John (8/5): It met our needs for this stay - Carl was very helpful - Front Desk Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not great - but offered something. Was pleased with overall cleanliness of the hotel. Looked better than previous time we stayed there. Looked like some updates had been made. Breakfast - I know it is difficult to have more hot and fresh items when few people are staying there.

I stayed there 3 nights and elevator was still out of service when I checked out. My room was on the 3rd floor. I had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. I had to make several trips.

Mary (10/5): Wonderful! We will be back. - Breakfast was very good - food was delicious. Lots of choices...fresh, hot, and serving dishes were constantly refilled. Dining area was clean and bright. Location was right off the main road with plenty of parking. Our room was spotless and contained everything we needed for our 2 day stay. A very minor point...we had to use a flashlight to activate the safe because there was no light in the clothes closet where the safe is located

Joseph (5/5): - It was conveniently located to all we were in the area for. And it was clean for the most part. The pillows were good. The guy at the desk was very nice upon check in. The suite we stayed in was just odd. The furniture looked like rummage sale furniture. We refused to sit on the couch. The bed was as hard as they come. The windows were filthy. They ran out of breakfast food one morning at 7. The halls smelled so strong with air freshener it made you wonder what smell it was hiding. There was a dehumidifier in our room. No clue why. Both air conditioners worked so I didn't understand that. The room needs an upgrade, at least a new color that is not so depressing. We will not be a staying again. We will be spending a few more dollars and driving a bit further.

Linda (8/5): New Owners with great upgrades. - Everything was good. New owners since our last stay here, but we noticed quite a few updates which were actually pretty nice. Our room had only a shower which we were happy to see. We’re seniors and stepping in and out of a tub makes us a bit nervous. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. TV reception was spotty at times but no biggie. I was turned off by the sticky flooring and end table on the window side. And we had to play musical outlets as again the outlets on the end table didn’t work and neither did the lamp. But the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and we were still allowed to check in and get in the room. All in all — we were greeted by friendly staff, had a very comfortable bed, great working AC and the shower was a great upgrade!

Breakfast fantastic. And so nice for a day away. When we stay at a Comfort Inn, It is exactly that a comfortable welcoming place to stay.

Coleman (8/5): - The clerk at reception was snippy when we asked about a bill/receipt, treated us as if we were idiots, and seemed a bit hostile to us. Other staff were fine. The bathroom had nowhere to hang wet towels, lacked a soap dish of any kind. I understand thee are reasons for such lacks, but towel racks can be attached to the wall, and their lack is annoying. Worst problem was super-thin walls--we could hear ever word from next door, including a 4:30 am phone call on speaker phone, of which we could hear both participants. Because of this, I would not stay here again.

He couldn't give me an answer told me I was going to get a refund but I haven't received it yet why would they charge my card five times when I swipe my own card at the place.

Verified traveler (6/5): - Room appeared clean, but smelled very musty. There was a dehumidifier running that was very loud. The bathroom door was very difficult to close then get back open. Overall appearance was very dark. Housekeeper walked into room in the morning while I was in the shower and startled by friend as she thought we had already checked out due to error at front desk. Don’t think housekeeper knocked, or just couldn’t hear over dehumidifier.

Just average. When we walked into the Ridge for the same cost a night, it had a lovely fireplace, the gardens were spectacular, it looked like a much more expensive hotel.

Heather (8/5): Ok room, high priced - They are remodeling so there is some messes around. However when I got into my room, two outlets did not work, one of which had something stuck in it. Overall the issue I had the most with my room was the heavy muskiness that hit you like a brick wall entering the room. Even kicking on the fan and a/c didn’t do much to help with it.
Guillermo (6/5): - The hotel was close to what we were in town for, so vicinity was good for us. However, the beds are so uncomfortable and hard. They sound like a pull out couch frame with a mattress and feel like it. I asked for an updated room with better beds and the front desk did try to put us in another room but said beds were same. We had a 3 night stay, so we drove to the store and bought a 3” mattress pad that helped. The shower was not very clean when we got to our room and the shower doors would not stay closed so you showered with them open. For it being a “comfort” suites…it was not comfortable. Also, just an fyi the tv’s are not smart tv’s. I know this is just extra but with a longer stay it would have been nice to stream something when we were relaxing. Staff was nice but would not stay again or recommend. Hotel needs a lot of updates and needs to start with their cheap hard beds.

Allison (4/5): Good value for one night but disappointed by cleanliness - Location is still really close to downtown Lake Geneva if you have a car Overall a bit disappointing. The cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Toiletry bottles in the bathroom were empty (shampoo/soap). There was hair in the tub and a weird smell that was very noticeable upon entering the room. Booked the room because of the extra beds and there was a dirty T-shirt in the pullout couch from the previous guests. Even though it was a holiday weekend, for the price that was paid, we expected a better experience.

Jaime (4/5): Disappointing - Location. Room was big. Tub was clogged. Hotel not clean, bad smells in hallways and room. Outdated appliances, non working outlets.
Margaret (6/5): - I dont understand why we're charged $225 a night? We stayed 2 nights for $440. 2 ppl. Hotel was okay. But We paid less for Hilton in San Francisco. This place is good for $80 to $100 a night. Room smelled like lysol. The breakfast was free, but toaster was not working, coffee very weak. Won't be back. Sorry. In general you get what you pay for is not applying here.
Barbara (2/5): - Outside of entryway.boxes and pipes laying around from what I can assume some updating. I asked for a receipt of our charges occurred. Very rude front desk person. I would like a receipt of my charges I would have to asked Expedia. Well I am asking and would appreciate receipt of charges. Thank you
Jeremy (6/5): Clean and safe, but expensive and ugly - This is a very new, but very cheaply built and soulless hotel. In late June, we paid premium hotel prices for a budget hotel- three times what I would expect. This is totally fine as a place to stay - safe, clean, comfortable. (Though there is a hint of a musty smell in the room that may get worse over time) it is even better than average in terms of power outlets in the room. But the overall feeling is that the building is cheap. Hallways and common areas are dimly lit with ugly cool-white lightbulbs. Stay here confidently if you need to, but hopefully you have other choices.(Or get the room at a sensible price)

Kenneth (8/5): - This was my 3rd or 4th stay. Staff is always pleasant, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. However, for at least the second time, the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors weren't working for the first two days of my stay. They finally started working again mid-week. Not sure if someone complained, I didn't this time. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was good.
Bonita (10/5): - Spacious room that had a separate seating arrangement from the bedroom.
Chelsea (8/5): - Check in was simple, facility was clean despite some construction. The room was larger than expected and the tub we had was large enough for two people side by side. We found the bed to be a bit firm but comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Continental breakfast had some good variety, though overall the quality was about what you'd expect for a mid-range hotel. Well stocked and maintained by staff.
Amanda (10/5): Great service. - The attendant was very nice and helpful. He upgraded our room due to the hassle of the elevator breaking down. It was appreciated.
