- eric (2/5): wish I could tell you - MS cancelled day of stay. Said they were overlooked. Hard to believe given the fact that weeks earlier, rep manually placed us in room.
- Lee Keow (8/5): A comfortable and convenient place to stay - We booked the loft apartment for 5 nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The loft apartment was clean and well-styled. It was also conveniently located to the A,C,E, and L subway lines, and to Chelsea Market, shops, restaurants, etc. A couple of things that could have been better, though: (1) The apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building, and it was challenging to move our heavy luggage in and out of the apartment (we had three large suitcases, one medium one, and a stroller), so it may not be suitable for visitors traveling with heavy luggage. (2) The apartment was also not very sound proof as we could hear the street noise and neighbors throughout our stay. Not ideal for visitors who might be sensitive to sound or are light sleepers.

- Hunter (2/5): Disappointed - You always take a gamble when you book an apartment in NYC . I lost this gamble . The apartment is nice , but has no dressers for clothes and the kitchen is bare of any cooking items.
The loft is 4' high , with a comfortable mattress on the floor but the ladder to get there (and come down) is not for the faint of heart .
The worse are the neighbors. On Friday night the unit below had a house party till 3am. I went down twice with no answer and on my 3rd attempt , I almost got into a fight with 3 of the residences . The cops and management were unresponsive . Saturday night at 4am when they came back from the bars wasn't any better .
For 500+ a night , I will find a hotel next time.
- Jennifer (6/5): Terrible Customer Service - The lock on the door was broken so I had to leave the key in it with all of my valuables inside the apartment while I went to work- i ended up getting locked out of the unit and unable to get in after the locksmith came and no one at My Suites was responding after over an hour of trying to reach them. I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night so I had a place to sleep and their customer service was entirely rude and unapologetic about the problem and refused to reimburse me for my costs
