- Adam (9/5): Excellent with a few minor flaws - The breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner menus were great. Staff was always helpful and friendly, they were fluent in English and easy to communicate with. The facilities were great and the room was fantastic, daily room cleaning during the breakfast buffet time frame was perfect. The room had many power outlets which was great. The shower door in the room I stayed in did not close all the way so water would always leak out the shower space and soak the floor. There is a bit of a crow problem and they will swarm your food if you leave it unattended for 5 seconds while outside near the pools. The rooms are not sound proofed like advertised and the bungalow rooms are 4 per bungalow, 2 top floor and 2 bottom floor, so you can faintly hear people talking, though turning on the AC unit helps drown out the sounds. Closing the door and balcony door is tough and ends up slamming so you can't step outside quietly and not disturb the person you are sharing your room with. Netflix and other streaming services did not work on the TV, Netflix could connect to the Internet but not reach the Netflix servers. I wish there were more universal power outlets, there were only 2 in the room and only 1 worked for a US plug.

Disappointed with the food. Dry fish, few choices. The crows ruined every meal. We needed a doctor and were transported in a run down, dirty vehicle and an unprofesssional driver.

- Amit (6/5): - Well maintained facilities Staff need training in customer service. There was nobody to usher us in on arrival. We also had to offload bags from the vehicle ourselves. Service at the pool was painfully slow, the staff lacked attention to any of the guests. Like their one job is to serve guests around the pool but they chose to be chit chatting between each other. We had to resort to ordering our food and drinks directly from the bar. On the day of our check-out, we waited for half an hour for a porter and that too, he didn't arrive after two calls. We had to take the bags down to the reception ourselves in the presence of a toddler. Even after bitterly complaining about the same, the staff seemed least bothered by the negligence. It's sad that such a wonderful facility may go down by staff who lack concern or empathy for the very clients that indirectly pay their salaries. I hope the management look seriously into training the touch point staff on customer service or employ ones that are interested in doing their job. It is no wonder that the like of Zanzibar are out pacing the resorts in Dar es Salaam...

Een aanrader ! - Prachtige omgeving, heel mooie kamers die heel proper waren, heel proper sanitair, mooi zwembad, personeel heel vriendelijk, domein heel goed onderhouden, ontbijt super lekker, lekker eten. Bediening in restaurant tijdens avondeten door soms 4 verschillende personen. Beter om 1 kelner een aantal tafels toe te wijzen. Geen kleinere snacks te verkrijgen. Misschien dingen op de kaart zetten zoals bv Samosa om een klein hongertje te stillen.

The two pools are both clean you get enough towels and the water is warm. The price was absolutely top not far from here they want to charge you the double price.... so far the best option here in this area and the quality over all is bery nice. You get a bad smell from the ocean, the beach is not good for use the water is not clean and a lot of plastic all over the beach unfortunately

- Maria (8/5): - The white sand beach is beautiful but there were lots of trash swimming in the water next to the shore. They had beautiful jetty built that had a staircase going straight into the water but it was closed for the guests’ use, so we had to push floating trash away to get in the water. More than that, we were pleased with our short stay.
- Hazel (5/5): Other than the beautiful surroundings, customer care needs major improvement. - Room was comfortable and nice. Loved the water pressure of the showers. The view was amazing (sea view room). The beach was clean and not crowded other than Sunday. Breakfast was just ok not spectacular. Upon arrival at 9:30 PM, I faced immediate issues. There was no porter, and I waited thirty minutes at reception before being the unbothered receptionist finally after gave me an untrained staff member to assist with luggage. My apartment lacked cutlery, and my key card didn't work, requiring further delays. The hot and humid night was made worse by the absence of a welcome drink or orientation. The Sunday pool experience was ruined by loud music. Most disappointingly, my birthday weekend was negatively impacted by the hotel's failure to provide the requested sparkling wine for breakfast, despite my reminders and willingness to pay. My friends who also arrived at different times also faced receptionists that were not quite welcoming. Only one lady receptionist offered any understanding.

- Cathy (7/5): Wonderful location - too expensive - I loved our second room after we moved from the small one. Breakfast was good and the chef really keen to please. The prices. Forced to eat elsewhere as the beers and sodas were triple the cost of other places up the road. I drank a lot less than normal or bought outside!

- BHARAT (10/5): Beautiful hotel - The hotel was beautiful from the outside and so well kept, food was of good standard as well as the service. The rooms looked dated a bit and needed modernising the shower door was loose and water came out when showering also there nowhere to go outside of the hotel, was very quiet the time we were there but overall was nice hotel.

- Koon (8/5): My stay was so enjoyable. - Everything was beautiful and enjoyable. I would love to visit again. The room, breakfast and beach experiences were perfect for my vacation get away. The staffs were warm to me. The birds, if allowed, will pick in your food.
- Val (9/5): Superb - Everything was just perfect. Clean, well serviced and the ambiance was amazing. The staff were welcoming and very nice. I loved their willingness to assist all through and it was genuine hospitality. One evening I decided to order dinner from the restaurant and when it eventually came, the meat was a bit tough though very delicious but the accompaniment (chapatti) had a bitter taste. Turns out it was under cooked (the dough was raw on the inside).
