• Jose (1/5): Bad everything - Not really much at all I didn’t like nothing they kept my deposit never sent it back, I had to get switched rooms because the first one was dirty, my daughter found dirty Q-tips on the floor the AC was Broken I had to get rooms switched and I still paid the full amount MY DEPOSIT WAS KEPT, They Did’not ACCOMMODATE ME AT ALL I still paid the full price for my stay regardless of the complaints And the Violations that were found, The Cleaning Ladies were pretty obnoxious the guy in the front was cool but still didn’t bother to help much the girl in the front desk didn’t help much either the parking was a problem it was just HECTIC staying there to be honest

• cindy (1/5): One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. - This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. It was dirty, dingy, horrible. There was nothing I liked, except the location.

• Xavier (4/5): - The parking was decent. And the little fridge in the room was nice. That I requested a smoking room and when I get there it’s no smoking rooms. I didn’t like they didn’t let you refund it they kinda force you to stay after booking it’s NO REFUND.
• Juan (4/5): Overall, my experience there was all right just when it came down to checking out and leaving. The property was really w - I like the fact that it was a big room for a good price The AC unit really didn’t work. I was put in a room that didn’t have a TV or the TV was not functional when I told the staff about it. They really didn’t do nothing to accommodate me or fix the issue. When it came down to the Deposit, they held back $30 and claimed that the sheets were dirty when it was a little bit of food and could’ve been taken off with a proper wash.

• 1000 (1/5): Cheap room but you get less than you may expect! - Easy to check in... I was on the ground floor... traffic noise, people standing in front of my room smoking and talking loudly. Thin walls so you hear people talking and TV volume. The soaps and shampoo were not full indicating they had been used previously. No toilet paper holder and single ply tissue. The refrigerator had power but didn't get cold and it was dirty inside. The lone chair that was there was extremely dirty. Doorknob hole in the wall. Multiple scratches and gouges on the walls and door. Scratches on the faux floor. The ac/heater unit was separated from the wall and you could see outside. All the furniture in the room was scratched and extremely distressed. Screws stickicg out the grab bar. Ect... This place is a dump and some of the folks who stayed there for the 2 days I was there were sketchy. Never again!!!!

• Cindy Johnston (4/5): - It was reasonably priced. Lowest in the area. Luke that there are refrigerators in the rooms. The girl at the front desk was really rude when she did more than grunt. If they are going to put a refrigerator in every room there should be a microwave also. There is only 1 in the lobby. It's very outdated & dirty. I stayed there for 5 nights & they never checked to see if I needed clean linens, the trash taken out, etc. Even though there is a sign in the room that states there is mandatory room service every 2 days, I wasn't even asked. Seems to be a lot of long term tenants. Parking kinda sucks. There is a 2nd floor but no elevator & you have to drag your stuff up & down 3 flights of stairs. Stayed there a few times in the past & hoped it had improved but no, not so much.

• Jim Melvin (8/5): Decent enough , 7.5 rate, check it out - It’s not bad at all. It is pretty decent for short stay while traveling for work. I would rate it as 7/10 or 8/10 . There are plenty of spots for free parking and nearby to general establishments. I would stay here again as my alternative option. AC was strong enough to make the room cooler during summer. The carpet in the hallway looks dirty. It needs to change to wooden floor . Needs elevator in case you have a large suitcase .

It has being over 10 days and they haven't returned money yet

• Jay Anthony (6/5): - To my surprise, my room was decent and clean. No smells, stains, roaches and the vinyl floors were clean. The facility itself is old, hallway carpets are dirty—needs major upgrade. Despite it all, if you want a decent, clean and comfortable stay, I recommend you stay in this hotel. I might book another night while waiting for my apartment.
