- Camilla (5/5): Not much of a bargain after all. - The price for the room was very reasonable, being that we were just looking for a place to sleep. Breakfast was available but not much out there although the lady did ask us if we wanted to put food out she would as it was slow. So it would be fresh my mom had coffee and I had some juice as we weren’t hungry The room was a nonsmoking/accessible room it did have a cigarette smell not horrible to where we couldn’t stay which unfortunately you do see it happens where people simply do not follow rules or respect properties. We went in used restroom, went to bed in the morning washed up and headed out. My mom let the front desk know about the toilet paper holder coming out of the wall as it was put directly into the sheet rock with no support. We were charged for smoking in the room and for burn marks on the tv stand or tv table. I called the property repeatedly and the MANAGER has never spoken to me simply only kept having the general manager tell me that it was mandatory to charge me because they have a very strict policy, I repeatedly told her I do not smoke!! I /we did not smoke!!! I paid $77 for my room and at the end of my stay it cost me $407 I have been booking rooms through booking for over 10?years and I have never ever had a problem with being charged for anything other than my room. Absolutely no incidentals or anything. Needless to say this has caused quite a problem financially. The worst part is the manager not speaking directly to me.

- Sheryl Lynn (10/5): Overall good stay - Comfortable bed, close to our favorite restaurants. No bathtub, cold bathroom, only 2 towels given for 2 adults, one small rug for big bathroom. Keys kept deactivating.
- Mary (7/5): Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. Washer/dryer are outdated and take to long to wash clothes. There was only one - It was very quiet and easily accessible to town. The mattress was old and dipped in the center. There was no breakfast; not even the continental breakfast which I was informed the continental breakfast is supposed to always be available regardless of the number of occupants.

A éviter
- Tania (10/5): -
- Courtney (10/5): - Everything very clean
- Keri (8/5): - The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was in poor repair. It wasn’t terribly dirty, aside from the hall carpeting, but the furniture, fixtures, and carpeting could stand to be replaced. So much was torn or falling apart. The second floor hallway felt as though it had sunken spots. The elevator seemed like it might not make it to our destination. I was confused by the customer rating.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Elevator shook and rocked like it was going to come off the cables. Recommend a repair.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Great staff
- MADELENE A (10/5): - Easy check in and out. Courteous staff!
- Yorlenice (2/5): - Property needs to many updates.
- Jason (2/5): - This place has the dirtiest filthiest carpets I’ve ever seen in my entire life. On top of that all three Floors ice machines are out of service or voluntarily turned off. The front desk staff said they turn off the ice machines and only turn them on during the mornings for the breakfast crowd. That absolutely makes zero sense. Requested a check out in a refund and was refused. Never booked this place. I wish I could upload pictures of how bad it is.
- Eduardo (6/5): - great spot.
- Claudia (8/5): - Staff friendly.
Stayed in this accessible room two weeks ago. In-room phone wasn't working. Still not working.
- Claudia (6/5): - Even though I booked on Expedia the system wouldn't accept my card
- Stephanie M (6/5): - The breakfast was terrible tasting
- Claudia (8/5): - Phone not working.
Accessible room helped but far walk from elevator
- Adelaida (4/5): - No extra towels no cleaning over the time I was there false advertising of a functioning pool when it was not available to swim in ice machine did not work beyond many other things!
- Wendy (10/5): - Good breakfast
- YANELIS (10/5): - Great
- victor (10/5): - Hotels around it seemed somewhat ran down, very glad I chose this one.
- Maria (10/5): Odessa - Fantastic 1 night stay, friendly helpful staff
- Ryan (6/5): - You get what you pay for. Jacuzzi was really green. Staff was awesome though It is very loud though neighbors were super loud til about 1:00 am and management nowhere to be found
- Lucrecia (10/5): - Staff was responsive. Clean properu. Great room
- Robert (10/5): - Staff was excellent
- Les (10/5): - Clean and nice staff. Breakfast was ready early and good.
- David (10/5): - good price
- Rebecca (4/5): Great service, weak property. - Stains everywhere. Room smelled so strongly of chemicals we had to crack the window. Saw so many 10/10 reviews that we had higher expectations. Run-down property and they are taking strange measures to cover for it.
- Blair (10/5): - Convenient. Breakfast
- Luis (8/5): - Breakfast was the worst I've had on all my traveling.
- zeyang (10/5): - Easy way to the Hotel
- Cassandra (10/5): - Friendly staff. No problems.
- Santos (10/5): - I really recommend staying here, we had a peaceful stay and the housekeeper was amazing. Meet all our needs. They only thing that I didn’t expect was a $100 deposit, we got it back but I haven’t stayed anywhere where they required a deposit.
- Kathy (4/5): - Microwave housed piles of plated breakfast food when we checked in. Room wasn’t clean. Barely a warm shower…no hot water. The side door nearest our room was inoperable with the keycard. The other guests were sticking a rock in the doorway to hold the door open so they could go out to smoke. What a mess.
- Ronald (10/5): - Hands down best property I've stayed with, the service was awesome, breakfast was great, and the lady who checked me in, who I failed to get her name, was gracious and attentive to my needs. You guys are the best, I will be staying with you again.
- Bertha (2/5): - I was not allowed to stay despite having a reservation because i had my 2 ShihTzus with me. I explained to the receptionist that i found them through Expedia web page containing a list of pet friendly places in Odessa, TX.
- lynn (8/5): - The staffs were amazing !
- Kelly (8/5): - The hotel was older so cosmetics were the major issue , but the staff was friendly , it was nice and quiet , the A/C worked well so sleeping was pleasant . The only things that really need addressed was the condition of the room , tears in the carpet, wall repairs not fixed properly- and worn furniture
- Rebeca (2/5): - Yes took a long time to check in. No one ahead of us. The man behind the desk at 10:30 PM on December 20 seem to be very preoccupied with his phone. Gave us cards for our room. Cards didn’t work had to get them reprogrammed and then find out he gave us cards to an occupied room so I had to go back to the desk for a third time. When I expressed my frustration, he accused me of having a bad day. Definitely would not recommend.
- Jonathon (6/5): - Good Location, room was in ok shape was showing some signs of wear but good stay. Nice staff
- Obediah (10/5): - Ventilation and room ac needs maintenance and elevator in need of service. Overall would stay again
- Lorena (10/5): - Bed very confortable, room clean , quiet,, I will stay again,, the reception very kind
- Donna (10/5): - The staff was very nice and very friendly. The room was clean and quiet, which is everything you need when you’re traveling for business.
- Donna (10/5): - The staff was very nice and the room was clean and quiet
- Zachary (10/5): - David was at the front desk when I checked in, I had booked the wrong days on accident but he was extremely helpful with all of my problems and quickly resolved any issues. Will definitely stay here again
- Victoria (10/5): - Clean. Quiet and calm
- Barbra (6/5): Comfortable bed, but lots of room for improvement - Terribly understaffed. Poor girl at the front desk was brand new and was left alone to man the desk. She had a line out the door and people who had previously checked in coming back with key issues.
Weed smell on second floor and staff was aware.
Beds are so comfortable but ensure you get out on the third floor where it’s quieter and doesn’t smell like weed!
- Linda (8/5): - Average for a Best Western
- Maria (4/5): Terrible stay - Terrible. I did not sleep at all both nights with people jamming out in the parking lot 2-3 am. A lot of the oil field workers stay there and stay up coming in and out. The hallway stunk of weed. Walls are so thin i could hear the person next door snoring and coughing all night. The shower floor was broken i could have cut my foot. Had to put towel on the floor to protect my feet.
- Ian (8/5): - Clean hotel , nice staff … good price
- Glenn (10/5): - Great stay!
- JENNIFER (4/5): - Our stay wasn't awful but one of the beds in room 204 was broken and I don't mean just a little. It is like cratered on one side.
Otherwise, the hotel wasn't bad.
- Illarius (10/5): Good Accommodation - We stayed at this inn on our way across the USA. We were surprised as the rooms were nice and clean. A big change to previous Choice location where rooms have been substandard. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was included. Would recommend for the budget minded traveler.
- Florencio (10/5): - Overall great experience. Just the construction around the area.
- Charles (10/5): - Good people
- Charles (10/5): - Great people's
- Rosemary (10/5): - Clean, great breakfast!
- May (4/5): - AC not working properly. Front desk is not friendly and the chair is missing a wheel.
- LANDON (8/5): - Bathtub was a little dirty. But other than that it was pretty good stay.
- Joe (8/5): - Overall pretty good. Ice machine on my floor (3rd) did not work. Elevator hops and makes awful noise. Carpet is filthy. Guy at front desk at 9:00 PM did not speak English. Room was safe, comfortable, and clean. Not a bad stay.
- Heinrich (8/5): - .
- Heinrich (10/5): - Due to road construction access from the main road blocked
- Charles (8/5): - Stay was pleasant
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clerk was great. She multi-tasked, carrying on a fun conversation with me while processing the check in. Fast and easy.
- Brent (10/5): - Very safe and clean
- Kathleen (6/5): - Stayed one night while driving through Odessa. My stay was okay since it was for just one night. Overall, the place was dirty. Breakfast was a real disappointment. There was remnants of what might have been an okay breakfast but when I got there at 8am (breakfast went to 9am) there were only empty warming trays and no coffee. I had to ask front desk for coffee. Took over 15 minutes for the attendant to bring coffee and then she didn't bother to refresh the food that was supposed to be in the warming trays. I did feel safe enough and it was okay for the one night.
- Mallory (6/5): - The staff were very helpful. My keycard deactivated every day so I was constantly going back to the desk to reset it and get into the room.
- Monica (6/5): - The hall ways where dirty carpet very dirty, key did not work after we got back to the room receptionist was asleep on the desk had to wake him to to get a new key and took him about 30 min to actually get us ine
- Ilse (10/5): - Good place
- David (10/5): - Good place not to much around to offer
- Braulio (10/5): - The place is very clean
- Barry (4/5): - The front desk staff is amazing. The cucumbers water was a nice touch. My room was falling apart. How this has 8.5 rating in Expedia blow my mind. Im nit returning!
- Lyle (8/5): - Staff was good but tv in room didn’t work properly, carpet in public hallways needs replacing or cleaning. Elevator was noisy and not smooth. I had concerns about riding the elevator.
- Angel (4/5): - Oil field / construction workers gathering by their cars drinking making it unsafe and unwelcome. Hallway smelled like dirty carpet and we reserved a suite but did not get a suite because none was available. Breakfats was great and so the receptionist customer service skills.
- Michael (6/5): - Room clean and comfortable
- Saarah (10/5): - Great place to stay!
- Loren (10/5): - Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice medium-thick towels. What we have come to expect from Sleep Inn. Odessa is an oil town. So, it’s not the most glamorous of cities to stay in. However the hotel and restaurants were excellent.
- Rosa Estela (10/5): - Was a little noisy.
- Steven (8/5): - Wear is starting to show.
- Cristian (10/5): - Good
- Joely (8/5): - Didn’t show my reservation. Room a bit dated and breakfast was sparse but customer service was outstanding
- Darla (8/5): - Everyone we met there was super nice and helpful!
- Judy (10/5): Great Value - Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast offers good variety. We definitely will stay here again.
- Maria (10/5): - Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
- Elpaso4 (6/5): It'll do overnight - This is a 2 star hotel so keep that in mind. With that said, the hotel was okay for a 2 star hotel. No frills but the basics were there. Toiletries, coffee and free breakfast (with eggs and waffle maker) are available. The beds were clean and comfortable, but other than that the hotel needs a little extra cleaning, some updates and general TLC. However, I will say, this is one of the most affordable hotels in the area, therefore, I wasn't expecting a 4 star hotel. We were there for less than 12 hours and it served our needs, if we needed a longer stay we would consider something else.
Overall the Midland/ Odessa area has very high hotel rates for the quality they offer, it's unfortunate that they take advantage of the high number of temporary workers that need to stay in the area.
- Todd (8/5): - The property was pretty nice just what we thought it would be and good for just a short overnight stop.
- Laura (10/5): - Clean, Confortable.
- Twana (10/5): - The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing I could say that is negative would be that the room smelled strong of carpet deodorizer.
- April (6/5): Not the best but the bed was comfy - We ended up switching rooms the day after our first night because the toilet didn't flush. The front desk are amazing and kind people. The hotel is older and looks better in the pictures. We didn't eat breakfast, but the bathroom floors need to be actually mopped. Both rooms left our feet black from the carpets and the bathroom floors. The best part of the hotel is the front staff.
- MARCOS (10/5): - Ty
- Dale (10/5): - Clean and easy check in. Staff very nice. The big plus is they had coffee on site, hot and good quality.
- Darla (8/5): - Friendly staff and near the hospital.
- Darla (8/5): - The front desk clerks were very nice!
- Madison (10/5): - Amazing for the price!
- Doris or Leonard (8/5): - It was a nice stay.
