- Kimberly (1/5): A Nightmare and I didn't even stay there! - The room was unsanitary and completely unsafe. I checked out immediately! I spoke with the manager she said I would get a full refund. Instead of a refund my card was charged over $600! The fact that I they stole from me.
- Joey (7/5): Good over night stay. - Quite rooms for how close it is to the interstate. Older needs some up dating. But still reasonable
- Douglas (6/5): - Comfortable bed. New flooring. Room is very dated , except for new flooring. The front desk person was very sick, coughing and wheezing. We had to sanitize our IDs and room cards in the sink when we got to the room
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Myra (10/5): Close to everything, we will go back! - Good location! We have stayed there 3 yrs in a row. Bathroom has mold in it!

- Michael (9/5): It was very clean and nice - It was clean and well maintained The breakfast was running out of a lot of stuff
- LAKENYA (9/5): -
- Sierra (5/5): - It was clean Bathrooms and doors need updating
- Caitlin (6/5): - Location I reserved 2 rooms, a king bed with a sofa bed, neither room had a sofa. They did give us one with a sofa bed, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Didn't seem the cleanest. We did stay because we were on the road for 12 hours, and we were exhausted. Also, I was told that we could get a quick breakfast. Breakfast didn't start til 630. We were leaving at 5. They only let us get a couple of muffins and an apple. Not great with kids. The staff, however, was great. Decided not to stay on the way home.
- Paris (4/5): Very misleading - Nothing. The website listing was very misleading. The room was nasty. The couch was stained and dusty. The floor was sticky and had not been swept. There was also an awful smell. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Before i even arrived i received a call telling me that they were out of double rooms and would have to put me i a king room. I booked a double room bc that's what I needed and I expressed that to them. They never apologized but offered to put me in a double for the following night. I agreed and I did not receive the double room even after mentioning it the following night. Overall horrible experience.
- Terry (3/5): Awful - Nothing Loud. People outside smoking marijuana and drinking.
- AMANDA (3/5): It was awful and cost 210 dollars - Location Cleanliness, everything was in disrepair, our door would not shut the entire way, the beds were rusty and squeaky, and the fruit in the lobby for breakfast was moldy. Would not stay here with young children
- AMANDA (2/5): Scary. - Location Everything else
- Tracy (4/5): - Bathroom was disgustingly filthy!
- John (1/5): Unfortunate - Location Stayed for a week and they only gave two towels an two wash cloths and made a big deal if you needed more.
- Fontano (1/5): -
- Benjamin (3/5): Horrible - Bed was ok Room had holes in the wall, had to put my shoulder into the door to close it. Enanamel coming off on tub, outlets that didn't work. Wifi was horrible even for web browsing. Whole place stunk of weed, in room coffee machine was broken, water was ONLY boiling out of thr facet there was no "cold water"
- Rachel (8/5): Good stay. Nice hotel - Very clean. Nice room. Updated Outside sidewalk needs maintenance
- Ashraf (6/5): - Location Bathroom floor was ripped and shower cartons was too short
- Fontano (10/5): -
- Kelsey (3/5): For one night, it was okay. We likely wouldn’t stay here again. - The location was convenient. When we opened the door to enter the room, we were greeted by a strong smell of marijuana. We went to the front desk and they gave us some spray to cover the smell, but it was back by late night/early morning. Also, I could not give my 1 year old a bath because there was no tub stopper.
- Richard (5/5): Average - Mostly clean, comfortable Shower curtain rod broken, something on the nightstand but would not wipe off. Gross!
- Tammy (6/5): Short stay - Convenient to the interstate and shops The beds were really hard and I don’t know what was going on with the pillows. They were just huge and the pool was really cloudy and the flooring in the bathroom was coming up and the tub was like really dirty.
- Latisha (5/5): - Location was nice. And local to many fast food restaurants right by interstate. The bed was not very comfortable. Nice room other than that.
- Jessica (8/5): -
- Austin (9/5): - Everything
- Billie and David Baughcum (9/5): - This is the only place I stay at when traveling to pcb everything is always great.. see you in April 2026. The only complaint I had was there was a can drink left in the freezer part of the refrigerator and it had busted.but that didn't effect my stay.
- Robert (9/5): -
- Geroge (7/5): Overall good not great - Helpful evening staff.
Clerk went above an beyond. Room ceiling paint pealing room 109
Molding around shower room in poor maintenance.
- Sierra (10/5): -
- Missy (9/5): -
- djmarywhite (9/5): - Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator. Had a great night sleep..located on the 1st floor ♿️ room with a roll up ramp. It was perfect for my overnight needs. I will use this hotel again.
- S. Collins (10/5): - Staff was very polite
- Gingerich (10/5): - Comfortable beds, including the pillows. There was a clicking sound coming from the frig, but we were so tired it didn't seem to bother our ability to sleep well.
- Stephanie (8/5): -
- Marilynne (10/5): - Close to Cracker Barrel. Could walk everywhere.
- mott (10/5): -
- Pandra (8/5): - The door had to be slammed to get it shut.
The bathroom tub had hair in it and dirt on the sides.
- Carol (9/5): Welcome stay after long day on road - Kind greeting Strong Smoke smell
- Elizabeth (7/5): -
- Kayleigh (8/5): -
- Clara (10/5): Very good - Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.
- banks (10/5): -
- E (8/5): we kept the address to stay there again - i prefer a quality buffet such as marriott, but i'm ok with what we got for the price. coffee was not good, though, we went to mcdonalds for that.
- Correll (9/5): -
- Golden (3/5): Rude intake staff. Lied to about availability of another room. Had to be moved to another room. - Comfort/convenience of location Smell of room and stains on tub
- Britney (10/5): -
- Perry E Hernan (9/5): -
- Mark (6/5): - Very dated property, with marginal staff.
From room condition, to breakfast offering.
- Cathy (2/5): Never ever stay here. Spend a few dollars more and stay in a clean modern place. - Close to where we needed to be. No bath towels. Bathtub painted over and peeling. Caulk moldy. Desk chair falling apart. Property poorly kept. Everything needed to be painted or updated. No elevator to second story.
- DAVID (1/5): Bad - Water damaged floor is not acceptable and is dangerous to walk on
- Jonathan (8/5): - Great property for the price and location. Does the job
- Christina (2/5): - smoke smell with attempt to mask with heavy cleaner- 4 available rooms on first floor- all of them smelled like smoke All family members who were in these rooms for a couple of minutes complained of headaches.
We left after smelling these. Nonsmoking is not accurate description.
- Marsha (8/5): - We were pleased. The contenital breakfast was the only disappointing thing. Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great pressure.
- Jerry (10/5): - Clean quiet room. Good breakfast.
- Bobbie (10/5): - Parking was easy, the room was clean. We didnt need much honestly but it was a great place to stay.
- drew (5/5): Piece full enough for a last minute booking - The coffee isn’t that good, but the food was eatable Coffee could be better for sure!!! Properly maintenance needs to be preformed on equipment (2nd floor ice machine and my room door was hard to close looked like it had been kicked in bottom of the door didn’t seal
- Mechelle (5/5): Visit family - Hot in room
Old TV
To expensive for outdated too
- Ronald (6/5): - It was okay. Average
- Kim (2/5): - Very disappointed in the smell of the room, the second night we asked for towels, room service cleaned while we were gone and left us 1 clean towel for a room with 4 people. We got back late from being at an all day softball tournament and was told there were not clean towels anywhere. We had to wait a few hours for clean towels and staff didn’t care. The breakfast was terrible we came down at 7:40 and all the hot food was almost gone and the muffins were hard as a brick.
- Tiffiany (8/5): - Noisy! Requested a non smoking room and our first room had clearly been smoked in so we asked to be moved. The guy was very nice and moved us no problem. Our second room was ok but had minor issues, one the shower backed up to our ankles while showering.
- Sabrina (8/5): - The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and grounds were very clean. The hotel itself is dated and needs remodeling and/or repair. We retuned around 10:30pm and there were men loitering in the parking lot. I was cautious about entering the room with myself and my two girls especially in a hotel that has doors that open to the outside. The men in the parking lot eventually moved along but definitely gave me great hesitation. I would not return with my children based on this and the location. However the staff and overall cleanliness (although outdated) was above par!
- Glenda (2/5): - No sound barrier between rooms. I could hear the man in the room next to me snore all night and it kept me awake. My room flooded and overall it was not a good experience. Staff was friendly though
- Joan (2/5): - This hotel is horrible don’t stay here. These are the hotels with outdoor stairs
- Will (10/5): -
- Kimberly (3/5): -
- Justin (1/5): - It’s close to restaurants It was dirty. Shower barely work. Bad odor coming from hotel
- Downing (9/5): -
- tarawa (7/5): Overnight stay - Good location. Comfortable bed. Had rooms 105 and 106. Commode in 106 needed work. Was supposed to be connecting rooms but door in 106 wouldn't open.
- Verified traveler (10/5): No hassle stay - Excellent spot for a base camp to visit surrounding areas like Montevallo and Birmingham. Stayed a few nights here. Clean and quiet. Numerous restaurant close.
- Monique (2/5): - Had to change rooms 3times.. there for four days and no one came to take out our trash or clean our room. Will not be back.
- Alan (2/5): - Room smelled horrible of smoke and visible bed bugs. Hotel staff said they were aware of the bed bug problem and did nothing about it. Mold in the showers and no locks on the ground floor windows. Anyone could just open them from the outside and come in. We don’t sleep there, left immediately and want a refund. So gross.
- Justin (2/5): - The room was dirty when we checked in, there was a red stain on the bed, an empty beer bottle under the tv and when I went to plug in a charger in an outlet behind the tv it shocked me so badly and popped the power out in the room.
They gave us a new room but the TV didn’t work there at first.
I wouldn’t come back
- Brittany (10/5): - The property was great. The staff were friendly and the room was clean!
- Cross (7/5): -
- Andy (8/5): -
- Amber (2/5): - Asked for clean sheets towels & was denied i was these from Saturday to Tuesday horrible !!
- Thomas (2/5): - We opted to leave immediately after check-in. Our non smoking room was overly wreaking of smoke. The white sheets had multiple black specs on the outer layer and underneath on the mattress that appeared to be bed bugs. And lastly the tv remote did not work and was held together with tape not that it mattered bc most of the channels could not even hold a clear connection. Much cleaner hotel 5 mins away for $10 extra bucks!
- Gabrielle (10/5): -
- Janese (2/5): - This was one of the worst properties I’ve ever seen. It is a very poor quality “hotel .” The bathroom smelled of mildew. The floors of the entire room were crumbling and /or buckling to the point where they pinched my feet. You could pick up a whole section of flooring with one hand -in every room that I looked at. The sheets were cheap microfiber. The refrigerator was so loud that it kept me awake. Air intake for the air conditioner was on the sidewalk where people smoked, so smoke was coming directly into the room. I checked out ahead of schedule because the quality of the hotel was so bad, and the doubled the rate for the two nights I did stay, even though I was assured that when I checked in there would be no penalty for checking out earlier. There are several other options for less money that are in much better shape within a block or two of this NO quality Inn.
- Cindy (9/5): -
- Gaby (2/5): - They charged me twice I paid through Expedia and when I get there to check in they charge me again
- Lydia (8/5): Nice hotel - The room I was given had a loud, screeching air conditioner.
I called down to the front desk but no one answered. I called 2 different numbers.
The woman at the front desk is not very friendly. She acted irritated that I couldn’t stay in a room with a damaged air conditioner. She gave me another room and the air conditioner was good.
It was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice bed linens. There are little things that they could repair that would make it much better, ie the shower rod is hanging at a weird angle, there are holes in the wall from an old shower curtain rod, there is paint in a towel rod. Some attention to detail would increase the rating. There was a nice refrigerator and microwave. The pool looked nice. We were able to sit outside in the pool area to visit with family.
- Arkel (8/5): -
- Arkel (7/5): -
- Linda (5/5): Subpar as compared to othe Quality Inbs. Breakfast was very much appreciated but the eggs were awful. - Comfortable bed No toiletries in the room. We always get toiletries at Quality Inns. No shower curtain, water splashed all over the floor. Flooring was loose and slippery when wet. The floor was uneven at the bathroom door and we had to put towels down to not slip. No toilet paper holder. Kleenex was empty after one use.
- Waleri (6/5): -
- Nancy (2/5): - When we arrived at one am there was a note laying on desk to call. The front desk clerk was helpful once arrive however there was not a shower curtain in the room. Feces on bathroom interior door. Roach crawling across wall the second we walked in. There was no working phone to reach the front desk so I waited until morning. Zero stars
