In terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless and well-maintained, which really added to the overall experience. Lenasyed (10/5): Lovely stay in an ideal location - Ideal central location. Quite a number of malls nearby and lots of street food stalls few steps away. We stayed in a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms which was very spacious and clean. The service staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was quite decent. Good enough. A home away from home with full amenities. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here if we come to visit again.

Great and big swimming pool having great time playing with them in swimming pool and enjoy the hot water pool. I everyday enjoy with the gym that's great and also really close by with the office in sudirman roads. Close by with Indomaret to buy convenience staff. Overall is wonderful experiences.

From the moment we arrived, the security and FO team gave us a warm welcome (even helped open the door . Check-in was super fast and check-out time was flexible, which we really appreciated after a long trip from Puncak. Our room? Fresh, clean, tidy, and super comfy , Big shout-out to Aditya, the Executive Housekeeper, for making sure everything was perfect, and to Dita (MOD) who was so attentive and caring to guests. I even noticed Dita seemed to know many of the guests personally—probably long-stayers—which shows how genuine her connection is 💕 Breakfast was simple, fresh, and just right to start the day ☕ The F&B team really stood out too—they approached every table (including ours) to offer coffee and check if we needed anything. Such a thoughtful and warm service! Also, special thanks to Ridwan from the Front Office, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger after checking out, and he assisted me quickly in locating it. Naka (10/5): Een heerlijk verblijf in de stad! Hoewel het een citytrip was, konden we dankzij Fraser heerlijk tot - Geweldig verblijf! Vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamers met fijne bedden. Veel faciliteiten zoals zwembad, gym en sportvelden. Centrale ligging dichtbij malls. Al met al, zeker een aanrader! Het ontbijt was prima, hoewel het tot 10:00 uur duurde en na 09:30 uur niet altijd volledig werd aangevuld. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk. Voor mijn zoontje, die jarig was, kregen we zelfs een taartje met kaars en er werd voor hem gezongen, echt een mooie verrassing!

Kom hier zeker terug - Alles was netjes en schoon Wij moesten uitchecken en wilden onze handdoeken meenemen naar een andere appartement waar een ander gezin verbleef die wij kennen. Zij bleven nog 2 nachten langer. De reden dat we de handdoeken wilden meenemen en doorgeven dat het bij onze vrienden lag is omdat wij in de avond pas terug vlogen naar nederland en dus nog wilden douchen. Dat was volgens het personeer in de ochtend geen probleem. We zouden zelfs nieuwe krijgen dus hoefden we die van ons niet mee te nemen. Later op de dag werd ons opeens verteld dat het niet kon en dat we 100.000rp per handdoek moesten betalen. Na een lange discussie hebben we toch handdoeken gekregen. Vermoeiende en lnge gesprekken waren zinloos. Hou je klanten tevreden. Vooral als er een fout wordt gemaakt vanaf jullie kant.

Gorgias G.A. (10/5): Ge-wel-dig. - De grootte van de ruimte was grandioos. Drie aparte slaapkamers en een keuken en huiskamer. Daarnaast was het uitzicht vanaf de 24 ste verdieping geweldig. Zeker als dit de eerste dagen van de vakantie zijn. Veel afwerking in natuursteen. Niet alleen Indonesisch ontbijt, maar ook europeesch ontbijt beschikbaar. En dan het zwembad tussen de twee torenhoge gebouwen was grandioos. Ik kan me niets bedenken.

Farid (9/5): Une résidence luxueuse avec les services qui vont avec. - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement luxueux (29e étage merci mir la vie ) moderne et parfaitement équipé. Le confort est au rendez-vous, avec une literie de qualité, un logement très propre et bien insonorisé. Avec grande piscine et salle de sport haut de gamme. La résidence est idéalement située, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Le personnel est remarquable : nombreux, réactif, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours à l’écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et d’une grande qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté au check-out : un départ prévu à 2h du matin, et des sandwichs nous attendaient.
