• Verified traveler (4/5): Mal servicio,buena ubicación. - Para empezar no había recepcionista cuando llegamos pero afortunadamente contestò las llamadas y pudimos ingresar. Había basura debajo de la cama. La señal de la TV no tenía sesión de invitado y por lo tanto no pudimos ver nada. El remate del mal servicio fue la camarista entrando por la mañana a la habitación según ella checando llaves. Que acaso no sabe cuál habitación está ocupada y cuál no!? Qué pésimo servicio. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
• Jess (2/5): - We were thoruoghlt unimpressed. Zero stars. The room was sub par, we had no soap or hair items, they were empty. We had a 2 night stay and 1 roll of toilet paper. I wliced my foot open on broken tiles right outside my patio. The upsatirs deck for relaxation had a pile of dishes in the sink about 6 months old. The furniture broke through ince sat on, it also required 4 cusions to make he circluar lounge chair, but there was onky one, and filthy as well. And lets talk about the communal kitchen. Gross. Went to get ice from ice maker, full of green and black mold. When i questioned it, the person on site said it was broken. Clearly. But why would it be there for people to see? I will be requestiong a full refund.

• Mark (10/5): Excellent experience - Excellent. Jose' at reception was great, and the maid was very friendly and kept everything so tidy in rooms, community areas, and pool. Jose' granted me a late checkout due to my dive boat leaving later than usual. Thanks for everything Jose'.
• James (10/5): - The location is great. Just steps to the marina, and downtown restaurants and shopping. Rooms are basic and inexpensive- and very clean! The person that checked me in was friendly and efficient. He very quickly moved me to a different room when the door lock on the first room wasn’t working properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
• Raisa Cortés De (10/5): - Everything was excellent. The location is the best, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the marina were you will find lots of activities. The rooms are ok, don’t expect something fancy but the beds are comfortable, quiet and good for resting before the next adventure.
• Sherry (6/5): - Good location with a nice courtyard pool. There is a lovely little park just in front of the hotel as well. The rooms are very sparse but were clean and sufficient for a budget stay.

The room and hotel was pretty much as described however, the pool did not look very clean, and the 24 hour security is actually for the private residences next to the hotel. The shared kitchen was quite run down and not really usable. The hotel and neighbouring residences were very noisy although this could have been because it was over the spring break. We also weren't able to lock our balcony slider door which didn't seem to be a problem as the place seemed fairly safe and we were on the second floor.

It’s as if the owner is in the middle of selling the hotel to a developer and therefore refuses to put money into it. The website doesn’t accurately depict the decrepit condition of the hotel.
• matthew (4/5): No hot water - The hotel is in a great location and seemed somewhat clean however, I did not have water hot water for two days. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived. I asked it to be fixed which they did. They also claim to have fixed the hot water, but it was not fixed. We ended up switching rooms For the last two nights.

The pool was cold and dirty, the rooms dusty and the bathroom super small and bad condition. I will not give them even one star, I do t know how Expedia promote this place.

A simple continental breakfast (coffee, bottled water and snacks such as fruit and bagels). And bottled water easily accessible. The room was a bit small but comfortable. More towels in the bathroom and toilet paper. The volume on the TV was loud and was not able to lower the volume.
• scott (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - DO NOT STAY HERE.... The Good News: The owner called me multiple times as she had some trouble with her local management. She was very nice and always trying to be helpful. The local manager was pleasant as well. The Bad news: Even though I notified them multiple times about our arrival time, the front door was locked and no one was there at 6 PM. We waited outside about 45 minutes with several calls from the owner that the manager would be there any minute....Finally, we left for dinner without getting in...I went back and he had gotten there. He also was very pleasant but late....I had paid for an upgrade but with him there so late, we stayed on our assigned room - no offer of partial refund or anything....I then went to take a shower and there was no hot water - and it was cold outside. Then, as we had gotten in late, my daughter tried to sleep late. She had put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door - the maids did not read it and woke her up anyway about 8:30 AM -

• Karel (6/5): Ok place, but a lot of opportunity to improve - Very friendly and helpful staff ; great quiet location with beautiful square in front Place is run down - everything from laundry to cutlery to plates and even the beds are made up of different types, brands etc. They also look old, almost like they collected old stuff from different households. There were tears in our towels once - basics are lacking. There is no water available in the rooms, only in the communal place. Even there it was not for half the duration of our stay. There was no toilet brush - place is not sound proof at all
• Froom (1/5): Bad - Maria was helpful and let us know that we have access to a whole private beach belonging to pedregal. Wish we knew that sooner though. We wernt told till our fifth day there. The rooms are very cheaply put together, we paid 170.00 u.s. plus tax totaling 200.00 a night for a room that was far lower quality than a motel 6. Especially their stark lighting situation. Booking.com had a set of images that were intentionally misleading allowing us to think we were staying in a quality resort. It's clear that all their alotted renovation money goes into curb appeal. And not to the comfort of their guests. For the price we paid, we could have found way higher quality. We truly feel scammed and robbed. However, I would say the rooms are worth about 50 bucks a night. If I had paid that much I wouldn't have any complaints.

Pool barely had sun and staff never turned on the hot tub once so it was freezing. Rooms was clean. Shared kitchen area and dining areas were always clean and great to have. All in all a great experience with the exception of the front desk girls quick fingers haha

They were helpful when we were in a jam, and needed to do some printing. - Pedregal Suites is located in a great location with easy walking to the marina and restaurants. There is a beautiful park just outside of the hotel. The new owners are currently doing updates to the rooms to provide better comfort and noise resistance. This stay was a little loud, but because of the festivities of New Years.

The location of the property is exceptional. The hikes behind the property are beautiful. there is nothing I didn’t like about the property

• Jacob (10/5): Exceptional - Pedregal Suites is a comfortable, safe, and clean accommodation in a very nice central location. It’s worth paying extra for the room with the balcony overlooking the courtyard. Location is ideal for Jews because of proximity to Chabad. Overall a great value for someone who wants to stay near downtown and doesn’t value or need resort style accommodations.

• Hannah (7/5): Great location and staff, poor listing description - The front desk woman was very kind and helpful, and the location was great! The listing says shuttle included...its NOT you have to book it through another company so we got fooled and stranded having to pay more at the airport. The bed was also very uncomfortable without any extra pillows, we asked for more pillows and they ended up giving us a new room with a better bed which was great.
• Mike (10/5): - This is an affordable, no Dash frills hotel. It is very clean, but there are very few amenities. The rooms, at least, my room, did not have a television. The pool was very cold. I hope they get that fixed soon. I have no complaints. The staff was very helpful, and it is close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood seemed very safe.
