- Anis (3/5): Gute lage sehr in die jahre gekommen - Die lage Eine rezeptionisten war sher unfreundlich und vorallem unfähig ansonsten waren die leute sehr nett. Aber man merkt das die überfordert sind wollten ein zweites zimmer buchen worüber sich jedes hotel freut und die haben voll den aufstand gemacht und gemeint das das nicht geht nachdem ixh es dann online gebucht haben waren die beleidigt und es musste der manager kommen weil die mich nicht auf das zimmer lassen wollten angeblich wäre es erst ab 17 uhr frei wobei das halbe hotel leer war

Thời gian làm thủ tục và chờ nhận phòng còn kéo dài, cần linh hoạt hơn nhất là đối với khách hàng có trẻ nhỏ đi cùng. Phương thức đặt phòng chưa thuận lợi cho khách hàng ít am hiểu nhiều về CNTT.

С утра можно сходить в недорогое но очень шикарное кафе, местной кухни, а потом зайти в хорошую кофейню. Есть небольшие нюансы в ванной комнате, которые лучше исправить. Например, когда принимаешь душ, ванна сделана так, что вода всё равно попадает на пол)) Слава Богу, что все полотенца меняют каждый день. Унитаз мне попался такой, что смывает через раз))) надо было им наверно сразу сказать. Кстати, все просьбы сразу решают,

The room lacks sufficient lighting and feels quite dark, especially the bathroom which is dimly lit. The furniture in the room is old and worn. The gym area was damp and moldy, and the carpets in the elevator and lobby were dirty, dusty, and appeared not to have been properly cleaned in a long time. The breakfast restaurant also felt gloomy and not very bright or cheerful, though the food itself was acceptable.”

Also, when having a shower it flooded the bathroom floor, and is slippery. It’s not a very well designed bathroom.

- Antoine (8/5): Hotel conforme au descriptif et aux photos - En octobre 2025 nous avons passé plusieurs nuits dans une chambre de 40m2 avec vue sur mer pour 50€ par nuit avec 2 petits déjeuners. C'était un très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est effectivement à proximité immédiate de la plage et du centre ville. Il est bien entretenu. Le personnel est très serviable, souriant et stylé. Phuong Phuong et Minh Duy nous ont souvent apporté leur aide pour l'organisation d'excursions. Attention au bruit. Beaucoup de Vietnamiens se lèvent à 5:30 du matin pour se baigner avec le lever de soleil en s'accompagnant de musique bruyante. Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, 2 options : réserver une chambre sur l'arrière ou rejoindre les baigneurs matinaux.

- Kenneth (7/5): Good - Food and location were great. We love the location because it is close to everything. Bathtub is not a good idea. It is very high for kid. The water is everywhere after showering.

- Peter (6/5): Chilling Nha Tran - Moved to this hotel as we want to have a 5 Star hotel for a few nights before leaving. This is more a 4 star very busy noisy hotel, breakfast not great don’t cater for western guests plus a lot of children running around. Rooms are lovely but the pool is dated.
