• Katrina (10/5): Great Overnight Stay with Easy Airport Access - We had a one-night layover and this hotel made everything incredibly easy. The free airport shuttle was convenient and stress-free for getting to and from the airport. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. It was also easy and affordable to Uber into more populated areas for dinner and shopping. The on-site convenience store was a great bonus and came in really handy.

However as European we would expect a bit more service when not too late arrival. No restaurant and empty convenient store. In middle of no where it is not pleasant to not have proper food service.

• Cem Sina (10/5): Convenient and comfortable - It was very convenient after a +20 hour flight and a late arrival. The bed was clean, the shuttle bus was free and the top floor cafe was very tasteful. It would have been a nightmare if we directly headed for Tokyo. Also thanks to the team who were kind and welcoming. Not much, it is a hotel targeting airport traveler so it has one thing to deliver (getting you to a comfortable sleep asap, and it does that.)

We appreciated late check-in, a small konbini right in the hotel that is open till late in the night, shuttle to and from our terminal, and feather-free hypoallergenic beds. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was plenty to choose from, staff was very nice and quick and the whole room looked great, with impressive view over the airport. Our room had excellent sun shading. Towels, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and enough toilet paper were provided. We wouldn't mind having and outdated room, that was most likely used by the CIA for some movie-worthy business in the past. But there was a packaging from some stranger's hygienic tampon on the carpet right in the middle of our room and bathroom could also use a bit better care. Toilet splashes water for one minute from the moment you sit, so it basically sprays you with bacteria, unless you somehow cover yourself. The shower gel and shampoo had very strong detergents. Fridge was very noisy, which doesn't matter for one overnight stay.

The convenience shop inaise the hotel ia vwey good too with p - It is convenient location when you are catching a flight the following day. Very good buffet breakfast with an awesome view at the top of the hotel floor. We have 9 hours to kill time before our flight and it is convenient to leave our luggage in hotel and catch the shuttle to airport and from airport to Shopping outlet. Our allocated room in 12th floor has no window which is kind of claustrophobic. The bathroom needs updating in terms of aesthetic but clean.

L’épicerie dans le hall de l’hôtel est un vrai plus. Parfait pour une nuit avant le vol de départ. Vue sur le décollage des avions dans la salle de dîner et petit-déjeuner. La salle de bain mériterait une rénovation, une modernisation. Cela fait contraste avec la chambre qui est spacieuse et propre.

Beds were situated in a separate room which was a plus for us. Very good continental breakfast is served here too. Nothing much to do outside the hotel perimeter.

• Tomoko (8/5): A decent place to stay before early morning flight. - The price was quite good, and the hotel offered free airport shuttle service. The lobby was nice-looking, and the room was bigger than I would expect for the cost. The room felt rather old-fashioned ( it could be updated), though it was sufficient for my purpose, which was to spend the night near the airport before my early morning flight.

• KAZUNORI (8/5): エコ宿泊 - 空調について相談したらすぐに対応していただいた。また宿泊費は満足でした。 現在、空調が冷房しか対応してなかった。私のような高齢者には少し寒かった。この点だけは残念でした。ほかは良かった。
• Danielle (10/5): Perfect nights rest before flight - Wow, for the price and convenience this hotel is great! The shuttle service was efficient, the checkin was floorless and the rooms had everything you need. Little dated and some built up dust.

• srinivasan (10/5): Great stay - Great place to stay, room was clean close to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus that comes from the airport
• Ryan (10/5): Great staff, huge room, great proximity to airport - Great proximity to the airport and the shuttle bus made everything so much easier
• Karolina (9/5): - The option to leave our luggage was great. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was also great. The breakfast was good. The large, comfortable room had everything we needed. It was nice that there was also a shop inside the hotel. The view of the airport was nice, the noise wasn't a problem for me; I didn't hear it while I was sleeping.

• Eirini (3/5): - Nothing We went only for a night before leaving for Narita airport. Even for a night it was not what was expected. Restaurant closes early and we had only a convenient store, us and many more people who were rushing to get whatever they could eat.
