• Louceiferus (1/5): - The look of the room ..the location The staff was very difficult. Had a nasty attitude. Made everything complicated. I feel like they hated I booked thru a 3rd party where I was getting discounts because I already had a $100 damage deposit on file instead of using that same deposit for my extended day that said I have to check out and start the process over again...so when they refunded the $100 deposit I told them I didn't have another $100 deposit why refund me when that $100 could of stayed on file. So they wouldn't allow me to get access to the room that was already paid for because they wanted to be difficult. The place would be a great place if the staff or residents wasn't so rude. Oh don't let me forget my car window was busted. And they wouldn't allow me to see the camera. They didn't even care.

• Todd (10/5): A good deal a good room and worth suffering a little bit but a big sign would be really helpful. - I like the nice size refrigerator. I carry things with me in the car and I was really glad to have all kinds of room. The hours of the office were 11:00 to 7:00. It was very difficult to find the office at night at like 9:00ish when I got there. You have to call the number while you're out in the cold in the dark and vulnerable and then some guy shows up who just wants to see your driver's license and then leave you standing outside while he goes in the office.

• Little (5/5): The rate made it GREAT!! - The whole staff was great! Smiles and eager to help. Property was clean and in order Sink was broke and leaking water everywhere, the bed was a cheap cot style that was not comfortable at all. I'm ok with it I guess the rate made up for it

• BARBARA (1/5): It was absolutely terrible and definitely will not do it again. - The main door handle to the room didn't work. You couldn't close the bathroom door at all or you were trapped. They key card reader worked when it wanted to. 3 outlets, the lamps, and charger plugs connected to that wall didn't work. There were dead roaches all over the floor and HUGE alive ones climbing the walls. The floors were disgusting. The bed covers were souled and had cigarette burns. To flush the toilet you had to open the tank and stick your hand in the water to pull the chain because the thing it connected to was rusted and wouldn't hold it.there was no shower head so you were pretty much pressure washed to shower. The bathroom sink had little to no flow at all. The kitchen sink had a constant drip. I paid for a bigger room (corner room extra $20 a night) they down graded me and refused to reimburse the difference. Always smelled like weed, neighbors constantly drinking and fighting.

• Mims (4/5): I would not go back - I had to stay there for a month. The people who lived there were very nice and friendly. They were also very helpful. The manager was a male who was very rude. He was very nasty and wasn’t considerate at all. He is not professional and he is not welcoming.

• Chad Hackney (2/5): Dont do it - Location was OK Everything, People are living there which most were very nice amd wanted to talk every time you walked out if your room ) which interfere with trying to get 4 rooms together with the family. Trash in parking lots , rooms were outdated 2 out of 4 doors didnt lock from the inside. Broken doors , If it wasnt so late and we drove all day and half of couldn't make it all the way back home and we didnt have money to go somewhere else .we wpuldnt have stayed. Definitely on the not going back .
• Cox (10/5): Great little place with friendly staff an clean hot water an good great water pressure and soft bed - Staff was amazing an both cleaning ladies was as well room was clean and stayed hot and had great pressure the price was great and they have a full kitchen that was amazing an the stay was a great stay thank y'all for a great home away from home and everyone being so nice hope y'all have blessed rest y'all's life an if I do ever come back up there I will be staying back at y'all's hotel It didn't have a stopper to take a bath and I couldn't leave my key anywhere cuz people don't come in at 11:00 or I didn't see the drop off box if there was one

• Dannie (2/5): Nasty Staff with Nastier Work Ethics; NEVER AGAIN! - This reservation was made to visit with a friend who was attending the same rabbit show that I was attending. At the last moment, I had a medical emergency that prevented my attendance, but my friend was still going. When she showed up to check in, a black man wearing a mask was very rude to her and wouldn't allow her to check in. No call was made to the number on file. No message was sent to me (since I made the reservation). But my friend was treated so badly that she had to find a room elsewhere. I was embarrassed and angry to learn that she had been treated so poorly. I'm not just angry and embarrassed, but I'm absolutely shocked to have a hotel chain that I frequently use disappoint me so terribly. I was charged for a room that no one even got to utilize. I sincerely hope that charge for one night was worth destroying a customer relationship. I will never darken the doorstep of a Red Roof hotel again. Disgraceful.

• Kerene (8/5): - The staff at reception; they couldnt do enough for us. We did have an issue with the cleaner, that did not get resolved, hence the missing star. The room was a standard room, not the ritz, but you get what you pay for. It suited our budget and we would definitely go back...purely because of how friendly the staff and other occupants were. Just be prepared not to expect daily housekeeping...this is supposed to happen once per week. However, we did not receive this despite being on the rota. The person on shift to clean our room did enter our room...but it wasnt cleaning that they did. Moving swiftly on...we had a great time. But for those that drive, I suggest hiring a car, as you cant get anywhere on foot from here. We survived on the use of Lyft...which isnt too expensive but it does add up. We wished we had hired a car for convenience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. So if you're looking for something on a very tight budget, this would work for you.

The after hours person came in smelling like weed and was no help. Had to leave and change hotels. Was supposed to be there for 3 days, only stayed one. Manager refuses to refund me the money, only one day. Rude manager. Never again.

• Antonella (1/5): We got out in 5 minutes - Security guard was nice and respectful. We arrived at the accommodation around 7:30 p.m., when the reception was no longer open. We were greeted by the security guard. We opened our room and found an infestation of cockroaches. We have photos and videos. We spoke to the security guard about changing rooms, but he said that he couldn't do that, only the receptionists, who were no longer there at that time, could. In any case, he said that it would be more prudent for us to leave and find another accommodation and ask for a refund, and that he would leave a note for the reception to read the next day.

• Hailey (1/5): Bad - our room had bugs and when i say room i mean ROOM(S). we switched room after room because we couldn’t get a refund until 7-10 days. each room had bugs. our refrigerator in the second room had probably 20 dead bugs and some alive ones and EGGS. meaning the cleaning crew did not even clean the fridge or even look at it (for probably weeks) we tried to contact about a refund the first night but they don’t even have a single management member available from 7pm to 11am so good luck if something bad happens or u need a manager. or say u get a room and it has cockroaches. u wake up in the middle of the night to them ON THE BED. the lady is just ridiculously rude honestly. the man that works was as helpful as he possibly could be he just happens to work at a nasty hotel. don’t stay here , it’s not worth saving a few bucks.
