I asked about parking at the reception, and they told me it was not their job to handle it. The car was parked on the road the whole night. Also, it felt like a standard room given to me to stay in, that's it, and the room was not the same as the picture shown.

Este hotel tiene una Excelente ubicación, algo ruidosa la zona en la noche pero lo normal de la India. La habitación muy buena, cama comoda, buen baño con ducha caliente y amenitis. Personal de atención muy buena. El desayuno es muuy malo. Lo que me jodio, que te venden una buena vista de la terraza y estaba cerrada por refacciones. Que mientan con la terraza que no tienen en estos momentos. El desayuno muuy malo, solo comida india.

Windowless rooms so when power goes out no emergency lighting comes on many times Construction work all day fitting new floor outside the room. Staff waiting at door for tips and mo buffet breakfast when i stayed... location not good due to extremely busy and unsafe road... overall experience poor.. i left a review on google the hotel contacted booking.com and told them i never stayed thier.. really unbelievable

- Biju (10/5): Excellent - Location and View of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop restaurant are excellent. It's on the bank of the river Yamuna, and the view is excellent. Staff are well-behaved, from the security guard, house keeping are well-mannered. Food Quality and Quantity are excellent, but yes, rates are a little expensive. Breakfast didn't have many options and was very minimal, and standard 3 to 4 items. Has an excellent Resto-Bar with a decent crowd and Music. As said, options are fewer for a complimentary breakfast.

Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, and overall, the hotel was well maintained. Restaurant: The rooftop restaurant with a view of all three monuments is an awesome place for dinner, though little pricy. The dishes served here were delicious. Staff: The staff were helpful and attentive. The front desk staff were very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, We enjoyed our time at the hotel.

- Shah (1/5): I think some going wrong with us. - Actually hotel not shown that prices are breakfast included or not included and person informed us after all payment that now breakfast charges are extra which he could informed before also as we booked from the site at hotel counter. So we think hotel management hiding some condition before payment and informed after payment so they applied some trick for getting more money from us. Same as above

- Oleh (8/5): Very good - We expected such satisfactory level of hospitality in this hotel. Everything weren't new and fresh, but quite comfortable and clean to some extent. Staff was polite and respectful. Our regards to one of managers named Mr. Shashank. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and tasty. Furniture and bed linen weren't new, but clean and in a good condition.
- Toshi (2/5): Very poor - My room was upgraded to Taj view room. We stayed for one night it was Saturday night. The hotel has a roof top restaurant for which the hotel person informed us that there is a private party tonight so one can use it only untill 0200. It was fine by us as we went out to explore local market. We came back around 2230 and the party was On in geh the hotel. The music was so loud that we can easily hear it in our room on 2nd floor.. The base of the music was so high that our beds were shaking with sound… we thought it will stop in some time but it didn’t. I called the hotel reception at 0100 they said it will go on for next 1/2 hours but it didn’t it stopped at about 0430/0500 in the morning… It is a hotel where people come to rest for such parties they must have a sound proof hall/room… I had two non indian friends with me and it was a very bad experience for them.. I am glad I booked the hotel only for a night.

- Evangelos (8/5): Great for enjoying the view and vides of downtown Agra and Taz - Location! It has a great view of the Taj, although at a distance. Be mindful that Friday's Taj is not lighted up so we did not enjoy a night view of it. Open bar/restaurant at the top with nice food and music. I booked the "Suite with Taj View". You can be distracted by the pictures of the room and think it has a terrace. It doent. Just a large window from the side of the Taj. Room was comfy though. Also you have to ask for the 10" discount for the F&B.
