- Alan (6/5): - This beach front property is in a great location, close to the fishing pier, restaurants and shopping. The balcony facing the gulf is priceless. The property itself is dated and needs a face lift. We requested the staff twice to fix the electric plug to charge our cell phones, but they never showed up. We rented two beach chairs and an umbrella for $39.12 (over $40 after tips). The rental was supposed to be for a full day. We got to use the set for less than 3 hours and were told to return set by 4:00. That is when their day ends.

- Alicia (10/5): - This was our second year staying here. We love it! It’s very family oriented and kid friendly (movie night, kids games where they can win ribbons, sand castle competitions, watermelon time etc). Within walking distance to Pier Park (shopping/dining). We will definitely go back.

I felt safe and they took care with the recommendations for ER. We even had to stay more days. Very accommodating. Going back in October, will be our 3rd stay this year.

- John (10/5): - The location of this property is excellent, right next to the Hyatt and near Hwy 79. This property is right on the beach in an area that was not very crowded. The property had been updated, with new kitchenettes. The beds were comfortable and the property had a pool, bar and hot tub. It is convenient to many dining options.

We will stay here again and would recommend Osprey to anyone. Family owned, clean, close to good restaurants.

- Seth (10/5): - My first time staying, and we will be back. Room was clean, quiet and cold. So many cool activities for kids that my 9yr old loved! Great pools, elevators always working and quick. The only drawback was the lack of parking at the hotel, but to be fair there is a huge lot across the street, which is where I parked. I highly recommend!!! Also Staff was amazing

- Tomas (10/5): - this was our first family trip to Panama City Beach, and definitely Osprey on the Gulf is pretty amazing!! the location is unbeatable, just a few minutes to Pier Park and grocery stores, but the most incredible part is the view from the room pretty stunning 😍. the staff all of them super friendly. the cleanliness in our room was spotless, and the room with full kitchen is pretty good, especially if you have kids. definitely, Osprey on the Gulf is a comeback.

Did not like that when I came back to ask about trying to get in a little earlier after driving for 13 hours and watching over a dozen vehicles leave and cleaning staff in and out of several rooms I was rudely told they have my number and they will call me if a room becomes available but that check in isn’t until 4. First employee I talked to early in the am gentleman was pleasant sand told me to check back, the second 2 women at front desk had unnecessary attitude and at the worst possible time having given all night. I had 2 other family members arrive in the same time frame and both were allowed to get in earlier than stated time with no problems. This would have been the extra step one motel could take to keep people returning but I can say I understand why the reviews I went back and read say no refund is ever offered. As far as the room goes clean enough, but a bit odd that the kitchenette nor the actual room did not have a trash can, only the tiny one in the bathroom. Can say that I will probably never be back here and after the way we were treated would never recommend this place to anyone, to many other way better options to put up with this nonsense. Live and learn I suppose and I learned a valuable lesson with this one. Do better because these positive reviews are going to fall quickly to the negative ones.

- Tangela (10/5): My. Birthday weekend - My family enjoyed everything. From the Hot pools, Hot tubs, walking distance to the beach, amazing beach view, the tiki bar and food was delicious and cheap. I paid around 1200$ for a three night stay . which is very pricey . But the rooms not always expensive maybe because it was the weekend of Memorial Day weekend. Everything is walking distance and señorfrogs was the best place to eat and party and vibes . Etc. great place to have fun

One closet bed in the living room also a couch two comfort chairs . large balcony with beach view . Gaming tiki bar with fresh cooked food delicious. Florida food is not good !! Very bland. I’m from Louisiana we eat Cajun food with a little seasoning. Everything walking distance. Furniture is a little outdated only one bath room one shower.the beach chairs are not included. Ice wasn’t free washer and dryer 1.25 $. Fun for all ages.

The beach is not crowded at all unlike most larger condominiums, there’s a bar service on site, and the staff was very accommodating! Pier Park was an easy 5 minute walk out of the elevator next to the front office. All in all would love to stay at the Osprey again!

- Haley (10/5): Great place. - The property is older but so clean. It has so much to offer with 3 pools, hot tub, and right on the gulf. It’s within walking distance to shops and so many restaurants. It’s a busy location but not overly. They offer family activities (free book lunch one day, movie night on the sun deck, sandcastle building contest) that make the stay so much more then we anticipated it to be. We were really happy with our stay and have recommended it to friends and family.
- Hazel (10/5): - I am not going to lie. The description of the property and what I envisioned did not come to fruition. If I’m keeping it real this property is not upscale by any stretch of the imagination. If you are traveling alone you may not feel safe as this property isn’t enclosed. It’s a lodge. Honestly there isn’t a real cafe or deli or souvenir shop. The snacks are very limited and the drinks are some brand I’ve never heard of. The restaurant is more like a snack bar. Also theres no gym. HOWEVERRRRRR ITS THEEE CLEANEST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED IN. For reference my grandson plays travel football so we have been around. The staff was FABULOUS times TEN. It’s very quiet and has a feel of comfort. I LOVED IT!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN

The weather was horrible while we were there with the “fog” that was dangerous to breath so we were confined to the room most of the trip.
