrooms with one of them having seperate beds - both of them had king sized bed so we had to divert one of us onto the sofa

• DELPHINE (9/5): Spacieux, agréable et bien situé ! - L'appartement est spacieux (même si une des chambres est un peu comme une alcôve), bien équipé pour la cuisine (plaques, micro-onde, sucre, sel, huile d'olive...) et les lits sont confortables. Il est situé dans une rue commerçante (mais une fois dans l'appartement on est au calme), et les transports en commun sont à proximité (3 minutes à pieds de la station Hostafrancs et 5 minutes de le station Espanya). C'est donc facile de rejoindre le centre de Barcelone mais également agréable pour découvrir le quartier de Montjuic dont la fontaine magique, animation de certains soirs.Très bon contact avec l'hôte.

La casa era pulita, in ordine e ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Non era riportato e non ci è stato detto che è presente un solo bagno. Per quattro adulti non è il massimo.

The host was very accommodating and gave lots of information about the area and getting around. The apartment was clean and tidy with a decent amount of space for a family.

• Zuzana (7/5): Good location, better visit in summer - great terrace and not that great heating system - - communication with the owner, the access was really easy - terrace - nice space outside. Not great view, but usefull if you want to sit outside and chill - kitchen equipment, including dishwasher - also little things like coffee, tea, oil, salt, sugar - location - metro is close, shops are easy to find, walkable distance to the center (30 min) - clean bedsheets, towels, comfy beds. - heating - the heating was loud,due to that reason it could be switched on only in the time when we did not sleep. When we arrived, the place was cold and it took time to make it warm. - one of the bedrooms has no windows which I did not notice until we have arrived. It is like sleeping in a cupboard, but I guess better than sofa. - shower old, but working, not that pretty tho, I was expecting more in 9.6 rated appartment. - neighbours talking still at 3 am, paper walls. It is not like they had a party, but it was disturbing for me to hear them talking all night. - hairdryer - very old type, take your own if you do not want to loose your mind as this one works only like 15 seconds and then it needs time to cool down. Useless. It should not be in the list of things which is there.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Famiglia con due bambini Non consiglio questa struttura perche' l'appartamento aveva bisogno di piccole ma importanti manutenzioni, la doccia era otturata l'aspiratore del bagno (senza finestre)era rotto, la porta scorrevole della camera da letto era rotta e cosa molto grave dal lavandino e dalla doccia del bagno usciva una puzza di fogna che invadeva tutto l appartamento. Abbiamo chiesto immediatamente l intervento di un tecnico, ma tra il dire e il fare.....purtroppo!!! dopo 4 giorni su 6 di soggiorno solo grazie ad expedia (agenzia favolosa) appena contattati ci ha fatto cambiare appartamento e di li tutto ok. A dimenticavo... personale maleducato toni quasi minacciosi ( addirittura mi sono sentito dire: MA TU COSA VUOI). E menomale che il cliente ha sempre ragione.
• Aline (8/5): Apartamento bom, mas precisa urgente de reforma - O apartamento era bom e bem mobiliado. O problema é a falta de manutenção. A porta do banheiro não fecha, é de correr e está emperrada dentro da parede. O banho é tomado com porta aberta, ficando a vista de quem está na cozinha e sala. O piso de madeira da sala está danificado por conta da água que sai do chuveiro.
• Laura (4/5): IMPOSSIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS - First one needs to go to the other side of town about 30 mins to pick up keys and get instructions and then return back another 30 mins which is costly and not something you are wanting to do when you just got back from a 14 hour plane ride... the apartment is fine clean and all but the mattress was IMPOSSIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE AND LUMPY not a little lumpy .... no .... 1843 lumpy ... not kidding ... possibly tne reason why we stayed here for ONE NIGHT and RAN AWAY!!!

Lite bestikk. Skyvedører som dører og vegger på bad og 2 soverom. Ene soverom hadde et vindu ut i mot et område hvor søppelstank var kraftig. Gebyrer på 400 kr for innsjekk etter kl 20 ikke bra. 3000 kr i obligatorisk depositum, for hva egentlig?...

• Patrick (4/5): - Very inconvenient to check-in in a location that is about 2 or 3 miles away from where the apt is. No cars are allowed on the street where you check in, so you have to park and hike to the office before 8 PM and then hike back to parking and travel to the apt. Location is good, but place is run down and needs some TLC
• Maire (10/5): Great location - I will definitely be returning to this property as it is in just the right location for me, with easy access to the metro and the aerobus at pl espanya. The apartment has plenty of space with a lovey balcony. Please be aware though that when checking in you have to go past the apartment and into the city centre to the short stay offices which are just off la rambla. I was not aware of this when booking which is a bit frustrating. Wifi in the apartment is not very reliable, with it coming and going quite frequently. Also bring your own hairdryer if you use one as the one in apartment turns off after around 30seconds use and you then need to wait a few minutes for it to come back on again. Apart from these few issues I really enjoyed my stay at this property.
• cindy (8/5): Appartement très fonctionnel - Nous avons logé à trois dans cet appartement, il faut avant tout récupérer les clés au bureau qui est situé aux Ramblas. Il est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, et agréable. La literie single : matelas trop mou à mon gout, mais j'ai très bien dormi. Situation parfaite pour accéder au Montjuic, à 100 mètres de la Plaza d'Espagne et donc du métro pour aller directement aux Ramblas. A recommander pour quelques nuits ou plus.

Como aspectos a mejorar, el agua caliente del baño debe ser por termo eléctrico que es insuficiente para 4 personas y hay que esperar mucho para que se vuelva a calentar el agua.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very nice apartment - Very nice apartment overall and excellent customer service. The condition or the unit is excellent and the apartment very comfortable, way better than anticipated.Virtually everything in the apartment is new and/or recently remodeled. Location is a bit far from the city main attractions but easily accessible by walk or public transportation. We did have a couple of issues with the shower drain and with the internet, which they promptly worked to resolve. Keys are to be picked up in a different location, which is ~30’ by metro so keep in mind and plan accordingly. I’d definitely come back to this place again.

• Olga (8/5): Un poco decepcionante - Tuvimos que poner una queja porque el checkin lo hicimos a las 10h, nos aseguraron que podíamos entrar al piso a las 14h, llegamos al apartamento a las 17h y nos encontramos a un chico de mantenimiento arreglando la cisterna del wc, la puerta abierta del piso con chicas de la limpieza colgando cortinas, con comida por la cocina y el piso lleno de polvo. Además había varios desperfectos en el mobiliario, la puerta corredera no se abría ni cerraba bien. Por lo demás la distribución del piso está bien y muy bien situado. Si no hubiera sido por esta experiencia decepcionante a la llegada al piso hubiera estado bien.
• JACQUELINE (8/5): SORT OUT YOUR DRAINAGE IN THE SHOWER - OVERALL was a great stay in this apartment but 2 things i was complaining. 1. the moment we checked-in (Monday night 24th October), we don't have WIFI, lights not working at dining area and some kitchen lights not working and have the lights sorted out the next day. But the wifi not sorted until Thurday night (26th Oct). 2.In the bathroom, when you shower, the shower tray been flooded and water not draining quick enough/ not draining well. I have complained it few times but not been sorted the whole time of our stay.
• TALIS & NIS (10/5): appart/hôtel super bien situé - Nous avons passés un excellent séjour de 5 jours à Barcelone et dans cet appart/hôtel qui est très bien situé (Place Espana). Propre et bien équipé - Lits faits et serviettes de toilette + par personne, un échantillon de gel douche et lait pour le corps offerts - calme sur cour (sur rue, nous pensons qu'il serait plus bruyant). Le seul point négatif est qu'il faut aller à un autre endroit (4 stations de métro) pour s'enregistrer et prendre possession des clefs (il faut savoir parler espagnol ou anglais) + problème de Wifi signalé mais non résolu à notre départ (plus de 4 jours sans Wifi (du mardi soir au vendredi). Sinon, nous le recommandons et y retournerons lors d'un prochain séjour à Barcelone.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - It was clean and well laid out. The kitchen and room were nice and spacious. The area was pleasant although perhaps bit close to main road. Two mins from station so access to Barca is easy. Only major thing, was the reception was miles away.
• Sassy (6/5): Close to Placa Espanga - Ideal location for visiting some main tourist attractions, and the train station for Monsarrat. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Just two things need correcting! The kitchen sink needs a new plug so that water stays in the sink when used. Also, the shower hose needs replacing, as most of the shower water leaks out of the hose and not the showerhead.

• fafa (8/5): 鄰近交通樞紐 - 飯店靠近鬧區，機場交通車下車處，交通.吃飯都非常方便，不方便是早上check-out 後行李要寄存需帶著到管理中心，稍微不方便。這次入住的床體壞了，導致床鋪塌陷，管理人員沒告知也沒處理，清潔人員沒留下足夠的衛生紙，詢問需自行購買。入住前記得先聯繫管理方。
• Alan (6/5): 나쁘지 않은 아파트 - 에스파냐 광장과 가까운 거리에 있어 이동시 편했음. 객실의 청결 및 상태도 훌륭함. 식기도구도 잘 구비가 되어 있어 가족끼리 장기간 숙박하기에는 적당함. 4층에서 숙박했지만 사실은 6층이었고, 엘레베이터가 주말만 운영되는지 계단 이용시 힘들었으며 특히 캐리어 이동시에는 등산하는 기분이었음. 또한 샤워실의 칸막이가 반만 되어 있어 샤워시 물이 내부로 들어가 관리하는데 힘들었음. 엘레베이터와 샤워실 상태를 제외하곤 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙박시설임.

• Sally (8/5): - Jag och tre tjejkompisar bodde här en vecka, trivdes jättebra. Kom sent på natten men det var inga problem! Enda negativa var att hissen var sönder. Annars är det perfekt lokaliserat, och väldigt fräsch lägenhet.

Near to España Plaza, one of the most popular tourist attractions of Barcellona, the apartment, located in a street with enough restaurants, markets, and pastry shops for breakfast and dinner, was clean and comfortable offering all the facilities for a short stay in town with the family. Well connected with the airport and the Catalunya Plaza.

• Stevo Fordio (2/5): AVOID!!!! Not worth the hassle - Check in is nearly 2 miles away (€15 taxi). And you need to be there before 20.00 or you'll be charged another €40 and have to travel another mile or so. Addresses are stayed in the fine print, but just beware you'll have to do a cross town journey just to check in. Once in, expect little sleep due to noisy neighbours in apartment 1841. I have videos of them partying loudly until at least 1.30 as proof. Not great with the thin sliding doors that make up the "walls" of each appt. Lights didn't always work, plug sockets intermittent, lift shaft smells of gas. We went with 2 kids and expected 2 decent nights sleep, or at least rest. Nobody got any sleep - or any rest. Shower leaks, pillows stink due to not being washed. We paid €150 per night. Don't. Book early and find somewhere nice...

Please be awre that you must pick your keys 🔑 by Liceu ( Metro Station ) if you are coming early for check in. I went directly to the apartment with the luggages and it was a little bit crazy. Staff members are very nice. Near you will find a Supermarket
• Veronika (8/5): Nice appartment centrally located at Placa Espanja - We booked the appartment for 4 persons and 5 nights. 4th floor was easy reachable with the elevator. The appartment was fully furnished, plus air condition, towels and bed sheets. All the public transportation at Placa Espanja as well as the station Sants Estacio are in short walking distance. I would recommend the appartment!

Never found the broom till the day we were leaving since it was in the balcony. No hooks for bath towels. And simple details that would make the stay more comfy.

• Elmar (8/5): Gut eingerichtete Wohnung zu einem fairen Preis - Barcelona ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Ob als Paar, mit Freunden oder mit der Familie hat die Stadt sehr viel zu bieten. Ebenfalls kann man praktisch alles mit Metro und zu Fuss erreichen. Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal hier und kommen bestimmt wieder... Das gewählte Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Einige Negativpunkte: die Unterkunft ist ziemlich ringhörig und der Schlüssel muss an einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden (dies bedeutet, dass man mit dem ganzen Gepäck ins Stadtzentrum/durch die Ramblas muss).

• Zhanna (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment - Clean modern apartment. It was enough space for two kids and two adults. Good location, minutes from train, two stops to main tourist point of interest. Owner made extra effort to accommodate us. Thank you, we had great time.

• Rohit (10/5): Very convenient and well connected - The Good: I stayed here for 4 days while attending a business conference. It is very close from Fira De Barcelona where the event was. Hence became super convenient. Nothing specific to complain about. I could find many restaurants nearby. It has a mall nearby which makes it even better. It also has a metro station pretty close. Not so good: One has to go to their office which is about 15 mins away by metro to collect the keys. That's not really great since I had to drag my bags till the office get the keys and come back to apartments.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment is really clean and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and the metro quite near. The only criticism we have is that the office/reception is not near the apartment and like us if you are not made aware of this prior to departure then it can be very frustrating and waste time. However other than that I would stay here again.
