• Mathews (7/5): Nice place to stay when you don't want to spend a lot of money. - Booked it for the breakfast, but then overslept and didn't get to eat. Plumbing issues. Had to go to front desk to retrieve a plunger and do the job ourselves.

• Shawn (1/5): I wouldn't refer anyone to stay there - Terrible, the staff was ruled and they charged us more for the pet rate and when I told them they were over charging they threaten to throw us out. Everything those staff are very rude they need to be inspected for over pricing. The rate on line is different from their at the hotel.

When I went to check for bed bugs I moved the mattress and saw someone’s old ear plugs, there was a half drank bottle of water in fridge, and wet towels stacked on end of tub and all towels were stained. breakfast was lame as well.

The breakfast disappointing - it was very basic and absolutely in no way deserving of the "wonderful Breakfast" tag.It was also a pretty expensive stay given the property and amenities, even though I booked last minute.

It wasn't terribly clean, dark hair was on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat really needs to be replaced in the room I was in. And the toilet paper holder is in a very inconvenient place. Bed was comfortable and clean. Floor in the room itself was hardwood and not very clean, I wore my flip flops all the time. The breakfast area was very clean with a lot of options. All in all, I would stay there again.

• Sherita (1/5): Get out !!! - Absolutely nothing! This was one of the most unpleasant places I’ve ever encountered. I let someone else choose the location and didn’t want to come across as overly picky, so I decided to give it a chance. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk dismissed the negative reviews, claiming they were written by children and that the health department had already inspected the property and found no issues. However, as soon as we entered the room—specifically Room 116—we were hit with an overwhelming, foul odor. When we asked for a refund, the staff responded with extreme rudeness and aggression, to the point where it felt like a confrontation was about to occur. I will be submitting formal complaints to both the governor’s office and the health department because this establishment should not be operating in its current condition. PLEASE believe the reviews—you’ve been warned.

• Ryan (2/5): - Our stay started off horrible before we even arrived. Got a call from a rude lady demanding that I tell her when we will be arriving. When I told her, she told me that 10:00 pm is to late and that we would need to check in earlier After going out if our way to check in earlier, we walked into a room with muddy footprints on the bathroom floor, bugs on the floor around the bed and dirty sheets/food in the bed. Asked for a refund and the lady at the desk refused and had gave me a new sheet for the bed. Later on, the owners of the hotel (who are living in the hotel) arrived to sweep the floor. They brought new bedding but after they put this bedding on, I pointed out that it was dirty also and had dried food on it as well. When this was brought to their attention, they got very angry and left, Took 2 hours to get the room in livable condition and ruined our dinner plans

Highly important! - The young lady in the front working nights is the only thing good I have to say about this hotel. The lady manager was extremely rude when the second day we requested a room by looking over our vehicle instead the back, she refused to do so until the next day. She didn’t care my car was broke into in her parking lot the first night. Then when they cleaned my room I had to keep. they put dirty sheets back on the bed. I took the top sheet off and threw it on the floor. Same one put back on the bed. The other bed sheets had severe rips and tears and stains as well. Black specs all over the pillow cases. The bathroom was not restocked with fresh towels and soap and the old bottle left on the counter. They have hard wood floors and my socks were so black I couldn’t wash the stains out. Nasty and rude. Other than the First Lady who checked us in on night one. Not the family running the place. When someone drives 14 hours and wants to feel safe, I believe the manager should go over and beyond to make her guest feel welcome. I would’ve let the dirty hotel slide by but her attitude is why I left this review. Do not trust the photos. No pool. Not clean. They don’t care about your safety. I do not recommend this place.

• Carol (5/5): It was okay. - Appeared to be relatively clean. It looked like the facility had been remodeled with more modern furnishings in the lobby area. Having coffee available 24/7 was nice. The hotel clerk that checked us in was very friendly. The room was sparsely furnished and did not feel inviting. There was a musty smell in the air and in most of the building. It wasn't a bad stay, but there is was nothing great that stood out. We were down for breakfast early and some of the items were not as fresh as they could have been.
