Le restaurant de l'hotel est excellent, de nombreux plats sont proposés à la carte. Le personnel du restaurant et de l'hotel est très accueillant. Le parc de jeux pour les enfants est un point fort pour les familles.

• Jean-François (1/5): À ne surtout ne pas réserver - mensonger - Rien L’hôtel a annulé la réservation le matin même du séjour car il avait un séminaire (imprévisible évidemment) On a été délogé, certes dans un hôtel de même catégorie et du même groupe surtout (histoire d’encaisser tout de même la réservation), mais qui n’était pas du tout dans le même cadre : en bord de route et pas dans la nature au bord de la rivière. Le temps de trouver l’autre hôtel et de faire le check-in… il n’était plus possible d’aller faire une randonnée (les sites des chutes ferment à 16h…) Bref merci à l’hotel pour nous avoir totalement fait foiré l’étape. Alors que s’il avait annulé la réservation plus tôt, nous aurions organisé différemment l’étape.
• Miguel (10/5): Geweldig - Het is veilig, hygiënisch en rust gevend door de natuur. Met 10m rijden was ik midden in het centrum van de dorp. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en er was genoeg te eten en ook nog eens vers 10 krijgen ze van mij! Het is veel mooier in het echt dan op de fotos. Misschien kunnen ze iets doen met de fotos zodat meer mensen op af komen.

• Florentine (6/5): Particulièrement frustrant - L’hôtel a un cadre incroyable. Nous sommes vraiment en immersion dans la nature. La nourriture était particulièrement bonne ; le repas a été un véritable bon moment. Le lieu est formidable et il a tout pour réussir, mais il lui faut un nouveau souffle. L’hôtel a vraiment tout pour plaire. Il pourrait largement être un cinq étoiles, mais l’entretien courant laisse vraiment à désirer. Pour commencer, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude. Quand je l’ai signalé, on m’a répondu de tourner les robinets de la douche et du lavabo vers la gauche et d’ouvrir les deux pendant longtemps. Nous n’avons jamais eu d’eau chaude et j’ai dû insister. Nous avons à peine eu le temps de prendre notre douche que nous n’avions déjà plus d’eau chaude. La salle de bain était à peine fonctionnelle ; elle aurait vraiment besoin d’un petit coup de rafraîchissement. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Autour de la piscine, il y avait des gobelets usagés, des chewing-gums et des pansements. Une femme de ménage est passée facilement trois fois devant sans jamais les ramasser. Une fois de plus, j’ai dû le signaler. Nous avons également très bien mangé, mais je trouve cela dommage : on nous donne une carte avec différents plats, et lorsque vous passez commande, au moins 30 à 40 % de la carte n’est pas disponible. Vous n’avez pas non plus la possibilité de prendre un dessert, ce qui est regrettable, car la nourriture est incroyable.

• Jürgen (6/5): - Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Bach. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gebuchtes Zimmer mit Balkon erhielten wir erst nach Urgenz. Rund um Swimmingpool und Spa Bereich wurde gebaut mit erheblichen Lärm und war daher nicht benutzbar. Zusätzlich wurden ständig die Grünflächen gemäht. Da gab es keine ruhige Minute.
• Scott (10/5): It’s a great place to stay if you wanna go up in the mountains for a while - Everything! We had an amazing restaurant there, the grounds were beautiful. The room was exceptional. It was right on a river, which was gorgeous. It was a little far out of town. It took us about a half an hour to walk, but really you wanna do a taxi most of the time. There wasn’t that much happening in the town so that wasn’t great either.

• Marum (7/5): Still my favorite Hotel in Jarabacoa - Location and ambiance are fantastic and unmatched. Quiet, with a lot of room. So always easy to find a quiet place. Wifi coverage and speed were spotty in some areas. Also, we had issues with our bathroom shower head. It was fixed, but still affected our experience. Also, hot water can take a very long time to start.

Quizás podrían adecuar un poco mejor poder bajar al Hermoso Río con poca cosas , como una escalera de cemento y una cuerda que cruce de lada a lado el río por seguridad nada más .

• Rich Ldn (3/5): Overdue a refurb - The location on the river is nice but beware you will hear it when trying to sleep! The room, despite being the superior one, needs a full refurbishment. The balcony door was broken and didn't close, which took them quite a while to fix. Reception didn't believe me when I reported it. The curtains were all coming off. The blinds don't cover the windows so there is no black out. There was a fridge but no way to plug it in The wi-fi keeps disconnecting The yb was set in demo mode so kept displaying a screensaver when trying to watch anything The air con stopped working

• Luis (5/5): Puedo ser una mejor experiencia - Ubicación y las instalaciones generales. El servicio al cliente en la recepción del hotel fue deficiente. Se solicitó una mejor ubicación para los niños que no implicara una habitación en un tercer nivel, sin embargo, no se ofrecieron alternativas. Asimismo, la cuna solicitada nunca fue llevada a la habitación. Adicionalmente, los baños presentaban mal olor y se observaron insectos dentro de la habitación, lo cual afectó de manera significativa la experiencia de la estadía.
• David (5/5): Miserable staff, poor room, lovely location and grounds. - The gardens within which the buildings sit are fabulous and the location on the bend of the river is lovely. We saw hummingbirds from the deck. The reception staff were close to hostile and totally uninterested in customer service. There was unbelievably loud music opposite our room, coming from the pool area, we were staying 4 nights and asked for a quieter room, but we're told that would be another USD 317 to move as there were no other rooms of our category available, which was hard to believe given the hotel had very low occupancy (so low 3 mornings there was no breakfast buffet and you had to order as guest numbers were so low). The cleaners were so happy and polite, the reception staff do not want to be there, however.. The bathroom had a wooden ceiling and was starting to rot. The bedroom was tired and the mattress sagged. The one dinner we had was fine but with painful service from unhappy staff. The staff really need some training. Or perhaps the garden staff should take over as the grounds are so lovely, so there are some people here proud of the work and hotel, but not those who engage with the guests.

The staff was unfriendly, untrained, unhelpful and incompetent. Room had no hot water. Restaurant had unbelievably bad service — up to 1.5 hours for food order to come, staff totally ignored customers.

• Isabella (9/5): Für Naturliebhaber ein perfekter Ort - - Hotelanlage super hübsch, Zimmer waren auch sehr gut, gab nur 1-2 kleine Punkte, aber da überwiegt das positive. Vieles zu tun in der Gegend und auch super leckere Restaurants in der Umgebung!! Haben ein kostenfreies Zimmer Upgrade bekommen mit einer wunderschönen View! Netflix usw wurde uns angemacht am TV und Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht. Die Bilder zeigen nicht wie schön die Aussicht beim Frühstpck ist!! Zimmer war grundlegend top, aber es gab in ein paar Ecken oder unter Schränken Schmutz (meckern auf hohem Niveau). Frühstück sehr lecker, allerdings gab es teilweise Sachen auf dem Menü nicht obwohl wir mit die ersten beim Frühstück waren. Und teilweise Kellner die super langsam sind, aber ist in der DR nicht unüblich.

Es gab 3 Pools, einen grossen mit "kaltem" Wasser, einen kleinen unter freiem Himmel, welcher bei Bedarf gewärmt wird und einen mittleren unter Dach, welcher auch warm ist. Das war wirklich toll! Was uns nicht bewusst war, dass Jarabacoa im "nichts" ist. Man kann nicht wirklich viel anschauen. Daher haben wir uns viel nur im Hotel aufgehalten und waren im warmen Pool. Das war etwas schade.

• Mancebo (8/5): - me gusto mucho el feeling de resort dentro de las montañas, un espacio bien cuidado silencioso perfecto para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza, buen desayuno y cerca del pueblo para hacer mas actividades. las habitaciones aunque cómodas, baño no muy espacioso, y con problemas en algunas habitaciones para el agua caliente.
