- Ingeborg (10/5): Prachtig hotel met uitstekende (sport-) en ontspanningsfaciliteiten en vriendelijk en attent personeel - Het hotel was mooi, schoon, verzorgd, prachtig binnen- als buitenbad met voldoende ligstoelen, aan het strand gelegen. Lekker en mooi opgediend eten en drinken. Personeel vriendelijk en attent. Ik arriveerde vroeg en mijn kamer werd zo snel mogelijk in orde gemaakt, zodat ik eerder mijn kamer in kon. Heel fijn vanwege het congres waar ik aan deelnam. Check out was pas vanaf 12:00 uur. Ik was jarig tijdens mijn verblijf en ik ontving een taartje, klaar gezet op mijn kamer, zonder dat iemand daar iets over had gezegd. Zo leuk! Ik raad deze accomodatie absoluut aan. Wel ver van de oude binnenstad maar met bus ( 8 minuten lopen) taxi, Uber, boot ( 5 minuten lopen) is alles dichtbij.

- Dalia (9/5): מלון נהדר מומלץ - מלון טוב מאד. צוות מקסים שעזר בכל בקשה שלנו. נוף נהדר ליד המפרץ. חדר גדול ונח נקי מאד. בריכה וספא מצויינים. אוכל מגוון וטעים בוקר וערב כדי להגיע לחדר צריך לעלות במעלית אחת ללכת למעלית שניה ואז לרדת. קצת מסורבל .

Ulkona iso uima-allas ihan meren rannalla, myös mereen pääsee uimaan, harvinaisesta hiekkapohjaisesta rannasta. Aamupala ja aamiaisterassi todella hyviä. Ehdottomasti suositellaan, tätä rauhallista hotellia.

Nous étions en 1/2 pension, petit déjeuner et dîner en formule buffet d'une grande diversité et d'une grande qualité ! Chambre spacieuse et moderne. Belle piscine intérieure et spa en libre accès. Salle de sport bien équipée et propre. A 2 pas d'une petite plage et d'un petit chemin qui longe la mer, on y trouve quelques bars et restaurants. Un petit centre commercial à moins de 5 minutes à pied avec supermarché, bazar, sport, etc... Personnel agréable. Grand parking et garage sous l'hotel gratuit. Check out à midi. Tarif des prestations hors forfait assez élevés... 6€ la bouteille d'eau de 75cl à table, terrain de tennis 1h à 25 € + 8 € par raquette, soins massage à minimum 200 €...

The reception staff were warm and welcoming, and they offered some excellent tips for getting around—particularly for visiting the Old Town. On a previous trip to Dubrovnik, we had used the bus, but this time the receptionist recommended using Uber. This turned out to be a great suggestion, as standard taxis were around three times more expensive. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and feature some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Just outside the hotel, there’s a convenient selection of bars, restaurants, and a small shopping complex—everything you might need within easy reach. Boat tours also depart from the bay right in front of the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. On our final day, we visited Cavtat and took a boat back for €10 each—a perfect and relaxing end to a fantastic trip. We were very grateful to receive an upgrade to a pool-view room, which was a lovely touch. However, our room was located on level -1, and the hallway outside the lift was often completely dark. The lighting appeared to rely on motion sensors, but despite trying to trigger them, the corridor frequently remained unlit. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, it could be quite unsettling for anyone travelling alone or with mobility or visual impairments. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a great selection and quality. Unfortunately, our experience with the evening buffet was less impressive. At €40 per person, it felt overpriced for the limited choice available, and the food was not always served hot. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself is otherwise fantastic, but the evening dining experience didn’t quite live up to the standard set by the rest of the facilities.

Czysto, dobrej jakości kosmetyki w łazienkach, ekspres do kaway na kapsułki. bardzo wygodne łóżka. Wrócimy na pewno. Hotel przy samej plaży i deptaku. Ładny basen na zewnątrz i wewnątrz. Strefa SPA ładna ale z ograniczeniami wiekowymi. Absolutnie nie podoba mi się ograniczenie wiekowe do korzystania z jacuzzi i sauny. Jest to zwyczajna dyskryminacja. Nie bardzo rozumiem czym się różni 10 latek ,12 latek od 16 latka który korzysta w jacuzii?? Wystarczy jeśli w regulaminie byłby zapis że w strefie spa obowiązuje cisza. Nie wszystkie dzieci to łobuzy a jak rodzice są z dzieckiem to nie mają możliwości pójścia do Strefy SPA,bo nie ma co zrobić z dzieckiem. Można też zrobić ograniczenia czasowe. Tak to funkcjonuje w wielu krajach ,że od godziny x strefa jest tylko dla dorosłych, natomiast całkowite wykluczanie dziecka np. 9 letniego to jakiś archaizm i nie licuje z 5* hotelem

Pl, bevásárlóközpont, éttermek, strand, kikötő, Dubrovnik… Kiszolgálás kifogástalan, kedves személyzet, félpanzió jó. A medencék sajnos nem fűtöttek, mi húsvétkor voltunk, verőfényes 20-25 fokos tavasz, viszont ezt a szolgáltatást nem tudtuk élvezni, habár a szálloda úgy hirdeti, hogy fűtött medence van.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. We booked the luxury room with sea view and terrace, and it was simply amazing. The room was very spacious and perfectly suited for our family of three — ideal both for comfort and for truly relaxing. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. The entire hotel is beautifully kept, from the elegant interiors to the gorgeous outdoor areas. We especially loved the beautiful pool and the well-maintained garden, which added to the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Having a secure garage for our rental car was also extremely convenient. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the beach walk, with its breathtaking views of the surrounding area — truly unforgettable. All in all, the Sheraton Dubrovnik exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Piękna i malownicza okolica, niedaleko do miasta.Hotel bardzo czysty, śniadania dobre lecz na tą jakość hotelu spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego. Aby dojść do bawialni dla dzieci, należy przejść przez zewnątrz. Hotel raczej mało dostosowany do pobytu dzieci.

Clean hotel, friendly and amazing staff, close to public transport (walking distance) and also some restaurants nearby including a shopping mall. 24hrs gym which is a bonus. Had a lovely stay here!! Would definitely stay again if I do come back to Dubrovnik. The WiFi from my room wasn’t so great and the air conditioning is set to a standard temperature.

This was specific to architecture but to access rooms 1-14, one needs to take elevator up to 1st floor, walk the whole coridor to other side and then get another elevator to -1 floor. With small children this takes forever and makes moving around complicated.

- HwasinGuate (8/5): Great staff - It is a nice hotel (looks and feels new) and it is located at a beaufiful bay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the service is very good. The reception staff, particularly, goes the extra mile to help the guests. I arrived with my parents, who are of a senior age. They were very helpful and considerate; they changed the room at my request to fit their needs, in spite of the fact the hotel was very full due to the change of the year. They were very prompt to address any other need to accomodate us. The hotel has only one restaurant, but they offer several options of the Balkan cuisine and the food was better than in some restaurants at the Old Town. Restaurant staff is also very hard working and efficient.

- Natalie (9/5): A very well kept resort with an amazing view and location close to a beach. Fantastic - Impeccably clean, beautiful view from the seaside rooms and lovely food and pool. Drinks and food around the the pool not value for money. Head out to the ocean front for snacks and drinks as it’s much cheaper. Also, just a small thing… probably the worst bacon I have had at a Buffet.
