• Andreas (9/5): Alcala ist ein ruhiger Ort, sehr schön gelegen und wer das Geld hat, sollte sich das Apartment leisten. Es ist wirklich - Die Unterkunft war groß, war sehr schön ausgestattet, sauber(!!) und hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Nix.

• Paula (6/5): Muy caro - La comodidad de la cama y el alojamiento tenía lo necesario, estaba muy limpio. El personal que nos recibió agradable. Tuvimos un problema con el perro ya que ponían que admitían mascotas y después de hacer la reserva sin reembolso, nos dijeron que últimamente no admitían mascotas. Les pedimos que lo cancelaran porque no podíamos ir sin nuestro perro y nos dijeron que no, así que tuvieron que dejarnos ir con él. Nos cobraron 25€ por noche por el perro y 35€ por el bebé, es decir 240€ más aparte del precio por noche del alojamiento y 300€ de fianza que no te desbloquean hasta 2 semanas después.

• Jeffsteed (9/5): Endroit confortable et très proche de la plage - Appartement rénové dans une maison très originale, qui ressemble à un petit château Très propre Literie de très bonne qualité Bien insonorisé (sauf quand les gens claquent la porte à l'entrée ou dans leur appartement) La personne contact a été très sympathique et de bon conseil La promenade piétonne juste à côté qui permet d'avoir de superbes vues sur les falaises de Los Gigantes. Le coin cuisine est vraiment minuscule, pas d'espace de rangement, ne venez pas en famille pour faire de la cuisine. Le système de pré-réservation à part qui demande de payer 71 euros, une fois que la réservation booking a été confirmée.
• Jeroen (8/5): Heerlijk rustig pittoresk Tenerife! - Mooi authentiek gebouw en kamers. Midden in pittoresk gezellig dorpje, weg van de massa, baai met zwemgelegenheid nabij. Mooie zonsondergang en lekkere restaurantjes. Wandelen nabij, op half uurtje van Los Gigantes en Playa San Juan is aanrader. Fijn ontvangst en informatieve host. De grote pluizige bank voegt weinig toe. Zit niet comfortabel.

• RALF (8/5): Alcala ist für uns immer noch einer der schönsten Orte auf der Insel. - Die Zentrale Lage und die überaus freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Kathy waren die Highlights der Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft wird man erst mal zur Kasse gebeten. Es wird eine Kaution verlangt 200€. Ich habe so was noch nie erlebt. Im Backofen lag die zwersplittertert Glasabdeckung der Ofenbeleuchtung! Alles sehr dunkel. Das Sofa ist eigentlich überhaupt nicht zu benutzen. Im allgemeinen ist alles sehr hellhörig. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist huer vielleicht nicht ganz richtig.

The building itself was gorgeous. Most importantly, our host was amazing. She was constantly working to keep the building and rooms impeccably clean, and we could ask her for help with anything at any time. She was always there when we needed her. Kind, cheerful, and positive, she is also incredibly hardworking. I honestly think she is superhuman. Nothing whatsoever!

À noter aussi qu’il est très aisé de communiquer avec la personne qui s’en occupe. Rien à signaler .
• Paul (8/5): Great location, excellent host. - Perfect location right in the centre of Alcala. The building was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable so we had a good nights sleep. Apartment was super clean and it was serviced almost daily. The host was really helpful and kind, very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend.

• Jennifer (9/5): A beautiful big appartment with great terrace - The staff was very friendly, and gave us the keys very fast. They showed us around and shared some recommendations. The location was great, with restaurants and cafes nearby. We parked really easy and for free in the streets nearby. The apparment is big and ideal for a long stay, specially because of the beautiful terrace. We could sadly only spend a night. The shower could be better cleaned.
• Martin (10/5): - We selected a second floor luxury apartment looking out to the village square. Nevertheless, it was quaint and quiet. A one minute walk to the first beach bar, to the first grocery store and plenty of parking space most of the time. Just beautiful.

• aline (10/5): - This was amazing! The location was great, close to several amenities, excellent restaurants and bars, convenient store and a walking distance to a super market (HiperDino). Right by the beach, and beautiful walking trails! The highlight of the this place was the staff, Kathy and her team, were beyond amazing! Those ladies sure make a great stay feel phenomenal and incredible! We will be back next year and if they have availability during our dates we will be staying with them for sure!! Thank you Kathy and team! Your phenomenal service, communication and relationship building along with professionalism and authentic approach made the difference! • Tomasz (8/5): Very good - A nice boutique place in a quiet but beautiful place on the town's main square, round the corner from the beach. The rooftop sun tarrace comes only with a single pair of deck chairs. This leads to unnecessary competition when moree than two people venture to the terrace.

The lady cleaning the place was very friendly and helpful Upon booking this place we received a message on booking.com asking to authorise a payment for a random amount. Another message followed, via text, requesting to authorise a payment for the amount equal to the price for the night. The tel.no. on booking.com was from the office as we later found out where no one would pick up the phone (Friday afternoon). We tried contacting the property as the messages asking for authorisation of payments seemed dodgy. If not for the cleaning lady who was around when we arrived at the property to check if something could be done there directly, we probably wouldn’t be able to access the place. Also customer service at booking.com whom we contacted as well asking for help were just useless and unprofessional and I was feeling like I was talking to someone on their first day there.

• Veronika (9/5): Amazing terrace!!! - Beautiful little house (!) , equipped with everything you need , directly at the little main square and viewing the ocean as well. Kati, the Host, is incredible! Super nice, there for whatever you need. The private (!) terrace ist just sooo amazing. There are 2 restaurants beneath but there was nothing to be heard after 10 p.m. Beautiful seaside walking path starting just from the Appartement. I loved it!!! Very comfy bed and high quality linens. The photos are very accurate - it's an amazing small apartment. Luxury at a reasonable price. Kati met us at our arrival and demonstrated use of the door codes (front door and apt. door), as well as letting us know everything needed for the A/C, windows, kitchenette, washing machine etc. She was an excellent and charming host - friendly, organized, informative. The ONLY thing that might use a bit of improvement would be a light over the bathroom sink. As beautiful as the very dark tiles in the bathroom are, the lack of a window or lighting over the sink make it difficult to see anything (drying hair or doing make-up) in that part of the room. There is certainly enough lighting over the tub/shower combination, and all the facilities are very good quality.

Loved the Indian statues and all decorations. The rooms were beautiful and very unique. Loved the roof rope terrace and the whole place get relaxed and welcoming. Nothing. It was gorgeous.

• John (5/5): Lovely place but ruined by lack of warning about festival. - Lovely spacious apartment with great over square and the sea from the communal roof terrace. We arrived to find a three day festival in full swing. We like festivals but the music was so very loud it made the building shake until 5am each morning. We couldn’t sleep, and had to move out for one night at our expense. We complained to the owners, who had taken our money without warning us of the festival. They said it was our responsibility to check what was going on. They are based in mainland Spain and profess to have no idea what is going on locally. They must have complaints every year. We spoke to four other couples staying there, younger than us, all of whom were horrified by the experience. One was a lawyer who said he would take legal action.
• Kiara (10/5): - Our stay at Rok Plaza was absolutely lovely.The hotel itself is charming and perfectly located right by the sea.Kathy was wonderful…her warm welcome and hospitality made us feel right at home.She gave us excellent recommendations for dining and even helped us arrange a car rental,unfortunately there were none available at the time.remember to book a car in advance because they go quickly. Tenerife South is a beautiful destination, would recommend it.

• Guy (10/5): Stunning rooftop and sea view close to sea swimming - Note this review is for the “Villa with sea view” -> The rooftop terrace is spectacular and has sea views, a bar, bathroom, dining table and deck chairs. The villa is 50m from the swimming area. All staff were friendly and helpful. n/a

• Azamat (10/5): Highly recommended! - Excellent location, right on the beach and close to all the restaurants, amazing service starting from meet & greet and answering every need every day. After THOSE towels, I don't like mine at home anymore..
• James (10/5): Exceptional - From the very start, I had trouble with my card, and they allowed me to pay by bank transfer. On the day of arrival, they kept contact, and we arrived before check-in. I asked if we could keep our bags at the hotel. The lady came in 10 mins,10 minutes! To help us! We were so grateful.They cleaned the rooms nearly every day we felt so welcome it's the best experience I have ever had for a hotel/apartment. The room was amazing. All I can say is thank you! Nothing everything was perfect
• Jan (9/5): Very nice located luxury apartment - Very clean, comfortable and central but still rather quiet located.on the side of a plaza and beach is around the corner.Some very good restaurants in immediate distance. Being in the middle of local life, gave our stay a real local flavour.. So much better than in these main touristic areas. Every day the apartment was cleaned like in a hotel. Finding a parking place rather close to the apartment was every day a struggle. Beach is stony.

• Per Mikael (8/5): - Beskrivningen av lägenheten var ej bra på Hotel.com. Ganska branta trappor. Det var dåligt ljudisolering hörde tydligt ljud från gatan.Det var 3 våningar bottenvåningen med badrum. Mellan våning med 2 sovrum 1vardagsrum 1 matplats samt kök. Takterrass mycket bra.
