- Lucas (3/5): - The hotel is nice with a very good location in the city center, very close to the station. I walked less than 6 minutes to get to the Hotel. After the check-in I went to have something to eat but I found the area a little bit awkward / scary. With a lot of people offering me massage and strange services which I didn't like. I went there to stay away from the caos from Tokyo, but I didn't find what I was looking for!!! :(

- jasony942 (8/5): Reasonably priced alternative to downtown Tokyo - Stayed here because it looked like a good deal compared to staying in downtown Tokyo. It was, for the most part. The single rooms are very small, though the average traveler should have no problem with it. Though I take issue with the device they use in substitute of a proper hot water kettle (a metal cup with a hot plate built into the desk; not ideal for clumsy people) the room is otherwise reasonably equipped (if you're willing to pay you can get some foreign movies on TV). The bathroom is also well-equipped (shower/bath, towels, etc,) though the washlet controls sticking out the left side means that the toilet will be a problem for larger people. There's also a laundromat on the 3rd floor, as well as a large bath and sauna for MEN ONLY. The hotel staff were nothing short of helpful and even let me check out a little late without paying extra. However, I have no idea of their English ability, and I ended up bumping against the limit of my Japanese skills. Overall, I'd say this is a great deal for the single traveler, or even a couple. But no more than that, and certainly no children. But a note on the breakfast: if it's included in the room price, go for it. But don't pay extra for it; it's rather so-so and while it won't kill you, you can find better food at the FamilyMart across the street.
