I put a chair against the front door each night as we are in our 70 old!! - Front door to all chalet don't lock only the flywire door locked as the manager told me when we were struggling to lock it. I asked could they fix the door they don't. Chalet was outside the check in office noisey. There was only 2 of everything 2 mugs 2 plates etc.

Lock on screen door wouldn't work properly, this was attended to by the manager and he explained it was the barrel or key wearing out. For some reason the pre check in link didnt work, technical glitch maybe.

- Garry (8/5): If you have children ensure you do not get cabins 1-5 - The pool and water garden was brilliant. We booked for our grandchildren to enjoy the pool and swings in a safe environment. Unfortunately our 2 cabins were facing the road outside the park. We had to keep doors locked and heavily regulate our children between the 2 cabins. This was our first time staying here and did not think to ask for cabins inside the park not facing out. We did inform the park in our booking that we had young children.

- Krystal (6/5): Nice but wasn't the best - I liked that it was close to the beach The challet was lovely other then the bathroom and uncomfortable beds... They made sure we had towels and all necessities which was great... Staff and maintenance were lovely The bathroom, the shower leaked all over the floor, the bath button didn't work which made it a bit hard as son being autistic likes bath only so he didn't shower or bath whilst staying there, the shower smelt like a old musty smell even when aired out, shower was filthy, couldn't get hot water to start with and shower head was full of lime scale ( but maintenance did change shower head and got hot water to work) hot water did cut in and out next day tho think they need a new bathroom cleaner,, the beds were hard or firm, the pool was freezing we still swam tho but the weather wasnt the best either, the water park didnt work, the jumping pillow was broken but we were told a few days before that it was broken,wasnt really anything for the kids or teenagers to do except one pedal kart as everything else didnt work, i couldnt cancel our stay as we had a non refundable stay so would have lost my $480 which when i booked didnt relize most of the stuff would be broken, we ended up leaving early, we left the next day on Saturday arvo instead of Sunday morning as my son needed a bath and the kid got board...

The kids playground and pool Area were amazing, location was great to quick 2 min walk to the beach. The cabin toilet was sinking on the right side, second bedroom double bunk bed was extremely hard. No facecloths provided. Floor was dirty - we left the cabin cleaner than when we arrived.

- Peter (2/5): For $309.80 per night - that was not good at all! - The location is a wonderful place - it is very central and a wonderful location in Busselton. There was no internet on the television and so we could not watch television at all. The bins outside were full at 9.00am in the morning. No wifi - not good!

- SIEW MUI (6/5): Pleasant but not fantastic - The location was a plus to places we wanted to visit. The room was basic and we had to sweep the floor of the unit before we leave. Its the first time that we have such a request when we didn't pay cheap for the unit.

- Cecile (8/5): We had a great time! Family of 4 with both kids under 6. We will be back! Great value!! - Location, staff and customer service were excellent!! We made a mistake in our booking and they were calm, helpful and helped us solve our pickle quickly. Shower/ bathroom nothing fancy but did the job and nothing bad to report, just right for the price, practical and clean, same goes for the kitchen. Some TV's had great apps (Disney, Netflix etc) some other TV's (more expensive chalet on our second night) did not but the bunk bed was larger which and we benefitted from a second couch, both of which the kids enjoyed. Noise is very well managed and we barely heard our neighbours. Just chairs mouvements sometimes in the distance. Did we mention the great location? Worth mentioning again! Chalet 5, the shower recess door opens directly against the toilet. Meaning you cannot enter the shower if someone is on the throne. Or vice versa you have to shuffle your behind mid-business to let your kids or partner out of the shower if that is the case. More funny than anything else, but could definitely be improved next renovations round.
- Kevin (10/5): To explore this area of WA this is an ideal location - TLocation and for 2 people a good size unit We found later we could have rented(and did near Perth) a full home with all amenities for only $150/night,with AirBnB,probably making the cabin a bit expensive,but we were still very happy with our visit

- Bethwyn (9/5): A beautiful holiday with excellent facilities. - Cabin was very comfortable and clean, location of the tourist park was fantastic. The community kitchen was absolutely fantastic - we had wonderful family meals there. Cabin was very hot when we arrived but cooled down quickly. Perhaps the air con could be turned on within 1 hour of expected arrival.

- Shelby (5/5): Great for kids - The location and the facilities for the kids (bounce pillow, pool & playground. It was warm and the batteries in the air conditioning remote died and it had auto changed to 27 degrees. We were unable to change this in the middle of the night.
- Catherine (8/5): Comfortable, fun park, good location but needs some updating and maintenance - Great location, nice cabins Splash/water park not functioning, wifi doesn’t work in some areas of the park (our cabin). Other guests tampering with laundry. Electronic play feature in kids playground also not working well making the games not possible. The splash park was a major drawcard for us so super disappointing that wasn’t working.

- rachael (9/5): Loved it and kids had a blast. - Villa 23 is stayed in had the worst couch. I wouldn't even call it a couch. A wicker like couch. Very uncomfortable. Definitely needs to go haha. Also the water play ground was not working. It was quiet warm and kids would have loved to play in it.
