• Julie (6/5): We made the best of it but would only return as a couple - Location, modern style and quality finish Second bedroom has more in common with a cave than a bedroom and is much too small for two adults to share. The lighting in the small bedroom was awful- no bed side lights for night time meant operating by phone torch so it wasn’t just the full bright ceiling light.

• Monika (8/5): Wir würden wieder gehen, da es uns sehr gefallen hat und die Lage top war. - Die Lage war mega, gerade im Oldtown, mitten im Shopping Viertel. Die Wohnung war sehr ringhörig und die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem, zu weich .

• Denes (10/5): Hosszú hétvégére tökéletes szállás - Rendkívül közel volt minden. A kilátás a kis térre nagyon hangulatos volt - az ablaknál ülve gyakorlatilag, mintha az emberek fölött kávézott volna az ember. A kis lift fura volt, de érdekes volt benne utazni. A felszereltség teljesen megfelelő volt a konyhában. Maga a beltér igazán lenyűgöző volt a stílusa miatt. Sajnos nem volt külön törölköző, amivel a kezet lehetett volna törölni mosdóhasználat után, csak a fürdés utáni kilépő volt a fürdőkben. A kisebb szoba világítása lehetett volna különálló, hogy lehessen külön kapcsolni a LED-szalagot és a két izzót. A hűtő melletti tömítő gumi minden egyes nyitásnál kiesett, mert nem volt megfelelőképp rögzítve.

• Nathalie (9/5): Parfait endroit pour visiter Barcelone - Emplacement parfait, agencement parfait, peu de vaisselle mais nous nous en sommes accommodés. Il n’y avait personne au dessus de nous au début (2eme étage). Heureusement car la dernière nuit, il y avait un couple et nous les entendions comme s’ils étaient dans notre appartement, jusqu’au lavage des dents, la marche avec des talons, etc…

• LAURA (9/5): - The location was fantastic—right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. La Rambla was only a short five-minute walk away. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the balcony had beautiful views of the Cathedral. Check-in is at 3pm, and although we requested an early check-in at 1pm, the check-in time was quite rigid. However, we were able to leave our luggage at their hotel about five minutes away by car, freshen up, and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Please note that a deposit is required before check-in, which we were not aware of at the time of booking.

• Lindsay (10/5): Barcelona is a magical city and you all made it even more so - Perfect location, great customer service, comfy beds and the natural light inside was amazing. The only thing that was wrong when we arrived is the sliding door to the master bathroom kept on getting caught on the trim panel. It was already popping off a little when we got there. We just found a sweet spot where we can push the trim out and slide door so it won’t snag or break.

• muge (9/5): - This property is located in the most perfect area. You have access to so many different parts of the city. Taxis are readily available in case you wish to venture out further. The flat itself was lovely; the layout was modern, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We arrived during quite a bad rain storm and were directed to the wrong location which was not ideal after a long flight and walking around looking for the flat. Upon calling the property, the relevant information was provided and we had to then go to another location. Apart from that, the rest of the stay was nice.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for our family with kids. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable from day one. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, yet still quiet enough to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. What truly stood out was the hospitality. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or any questions we had. We felt safe, welcomed, and completely at home. If you’re looking for a reliable, family-friendly place to stay in Barcelona, BCN Town Homes is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Metrostations Liceu en Placa Catalunya liggen op korte loopafstand. - De Ramblas ligt vrijwel om de hoek. Niet dat je er iets te zoeken hebt, want het is een grote bouwput, maar er zit wel een grote, niet al te dure, Carrefour. - Het appartement/penthouse ligt op de zesde en bovenste verdieping. Er is een kleine lift. - Afgezien van de geluiden van de kerkklokken is het appartement rustig. Je hebt er geen last van buren of omliggende horeca. Het laatste zit er genoeg in de omgeving. - Het balkon is heel fijn als het een graad of 19 is. Je hebt er bovendien mooi uitzicht over de stad, kathedraal en Montjuic. - Het appartement is netjes en modern ingericht en was bovendien goed schoon. - De keuken is goed uitgerust. Er is zelfs een wasmachine. - De badkamer met wc is in orde. De douche is prima. Er is een aparte wasbak op de gang. - Het tweepersoonsbed ligt comfortabel. De aparte slaapkamer is goed donker te maken. - De aanwezige kluis is simpel in gebruik. - De wifi is goed. - Het appartement is niet heel groot; de keuken en met name de woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. - De bank in de woonkamer is niet heel comfortabel. - De deur naar de slaapkamer gaat alleen met flinke spierballen open en dicht. Een smeerbeurt is op zijn plaats. Overall beveel ik dit appartement zeker aan. Het kost natuurlijk wel wat.

• Anca-Elena (10/5): Just perfect - The view from apartment 6. Decibel meter which might trigger from the noise outside if you have the windows opened and then you’ll receive a notification from the host. I think there might be better ways of assuring the peaceful stay of the guests.

We had trouble finding the property. As the property did not have name on the door and the number wasn’t clearly visible. The taxi man who came to pick us up for the airport could not find the property either.

• Serge (8/5): top - The location is perfect for visiting the city: close to the Gothic Cathedral, Corto Inglés and the covered market on Las Ramblas. The flat is modern, very well laid out, and you can tell it was designed by an interior designer. Two comments: taxis do not go to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas is undergoing construction. It is better to go to Plaça d'Antoni Maura next to the Gothic cathedral. The lift is small. The check-in process with the deposit is complicated.

The views and terrace were spectacular. The location right in the Gothic Quarter with 4 ice cream shops within 50 yds of the front doorwas outstanding. Cant think of anything to improve stay!!

• Eugenia (10/5): Amazing Apartment in a Historic Building, Steps from Everything - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect—close to shops, landmarks, restaurants, and lively walking streets. The apartment is in a beautiful old historic building that’s in great condition, with a gorgeous marble staircase. It’s on the sixth floor, but very conveniently there is an elevator. Inside, the apartment has everything you need: a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, large absorbent towels, and thoughtful extras like soap, shampoo, paper products, washer detergent, and trash bags. The outdoor terrace was a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring. We were also grateful that the apartment was ready before check-in, so we could settle in early at no extra charge. Communication was excellent, with all our emails answered promptly. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

• Miyuki (9/5): Great location and room but dirty street - This hotel has a truly unbeatable location. It's super convenient and puts you right in the middle of everything. The room was also fantastic—it was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. Everything from the toiletries to the in-room facilities made the stay feel very easy and relaxing. The one downside was the area immediately surrounding the hotel. There was a lot of construction, and unfortunately, there was a good amount of graffiti, which made the street feel a bit messy. It's a small detail, but it did detract slightly from the overall experience. Overall, though, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you prioritize a great location and a well-equipped, comfortable room.

Worst of all maintenance staff were allowed into the apartment without my consent or me present. The couch is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on and the fabric was awful.

Each detail of need of client in each room was met with full gusto. This is an apartment which will bring us great memories for a long time to come. Requested 2 hour early check-in, subject to apartment availability. When we got there, the code was not switched to 2 hour early request even though apartment happened to be available for our entry. We had to call on WhatsApp and then it was all fine, but it took us an hour to figure it out in the heat and crowd, waiting with our luggage and children on the street.

• Mark (9/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment in a great Gothic Quarter location - The location of the apartment was great - right in the center of the Gothic Quarter and easy to walk to lots of great sites, restaurants, pubs, shopping. But at the same time, not in a loud or crazy area so we could sleep well at night. Two metro stations within 7-8 minute walk. The apartment was a great size for our family of 4, two bedrooms + two bathrooms, we had plenty of space. The air conditioning system worked great, we could keep the place at a comfortable temperature. WiFi didn't work during our stay due to a phone company issue. The drying function of the washer/dryer didn't work great. The freezer needed to be cleaned, which was odd because the rest of the apartment was perfectly clean.

• Kelsey (10/5): A perfect home for four days in the heart of Barcelonas gothic district! - This Barcelona apartment was awesome! An ideal location to explore the Gothic district, and central to everything including the Sagrada, the port and more. The apartment is in a historic building and we loved the old stone wall next to modern amenities. Very well appointed and comfortable- loved being able to unpack, run laundry and sit by the bay window to read and drink coffee. We seemed to hear the Washing machines from other apartments all the time, which became sort of white noise, but it made us laugh in wonder at how clean people’s clothes must be!

They were super responsive (we were locked out during the country-wide power outage and they showed up with keys for us within the hour, and offered an additional night if our train out the next day was cancelled). Very quiet at night even though it was in the tourist area. We would definitely stay there again. Beds were comfy. Only 1 laundry pod was provided. If we’d been able to do laundry (unable bc countrywide power outage) it would have been several loads and we’d need to find a store that sold detergent.

• Todd (10/5): Exceptional - The location in the Gothic Quarter was great. It was easy to get to and a reasonable walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment is updated, modern, and located right over a plaza. We enjoyed opening the windows in the evening and listening to the white noise of people below. When the windows were closed, they did a great job of blocking sounds from outside.
