We also found the location great, grabs are so adorable and everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20 min journey. Could be more toilet roll, soap etc, but other than that can’t fault the place :)

A foglalás visszaigozálást nem fogadta el, a hotel neve megváltozott az érkezés előtt egy nappal. A recdpción vártam a Booking.com hivatalos segítségét. egy órát vártam, ezalat 4 másik utazó is érkezett, akit szintén elutasítottak, nincs foglalásuk címen. Nem tudtam náluk szobát foglalni, mondván teltházvan. A Booking.com hivatalos segítsége megpróbálta felvenni a kapcsolatot a tulajdonossal, aki nyersen közölte, nincs szoba. A neten található csalások leírás pontosan megegyezik az általam tapasztaltakkal. Nem ajánlom senkinek, csalók.

- Lucas (1/5): À fuir - Je n’ai rien aimé Cet hôtel est à fuir en ce qui des conditions de réservation la réservation était faite et confirmé sur ce booking ce depuis plus d’un mois à mon arrivée dans l’établissement, on m’a simplement indiqué que mon nom n’était pas dans leur liste de réservation leur seule réponse a été appelée le service client booking, aucune solution trouvée par le personel qui était désagréable et pas arrangeant, aucune chambre m’a été proposée même en payant alors que booking en indiquée des disponible. Demande de remboursement gratuite qui n’a pas été accepté par l’établissement aucune réponse de leur part, seule la plateforme a procédé aux remboursements Établissement à fuir.

- Samuel Jack Andrew Glyn (10/5): Beautiful space to stay - Excellent location, very friendly staff and a lovely spacious and clean room. Really nice garden in the back to relax. They also let us keep our bags at the property after check out so we could continue with our day until it was time to leave. The blinds let quite a lot of light in through the evening but if you're sensitive to this a sleep mask works to fix that.

Notre appartement donnait sur la rue et le vitrage n'était pas au niveau, nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit de la circulation (pourtant pas si dense). De simples stores étaient censés couper le jour, sans rideau, ça n'est pas suffisant. D'autant plus que nous avions un panneau d'affichage éclairant juste sous la fenêtre. Moralité, il faisait jour en pleine nuit dans l'appartement. Entre la lumière et le bruit, nous avons très mal dormi. Pour le prix, et même si l'appartement est refait neuf, ça n'est pas au niveau. Mais ça peut se corriger facilement, avec un bon rideau et du double vitrage.

Soggiorno perfetto stanza grande, pulita e silenziosa, con balcone sul giardinetto interno stra rilassante e silenzioso. Uscendo dalla struttura tutto a pochi minuti, centralissimo e con un 7-eleven a 5 metri. Alla fine della via c’è anche una piazzetta con tok tok per spostarsi e cafe per la colazione. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Окна нашего номера выходили на оживлённую дорогу. У нас были беруши, только так мы могли спать. Если у вас чуткий сон, просите номер с окнами во внутренний двор.

- Judith (1/5): Cero confiabilidad - Nada Tengan mucho cuidado al reservar en ese hotel, colocan unas promociones por booking.com y cuando llegas al hotel te dicen que se equivocaron en el precio y que no tienen habitacion disponible. Ellos me debitaron en mi cuenta el dinero e ilogicamente no se dieron cuenta que habia un error, no me escribieron antes para anular mi reservacion, sino que aparte que me debitaron, me anularon la reservacion en mi cara en el sitio cuando llegué. Y no les importa ni el tiempo ni el dinero que le genera al cliente el error de ellos. Entre ellos el traslado en taxi, la busqueda de un hotel en ese mismo momento, lo que sale mas costoso, pagar otro taxi, el tiempo perdido y aparte con todas las maletas encima sin conocer nada. It is not their fault, but I didn't do a lot of research about location. 7-11 is close, but metro isn't, using busses or taxis in Bangkok could take a lot of time because of traffic.

Good for a quiet nights sleep after a long flight. Not many bars or restaurants walking distance to get food other than seven eleven. We mostly used seven eleven or got a taxi to another area to eat.

Unfortunately after arrived there at 9p.m a lady in the reception showed us a paper where was written, that they do not have any rooms available. The hotel has not canceled the reservation, we had to contact booking.com to proces everything. It is not good service to let the guest arrive to inform them, they can not stay in the booked accommodation

- Clare (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning apartment, great friendly staff and very clean. The bed could fit about 10 people in it and was so comfortable. Location was far away from the centre but that was our choice. Nothing to not like about the apartment.

- Brett (10/5): Extremely good alternative to a hotel for visitors to Bangkok. - Apartment was fantastic. Good air conditioning, great facilities & very modern contemporary finishes (polished wooden floors etc.) Washing machine & balcony for drying served us very well. Location great - five minutes from some of the main sights and the route of the "open top" tour bus. All staff super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

- Ann L (10/5): - Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful.

The cleanliness and staff made this place stand out. The air conditioner was noisy. Other than that all was good.

- John (9/5): Very comfortable apartment with everything we need. We will definitely come back again. - The apartment has everything we needed. It’s spacious. There’s a wardrobe with hangers in the bedroom, which was nice. They clean the place every Monday. It comes with a washing machine in the bathroom, and there is a fold- up hanger on our balcony. There are some renovations going on. It can get very noisy in the day. Luckily we are out and about most days.
- Jen (7/5): Excellent! - Location is great for me as I needed to be in that area for training. Unfortunately , the venue and nearby area was under renovation so it was a little noisy and messy which is understandable. but it should have been made clear.

- Julie (8/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment - The apartment was large, clean, comfortable and had appliances like washing machine. Close enough to walk to various attractions but located in a quiet place, I’d stay there again. The management is disorganised. On the second of our four days there, we had to move to another apartment because they had accidentally put us in the wrong one. It was super annoying to have to pack and move after we’d settled in. Also, on the last morning, they must have thought we’d left because a man working there unlocked our door and stepped in. I had just walked into the bedroom after my shower. Had he been 30 seconds earlier, it would’ve been very embarrassing. Knocking first should be mandatory. Not just this place but all, if someone checks in for more than two days, please offer them fresh towels especially when all that is provided is one towels per person (no hand towels).
- Marco (10/5): Peaceful, clean spacious room amongst the city centre - Good sized room and clean modern bathroom is what I like.. That's staff are very kind and helpful. Set back from the main road the garden rooms are peacful night and day, The area is very clean and easy to explore the city centre, I also rent bicycle from Octo cycles 10 minute walk away. All good
- Martin (9/5): Superb - The apartment we stayed in was excellent. Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. There is nothing I can fault. It's not the staff's fault. When I arrived I was told that it was closed for renovation. But after communicating with the management, we explained everything and in the end I was very satisfied.
