Mi pareja es celíaca y no tienen nada en el hotel sin gluten, tuvimos que salir a cenar fuera a las 18:00h y en mayo ya es de noche y no hay nada cerca (como se ve en las fotos). Por el precio que se paga, y teniendo en cuenta lo alejado que está, podrían tener un par de opciones sin gluten.

- Suzanne (8/5): The staff were very friendly, the food was exceptional and we very much enjoyed our stay. - We opted to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was a good decision as it is not very near to any other restaurants. The food was amazing- like a top French restaurant. I am a vegetarian, which was catered for. I had a delicious selection of beautifully cooked vegetables each evening. I also enjoyed the free bar from 3pm which had a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The decor of the main parts of the hotel is a little dated in places, but our room was recently refurbished and very comfortable.

- Raz (7/5): - המלון יפה מאד, ממוקם באזור יפה. יש שרותי הסעה מתחנת Gora. צוות הקבלה לא ידע אנגלית כמעט בכלל חוץ מעובדת אחת הבוקר שעזרה לנו יחסית למלון כזה יפה האונסן היה יחסית מוזנח עם ירוקת בתחתית וריח של עובש באויר, התרחצנו פעם אחת ולא חזרנו לשם.

- Jo (9/5): Loved it. Will definitely visit again. - The dinner was amazing, the renovated rooms were clean, beds comfortable and well equipped. Staff very efficient. Hotel shuttle was fast and convenient. There’s a ‘happy hour’ period with free flow alcohol but lucky we didn’t imbibe too much as the wine list with dinner was fantastic and reasonably priced. The location would be very difficult if you were trying to get the past 6pm. Taxis were very limited in the area.

- Csaba (7/5): The hotel is really nice, but we cannot recommend the non renovated rooms. - This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The walk to the hotel is a bit tiring, but still easily manageable for a middle-aged couple, and you can visit Hakone Gora Park on the way. There’s also a shuttle bus available if needed. We really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, and the staff were very kind. The onsen was nice as well — although we visited another one later in our trip that we preferred. Although we knew when booking that the room was not renovated, it still didn’t meet our expectations. There were signs of mold or at least significant water damage on the walls. The bathroom fan also couldn’t be turned off, and it disturbed my sleep, especially since I can’t use earplugs for health reasons.

- Danielle (7/5): Very comfortable room in a slightly dated hotel - Generous sized room and well appointed and modern, very clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The onsen were lovely and great to have the indoor and outdoor option. As a first-timer in an onsen it was useful to have the information and etiquette sheet and the staff were very helpful. The free happy hour was also fun! Had quite a dated feel in the common areas and the bar didn’t appear to be open later. That might have just been the time of year though. Would be useful to have more hooks in the room to hang up wet coats (not in the wardrobe) and towels. Also our room was advertised as having a private onsen which it didn’t have.

They had a hosted happy hour daily in the lobby lounge and that was really a nice bonus and fun to meet others at. The onsite onsen facilities were beautiful. The only thing I think that could’ve been better is the carpet on the first floor where our room was is very outdated and worn-it definitely needs replaced. Other than that the property was great.

The onsen was small but never crowded so it didn’t feel that way. Would absolutely stay here again if my luck brings me back to this place.

- Yoshihiro (8/5): 箱根、強羅近隣の旅行にはリピート利用したいホテルに出会えました！ - 部屋はとても綺麗で設備も快適で大満足でした。ウェルカムドリンク類が充実していました。また朝食の量も程よく、上品で美味しかったです。珈琲がとても口に合い、豆を買いたい、と思いました。 全体が綺麗だったので余計に際立ってしまったのかもしれませんが、温泉の清掃がもう少し行き届いていれば、と思いました。 具体的には浴槽の砂利感や排水溝まわりです。

- Laura (10/5): Estancia tranquila y de relax - Las habitaciones reformadas espectaculares y espaciosas, moderno y con todo lo necesario, S-Mart TV y lindas vistas. Las instalaciones muy bien, te dan todo lo necesario para usar el Onsen interior exterior y con sala de uso de masajes y microondas. Hay bebidas y snacks de cortesía durante la tarde donde puedes consumir lo que gustes desde cocktails hasta te. El servicio de shuttle gratis hacia y desde la estación es muy cómodo y eficiente. Si se va a pie es algo empinado pero hay cablecar hasta cierta hora con una parada cerca al hotel. No hay restaurantes cerca, Por lo demás excelente.
- Asuko (6/5): - 夕方限定のドリンクサービスを利用させて頂きましたが、ドリンクの取り揃えがよかった上、外のテラス席からは山々が眺められ、最高に素晴らしい気分を味わうことができました。送迎もしていただき、助かりました。ありがとうございました。 同行の者とも意見が一致していることとして、全体的に、以前利用したときに経験できた高級感が失礼ながら今回は感じられませんでした。中でも、朝食のドリンクに制限があったことが最も残念に感じました。素敵なホテルという点に変わりはないものの、多少気持ちに上乗せしてあった高揚感が数段ほど外れてしまった感じです。夕食は、美味しかったですが量は抑えめでしたので、食後の時間帯にも営業しているレストランがあれば良かったと思います。
- KYOKO (4/5): また行きたいとは思わない。 - 料理は悪くなかったと思います。 予約まで少々トラブルがあったが、良い対応があったわけではなかった。 スタッフ対応などは、あまり料金に見合っているようには思わなかった。とても普通。忙しい期間だったかも知れなが、大きなやる気は感じられなかった。

- SIU HAN (10/5): - 法國餐很好吃！麵包是熱的，湯是冷的！很好吃，值得償試！泡湯不錯，提供的備品很好！只是沒有梳子提供！忘記從房間拿下來再！外面有按摩椅，可惜太少了！如果準備多幾台會更好！因太多人用不知道按摩椅的效率如何！ shuttle bus 太早休息，我們晚上6:30才到強羅站但要自己爬行到hotel，我們只有一人一個背包但对於一位80多岁的老人家真的吃不消，下次可能要考慮清楚才能訂！

- Hiromi (9/5): 日常生活を忘れて、極上のリラックスを味わう - 自然に囲まれていて、共有スペースのバルコニーが広くて、そこでフリードリンクを楽しめる。 夕食までのひと時をゆったりとリラックスした時間が過ごせて良かった ・夕食のコースはどの料理も美味しかったが、 メインやデザートを何種類かから選べたりしたら、楽しかったかもしれない ・大浴場や露天風呂の照明がもう少し明るいと良いと思う

- julia (8/5): Super - Shuttlebus was heel fijn want het valt niet te lopen met een koffer… verder een wat ouderwets hotel maar geweldig uitzicht. Enorm mooie onsen en prachtige kamers. Super leuke kabelbaan toch en daarna met de piratenboot, helemaal leuk! Het ligt bovenop een berg… weinig eetgelegenheid heel dichtbij, je moet wel even 15 minuten lopen.
