• 335gwynb (8/5): quick last minute stay - last minute trip. they were having a special for first responders, military and veterans. I always like supporting businesses that honor these groups. We didn't use this time but pool and hot tub looked so clean! someone was checking chemicals while we were there :). Nice touch to have some drinks and krispy creme donuts in lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful over phone and in person. We had a renovated room towards the back and it was super clean! Not sure the mattresses were new or just a bit soft for me but they were ok. Our tv wouldn't work but they sent someone up right away. He even offered to bring us a new one since ours still wouldn't work but we decided to not worry with since it was getting late and we only were staying overnight. Would definitely stay again!.

• B9723SQkennyl (10/5): Fantastic all the way around - Absolutely fantastic place to bring the family and stay while spending time in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas! Hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling! The amenities there have something for everyone in the family, not to mention the pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool are open 24/7 with seasonality restrictions of course. Randy at the front desk is absolutely amazing and I felt at home immediately after speaking with him when we checked in. My family will definitely be back and may just stay on the property for a week to relax and BS with Randy. The other lady at the front desk was also very helpful and worked her tail off while we were there. (I apologize I forgot her name). The entire staff is awesome, the facility is great, the location is fantastic, and you can’t beat the price! Forget all of the big corporation hotels and bought your stay here…. You won’t be disappointed!!

• 78April (10/5): Clean, friendly, safe - I stayed 2 nights with just myself and my 2 teenage daughters. We felt safe the entire stay. The rooms are nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our only recommendation would be black out curtains. The sun was shining bright while we tried to sleep in. We would definitely stay again.

It’s conveniently located near the Island were there is plenty of things to do but also close to others things (The Comedy Barn)located on the smokey mountain parkway. The room was great, had everything we needed for the stay. Like most busy establishments there was some wear and tear but nothing that hampered the vibes. Great place, would definitely stay there again.
• ReslerFamily (10/5): Cozy in a tourist town! - The atmosphere is amazing! We were here for my child’s 13th birthday. The staff were so welcoming, the room was clean and the pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The room smelled like a fancy hotel when we walked in. You get free donuts, coffee, tea and frozen slush drinks for free. There is entertainment and it took us five minutes to walk to The Island. We felt like family here and we will be back!
• TeeElleGee (10/5): Wonderful stay - Nice, clean rooms. The rain shower shower head made for the best shower! Plenty of hot water to boot. Pool and hot tub open year round was an unexpected bonus. Love the location, and the birds were awesome to watch. American owned and operated was the cherry on top. Even though this was a staycation, it was nice to be able to get out and enjoy our "back yard". Will come stay again.

The location of the hotel was also excellent. I can fault this hotel for anything an if I ever returned to pigeon Forge I would be sure to stay here again and again. • KELLY (10/5): Stay here!!! What an amazing experience. - Where do I start? From the moment we walked in we were family. The ladies at the desk were so friendly and welcoming. The outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing in the cold weather. The entertainment was top notch and the amenities were perfect. With hot cocoa, slushies and donuts, games, music and laughs. 10/10 we will be back!!! We loved it all!

• Rachel (9/5): - Great place to stay if you want to be right in downtown Pigeon Forge. The place was well maintained (they took extra effort to landscape & their flowers were beautiful). It was quiet and staff were friendly. Their pool is nice and they have a large supply of kids pool toys to use.

Also very close to the Island and lots of shops. Not enough plugs and usb ports in the room for 4 people.
