Martin (8/5): Very clean place. - This place was very clean and looked to be remodeled. The staff were very friendly. Overall great little place to stay. I would recommend staying here. But reserve the bigger kitchenette with a stove. There more roomy. The bed was a little firm not to comfy. Also there is no ironing board in the room had to iron on the bed. Also the room can use a better coffee maker like a keurig.

Sizhuang Liang (5/5): Could not sleep due to traffic noise. - The stuff was nice! And the price was unbeatable. They honored my request and managed to give me a second-floor room. Respect! You will hear a lot of noise due to traffic. The road (E Thompson Blvd) is busy, and the room has very limited soundproofing performance. If you are susceptible to noise, make sure to bring earplugs.

The value for what it is, was fantastic! - The location is perfect for a quick overnight trip to Ventura for a concert at the Ventura Music Hall. The venue is a 3-min walk. The television was a little difficult to use, but not a deal breaker since we just wanted to watch it for a little before bed.

Madison (3/5): For the price I paid, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness and comfort of my stay. - The only thing I can honestly say I liked was the location and the worker at the desk was nice. As soon as we got into the room, the beds had debris on them as if someone was eating on them and didn't wipe down. the wall in bathroom and kitchen were splashed with nasty stuff. kicked my shoe under the bed an went to grab it to notice the room under the beds were so dirty and filled with dirt and dust that was caked on the ground as well as old cups from previous customers an other items as well that were not ours. The bathroom walls were so nasty it looked like someone didn't properly clean after themselves.
Tara (8/5): Clean, comfortable rooms in a motor lodge style motel - Good location, close enough to Main St. and beach access without paying beach access and Main St. prices. Super clean room and no carpet. The gentleman at the front desk came off as friendly and genuine, and when I went to him with an issue I had, the issue was addressed promptly. It’s an older style “motor lodge” so it’s right on the street, which didn’t feel super safe as a lone traveler (though there are additional rooms at the back of the property, which would probably feel safer). While the street noise was hardly noticeable, a late night arrival stomping up and down the stairs was loud enough to wake me up and keep me up until they were finished.
Lia (8/5): Great for over night. - Probably one of the best hot showers I’ve ever had in my life the pressure was amazing. Super close to the rest of town and great to stay near Channel Islands National Park. We were looking to stay on a Thursday night and the price jumped significantly $60 to Friday night and the back parking lot got full. The walls can be a little bit thin. If you are on the lower levels, you can hear people above you but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s fine.

Daniel (3/5): Won't stay here again. - They've gone to great effort to update and maintain the motel. Our room was in the back and you can see from the photo that its location was a little off-putting. But the room is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in and the bathroom one of the most modern and definitely one of the cleanest I've had. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and iron and hair dryer. The location of the room, however, has proven to be a problem. The young man at the front desk has been polite and helpful. And the neighborhood isn’t as bad as our first impression had led us to believe. The main street is too busy traffic-wise, but there aren’t any transients hanging around and it doesn’t feel dangerous. On the day of our departure, Monday morning, workers started ripping apart another room at 8am. I paid for this room until 11am and did not appreciate being woken up by the LOUD banging. Also – not the motel’s fault – but a half dozen other guests decided to have a LOUD conference outside our room.

A/C unit did not work, but it was okay because it wasn't hot. No utensils provided.

The site host was extremely accommodating and moved us to a nicer larger room with two queens and a kitchen for no extra charge. It was clean and comfortable! Great value for the price.

Daniel (8/5): Reasonably priced hotel for my business trip. - The bed was really comfy. There’s a ceiling fan to keep the air circulating and the AC works fine. Parking could be a little tight if it’s full.
