- KAREN (6/5): Easy to get to and did the job it was supposed to. - I got there very late after driving for 9 hours. The staff was right there to help when I got there. I have stayed other places where I am waiting to be helped at the front desk, so it was nice to have someone right there. The room was very clean and there was a big field for my dog to stretch his legs. I liked the refrigerator and microwave. Plus, the water in the shower was really hot. I would like to say the bed was really comfortable but, truth be told, after being up for 20 hours straight, a bare board would have felt like feather bed. I will say, I slept well and didn’t have any new aches and pains, so to me, that means it was a good bed. The room was very small. It was OK for me and my dog, but any more people and it would have felt claustrophobic. There was no tub, just a shower. Again, not really a negative but didn’t get that idea from the booking site. The only thing that really bothered me was the fact that there were no cups or glasses. A small thing, but it would have been nice to be able to get a glass of water.

- Carla (7/5): Adequately served our purpose for the weekend. - We have stayed here many times and they have struggled to have the rooms adequately cleaned in the past. This time the room was clean. The checkin process is a little convoluted since the manager is split between two locations and was about fifteen minutes away at check in. We were able to get our room and come back to check in later. There was nothing I didn't like this trip.

Air conditioning cover was broken off the air conditioner and the air conditioner was covered in dust. Stains on carpets and walls. Towels and washcloths were dirty and stained.

Not the Ritz but good spot & value. Eat at The Pink Cadillac Diner you won't be disappointed. I wasn't looking for ritz Carlton. But thought shower, toilet ,shower curtain, towels & sheets could have been replaced or treated better to get rid of stains.

- Shelby (1/5): Bed bugs and broken showers accepted standard for their motel - We came in and checked in on Friday. Bathroom had another persons feces splattered in the toilet, no toilet paper, and the fridge was full of gross liquid. The woman who came to clean the bathroom said that she would have to scrape out the fridge for it to be cleaned and she doesn’t have a scraper. Went to dinner came back late to take a shower barely any dribble of water coming from the shower. I went to sleep to call in the morning about the shower. We get up the next day, my mother in law had big bites all over her arms and was up itching all night and shower still didn’t work. Called the desk to tell them all this and said i need a refund for the night and a new room the response from the property manager was exactly “I will not give you back a single dime that’s 100% the shower is not broken i sell the room out 365 days a year”. I tell him to come check the shower no one ever comes. I call OYO corporate experience line and they call him when he tells them I’ll just have to wait till after 11 for a new room to be cleaned and available. I was here from Florida on vacation trying to see the sights but couldn’t. No one from the hotel ever came to check anything or inform us of a room change. We left a day early. When calling OYO again for a refund the management there says the property owner denied it because there was nothing wrong with the shower and everything was just fine with my stay. Out 220 dollars to stay one night in a disgusted poorly maintained poorly run dump motel. NEVER EVER EVER STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT A HASSLE. Management is just as disgusting as the rooms and facilities.

We refused to stay on the grounds that we paid for two queen beds but we were allocated a small double. This place does not do Booking.com reputation any good. We refused to stay and were given a full refund by the owner.

- Jamie (4/5): It was what you’d expect for the price but it should have been clean atleast. - Cheap rate, location was perfect, staff was friendly The was non smoking but it reeked of smoke, it was not clean, there was moldy food in microwave, stains on towels and sheets, it could have been maintained better. It was really hot, the filter in the window unit was filthy so we had to clean it ourselves to get the room to cool down.

- Andrew (4/5): - I have stayed here before, but this was tge last time. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. My room was never serviced. The bathtub and toilet were disgustingly dirty. I bought two gallons of bleach to disinfect them both. One gallon into the tub with straight hot water filled and let sit for a couple of hours. The ice machine was not working, so there was a cooler with a few frozen bags of ice to get some. I took two showers. The water was plenty hot, and the water pressure was great. A full sized fridge, but no water supply for ice. No coffee service. Cold AC. But I have nothing else good to say. The location is convenient to Natural Bridge, but overall, I just cannot justify ever staying here again.

I think this place may be used as a homeless shelter. There was an industrial size jack sitting in the parking spot in front of our room. Piles of junk and mismatched patio furniture outside the rooms in the back. People hanging out with room doors hanging open like they lived there. Gave me the creeps.

- Laurie (2/5): Need a serious makeover - First of all this place was pet friendly neglected to say that you had to pay for your pet. The bathroom toilet was built, ready to fall off it very very crappy upkeep very very dirty. The cleanest thing in the room was the sheets in the pillowcases, but they look brand new. The electric wires for the AC was falling out of the wall and had to unplug that the wires for the TV that was falling out the wall according to hotel.com that I use all the time it was told that it had one room left. They had the whole hotel empty. I would not recommend this place unless they bother to get some paint. They need the beds all fixed in there the curtains the walls. I have several pictures the bathroom alone I mean, that’s just it’s disgusting. Very very disgusting the in room telephone was full of dust thick dust. I had to unplug the AC because it was smell like burnt coming out of it Just very unhappy all the way around.
- Lewis (1/5): Very disappointed - Nothing Room was very dirty and had to switch rooms 3 times till we got one that wasn't as dirty as it would get. No bath tub as stated online. Very disappointed in our stay and wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. Avoid at all cost!!

- Reardon (5/5): It was exactly what you would expect from the price. - Easy to park. Distinguishable landmark (the pink Cadillac diner) Difficult to find at night. Not made for cars that can’t go off road. The walls are not very thick so you can hear most noises.

- Christopher (8/5): Good for a night's rest. Clean and reasonably comfortable. We would stay there again. - The breakfast at the partner restaurant was very good. Room was clean and bath good. There was a leak on the toilet supply line just as we were checking out so not able to use restroom just before checkout. They were eager to repair it for the next customer.

- Susan (3/5): Shitty hotel that takes pets - Location right off the highway and a reasonable pet fee The from smelled like cigarettes and perfume. A bug skittered away when we turned down the bed. Blanket was hard and scratchy. At night there was no hot water (there was plenty in the morning)

- Shepperson (6/5): Adequate with just the basics - Convenient location for busy college weekend for football game. Rates better than rates right in the college town. Only 10-15 minutes away. While there were some inconveniences, it met my expectations since I knew it was an old property. Towels were pretty thin & there were only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. No phone in the room. Microwave oven was sitting on the sink vanity which took up a considerable amount of space.

- Charles (6/5): - Linens were clean but other areas of the room were questionable. No water on the second night and morning but they did refund that day. It appears they've attempted to keep the property up but details were very lacking.

- David (6/5): - Room was nice, no real issues other than no coffee maker. Parking lot and entrance need a lot of maintenance. Property has no amenities but the location is convenient. Its a bit pricey for what is offered but overall not too bad.

- Leslie (4/5): - There was a terrible smell in this room! The bed was like a hill in the middle. Second bed had a spread on it that had a large hole. It looked like it hadbeen chewed. I ended up going outand sleeping in my car at 3 am.
- Robert (2/5): Very poor - Non-working toilets in multiple rooms. Enough said.
- Kathy (1/5): If you need an inexpensive place near Lexington this would do in a pinch. - We were not able to stay here because they had a broken pipe that affected all the rooms. It’s possible this occurred due to hurricane Helene, but the manager and I had some trouble understanding each other so I’m not sure. He recommended his family’s other hotel (the Howard Johnson) which is a place we have stayed before and we like. We usually stay at HoJo, but it was parents weekend at the collage and the rate was 3 times more than usual! We ended up going there anyway because there were no other options with all the hotels being full. I’m glad we didn’t stay here because it was right next to the highway and very noisy.

- Thomas (2/5): Old, smokey, and in need of update - When reserving the room on Hotels.com, I reserved a no smoking room, but when I received confirmation and when I arrived, it was a smoking room. No notice from Hotels.com about the swap. The room was very old, needing update. sink in bathroom barely produced any water. no shampoo in room for shower and tiny bar of soap that us unusable
