• Oanadya (10/5): Excellent location and very friendly host - We really enjoyed our stay here. The daily cleaning service was very good, and the room was always clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which made everything easy and relaxing. We also liked the gazebo bar, where we could enjoy drinks and spend pleasant evenings. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, perfect for relaxing during the day. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. It is a perfect place for both children and adults, with a relaxing atmosphere and great facilities for everyone. The host was extremely helpful and responsive all the time. Even for late check-in, we were warmly welcomed without any problems. Whenever we needed something or had questions, we received an immediate response on WhatsApp, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Brak suszarki do włosów a w opisie jest. Głośno otwierające okna i trzaskajace drzwi. Stoliki i parasole przy basenie widać, że nie jedno przeżyły. Не для избалованных туристов. - Хорошее расположение, чистые номера, чистый большой бассейн, гостеприимный хозяин, кондиционер включён в стоимость. Дверь в ванную очень громко скрипела - все просыпались, если кто-то шёл в туалет. Можно было бы на кухне поставить жидкость для мытья посуды, губки и салфетки кухонные. Нечем было вытереть даже со стола. Пришлось самим купить моющее средство, салфетки , губки. Мелочь, но всё-же...

Alles superschoon Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden en parasols. Mike en Panos zijn heel gastvrij We komen gewoon weer terug de 21e !! Eigenlijk niets, de waterdruk zou hoger kunnen maar dat is overal hier in Malia

Belle piscine avec des jeux pour les enfants. Mobilié de la chambre neuf avec 2 armoires. Bonne literie. Balcons avec petite table et chaises et un étendoir. Supermarché au bout de la rue. La possibilité de rester à la piscine et prendre une douche après avoir rendu la chambre. Les parasols à dispositions pour la plage. Wifi parfaitement fonctionnel dans la chambre n°11. Commentaires uniquement pour la chambre n°11: Photos Booking non représentatives de la réalité. Pas de bouilloire ni de petites casseroles pour chauffer l'eau. Hotte non fonctionnelle (bouton cassé). Pas d'éponge, produit vaisselle, linge pour laver la vaisselle. Manque d'ustensiles (assiettes, couverts, etc. pour 3 personnes uniquement). Mauvaise isolation thermique de la chambre (vieilles fenêtres et portes en bois simple vitrage qui laisse passer la chaleur - manque d'étanchéité): 31 degrés dans la chambre en journée. Problème d'efficacité de la climatisation. En la mettant au maximum toute la nuit la température n'est descendue qu'à 28 degrés.

Na miejscu basen, bar i zadaszone miejsce do wypoczynku wraz ze stołem bilardowym. Apartamenty schludne i czyste aneks kuchenny wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty i akcesoria.

Мы приехали рано утром и владелец разрешил оставить нам свои вещи в гостинице, а когда наш номер был убран после предыдущих постояльцев, нам разрешили заселиться немного ранее положенного времени. Весь персонал гостиницы очень дружелюбный и всегда старается помочь. Кондиционер входит в стоимость номера! Меня это очень порадовало, потому что в прошлый раз отдыхая в Сталиде мы платили за кондиционер дополнительно. В пяти минутах ходьбы находится пляж отмеченный Голубым флагом! В 15 минутах ходьбы супермаркет Halkiadakis, где можно купить все необходимое, в два раза дешевле чем в других магазинах. Подушки были слишком жёсткие, нам было немного неудобно спать.

• Elfi (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft in der Nähe von Malia, aber sehr ruhig gelegen - Insgesamt habe ich mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es stimmte einfach alles. Gerne komme ich wieder.
• Katie (7/5): Value for money - Really friendly staff. Warm welcome even though we arrived at 1am. Pool was great. Room was very spacious and had a couple of balconies that overlooked in the direction of the sea. Apartment and the whole property was very clean. Nice and quiet area. There was good access to some really nice restaurants and bakery. Owner was very attentive and made sure our car was safe. Good access to main roads to get around the island. Beds are not double, two singles we pushed together. Mattresses were awful in our room but luckily we were 2 people at staying in an apartment for 4 so we switched our mattresses as the others (which were slightly smaller) had some sort of topper on to make it slightly more comfortable. Could not make it seem like a double mattress though which is sad as we filtered on booking.com by double bed and this was not one. There was no wifi in the room - the only place to access the internet was by the pool in the bar area. Breakfast is not as advertised on booking.com (was advertised as could be included/paid for on arrival at a standard rate) but rather it is an a la carte menu and you pay for what you eat. Menu has full breakfasts (eggs, bacon, beans etc.), toast, and many omelettes which the owner says he does very well! No fruit or yoghurt etc offered at breakfast. Quality of breakfast was varying.

The pool and pool area was very nice. I didn't have WiFi all the time in the room. It was working by the pool area. I just did a lot of good reading in the room. It was a nice break to be honest.

Басейна беше чист има и надуваеми дюшеци,топки и други занимания. Леглата не са удобни ставаш сутрин и си схванат целия! Липсва микровълнова фурна! Чистачката идваше всеки ден ,но в много не удобно време впредвид ,че сме с деца! В банята няма никакви принадлежности ,дори един обикновен сапун!

• Paul (8/5): Aanrader! - Vriendelijke mensen, goed zwembad en ook een mogelijkheid om in de schaduw te zitten! Kussens en bedden mogen wat harder zijn maar is maar net wat je gewoon bent. Keuken beschikt over basis producten, meer niet van verwachten. Locatie is top, ligt op loopafstand van de vele restaurants, barren en de zee. Zeker een aanrader! De kussens en bedden mogen wat harder zijn.

Could not have asked for more. And a plus for our stay during the Euros, there was a perfect place in the hotel to watch the football, as well as a bar downstairs for drinks. Also plenty of restaurants and bars in the nearby area,.
• Jessica (2/5): - Unfortunately the photos in the ad were different to what we got. Our room was supposed to be 1 double bed and 2 singles bed but there were 3 single bed which was quite disappointing. The mattress is horrible quality and very springy. When we arrived to check in, the owner took us to the bar where he hand wrote our personal details including passport information in a notebook that was just left on the counter top for anyone to easily access. This is a huge concern. The owner told us that we would need to pay 35 EURO to use the air-con however the booking states aircon is included. They advised us that it’s only included if the booking was paid directly on their website instead of Expedia. I showed them the booking where it states aircon is included but they didn’t care, only wanted my money which I flat out refused. The shower is extremely tiny and there is not enough room to turn around without having the wet dirty shower curtain sticking to your body. We didn’t feel clean after taking a shower here. They didn’t supply a sponge and dish soap to wash the dishes so we didn’t want to use any of the supplied plates, cups and cutlery because all the previous occupants wouldn’t have washed them properly as there’s no sponge or dish soap to allow this. The fridge was also dirty inside, it doesn’t appear that the cleaning ladies do much here. I now understand why this place has recieved soo many bad reviews. Please be aware!

Apartament przestronny z tarasem i dobrze działającą klimatyzacją oraz wygodnymi łóżkami. Personel miły i pomocny. Pokoje sprzątane regularnie z wymianą ręczników i pościeli. Zadbany basen i teren wokół hotelu. Po wymeldowaniu można było przechować bagaże i korzystać z basenu i baru. Pobyt w tym hotelu będę wspominać bardzo dobrze. Trochę słabo wyposażona kuchnia i twarde poduszki.

In the evenings when we were hanging out at the pool bar we had many great chats with him. The location is walking distance from all the good beaches and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our time there. Wifi in the studio room would have been nice, however Panos told us that he planned to fix that in the future.

• Jelena (10/5): - You intantly feels like you are visiting your family. Super clean aparments, sheets, towels... and whole environment, pool big enough you can refresh yourself and enjoy. Peacefull area and close to the beach, shops and very good restaurants - although food here is super deliceous, musaka is the best experience you can have! We have met the guest having their summer there for a years and always comming back. Highly recommended! The wifi is not available at the rooms or poor signal but for vaca maybe this is better :)

• Ivo (10/5): Nice and relaxing vacation - -> location - about 300 meters from beach, about 100 meters from supermarket, about 200 meters from bakery, about 600 meters from the main party street -> quiet location -> reasonable sized apartment with 3 beds (one double bed and one single bed), bathroom, kitchenette, balcony -> air condition included in booking cost -> pool -> bar -> staff was very kind - our host gave my son some snooker hints which made my son very happy -> it would be nice to have anti-mosquito nets in the windows and balcony door
• Peter (8/5): Goed verblijf bij villa diasselo. - Hygiëne/schoonmaak was erg goed. Was rustig ondanks dat het complex redelijk vol was. Eigenaar erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vroeg parasol vanwege s'morgens en in de gehele middag zon. Deze werdt gelijk geregeld. Beperkte keukeninventaris, 3 glaasjes , 3 bekers met barsten erin. 3 bestek maar geen broodmes.
• C. (10/5): It feels (more than) good to stay in Villa Diasselo. Many thanks for Panagiotis and his staff. - It was our first visit to Villa Diasselo and we are very satisfied about this accomodation/apartments. Owner Panagiotis/Panos is very friendly and his hospitality is great. Villa Diasselo is located near to the beach, price/quality (also the prices in the bar) is in balance with excellent daily cleaning, including security during the night. Within a walk of 15 minutes you are in the old village Malia. Compliments for Panos and his staff. A lot of guests stay every year in Villa Diasselo and you can read (and understand) above why they stay year after year in this superb accomodation! No remarks.

• Snežana (10/5): - Objekat je ispunio naša očekivanja. Na odličnoj je lokaciji, blizu plaže i ostalih sadržaja. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Sobarica je za svaku pohvalu, a posebno domaćin objekta, veoma ljubazan gospodin. Osećali smo se kao kod kuće. Nemamo nikakvih primedbi. Veoma nam je bio lep boravak na prelepom Kritu.

• Marija Kokot (10/5): Perfect stay - Everything. The villa, the pool, the location everything was perfect. Very nice host and staff. They care about his guest so that they have a plesant stay and unforgetable holidays. Breakfast not included

• Florian (8/5): Urlaub in der Villa Diasselo - Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der Pool ist sehr schön und man erreicht zu Fuß einen Supermarkt und viele gute Gaststätten. Ich fand das Bett nicht so bequem.
• Gemma (10/5): 2nd time staying here & I will be going back. - Great location: it’s set back for a quiet relaxing day/evening but also close to everything you need, tavernas/beach etc. The property is kept very clean & everyone is really friendly. N/A
