• Rop Verheijen (9/5): Reis je per bus? Ideaal hotel. - Vooral als je wilt reizen met de bus, bijvoorbeeld naar het noorden, naar de Victoria Falls, dan is dit een ideale plek. Het hotel ligt aan het busstation, waar alle bussen hun halteplaats hebben. De bestemming staat aangegeven bij de halte en als de bus vol is vertrekt deze. Het hotel is prima. _

También esta muy cerca de un supermercado. Había un poco de ruido, pero es normal por la ubicación, ademas estaban haciendo obras justo fuera de mi ventana.

• Lorena (6/5): - Is easy to go around because is not far from the interested points, so I basic walked everywhere but the location is not good, it's in a bus central, so is always full of people, bus and cars, completly busy and messy! Is affordable, so if you have short budget and time I think it won't be too bad, but if you have a longer time in Gaborone, I don't recomend.

• Dick (8/5): It was fine except for late entry - Didn't take any breakfast I didn't like the fact that I arrived in the morning for a meeting but was denied entry to the room until 1300hrs which was a big inconvenience to me. For that reason m no longer going to book at the facility

It was also the terminus for the shuttle from Windhoek. Check in staff superb. Friendly and helpful. Had a small disagreement with new receptionist next day. I asked for my room not to be cleaned. She insisted it was the rule..strange?? Later, all was forgiven when she kindly arranged an early morning taxi for me.

• Robin (7/5): Decent accomodation which needs some comfort improvements. Surrounded by a sketchy environment. - The size of the rooms is good. The best part of my experience was the staff. Pearl and Tsholofelo were very kind, professional and pleasant. The air conditioner in the room did not work. Mid summer Gaborone is very hot so an air conditioner is crucial. The area around the accommodation looks like a bus station and a market so it looks sketchy.

After a very long day’s drive, it was difficult to reach the hotel which is located behind a very busy bus & taxi station. A nearby nightclub playing very loud music until late didn’t make for a restful night.

• Nyakutya (6/5): for someone who was tired and arrived late the place was the best option and safe for me - i did eat breakfast but the location is good for someone using a bus as means of transport The tiles they have put in rooms makes it habitable i think they need to change the bed size and the base of the beds as well as matress. there are nolonger firm for someone with back problem. Also they need to increase the lighting in the room its a bit dull for studying
