• ahmed (1/5): would avoid if you don’t want to have a bad experience in the hamptons - felt like a three star establishment .. trying to be coveted with ferragamo and jean george . In all my reviews never have written any thing bad about hotel establishments but this one by any metric “ fails “ at every level - service is non existent service was better at a motel - staff are indifferent - don’t really care about what one pays even if the establishment is sub par but to have terrible service is attrocious - spa was terrible sauna was unhygienic and old - nothing five star about this place at all - rating should be a 5 not an 8
• Suzana (10/5): Nice place, but stay in the main building - Main building is beautiful, cozy atmosphere, nice people, good food, great garden. I was staying in the bungalows (or whatever this is), and they are bit dark, ruined, not very clean. Need a bit of refurbishment.

• Egemen (6/5): - The property is supposed to be a “luxury product” but it is not. Here are few items to share: -no coffee/tea in the room. Even a basic economy hotel rooms have coffee/tea as in room amenity. -I messaged the property/ mentioned at the checkin that we are celebrating a birthday. There was nothing done to make us feel special. - I found out that there is free coffee/pastry offered in the bar for guests. No one mentioned this during check in. - Had a dinner at Jean George on Sunday. The service was extremely slow despite only having 6 tables, 1 waitress was taking care of the whole section. In addition, food was disappointing given the reputation and prices. I don’t think I’d stay at this property next time.

• Marc (10/5): Topping Rose is Tops for Valentine’s!! - We had such a wonderful Valentine’s weekend. The staff was amazing and were very accommodating. We enjoyed using the gym and the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and dinner. The location is great as we were near some stores in Bridgehampton and we enjoyed a night out in Sag Harbor. Kudos TRH! We look forward to coming back in the Spring and Summer.

Seems like not enough help Also They cleaning lady was spraying Chemicals in dining room -right before Breakfast-smell is horrible

• Verified traveler (10/5): - My mother and I had a lovely stay at the Topping Rose House. The history of the hotel was fascinating and it was in a great location in town. We really enjoyed all of the perks of staying in the hotel. There was free shuttle service to and from Wölffer Estate Vineyards. There was also a delicious complimentary breakfast the next morning. The staff was very kind and had excellent recommendations.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - It’s difficult to navigate the hotel as a guest if they also have an event happening like a wedding (and they always do). We were always walking through a hallway filled with spare tables and chairs, or avoiding wedding guests in the outdoor areas, or asking to pass through a group of catering staff on their break to try to go upstairs to our room. Everyone at the hotel and restaurant were friendly and attentive - breakfast was great and the gym was functional. Once in the room, the shower was temperamental and occasionally only had one temperature setting: boiling, and the noise from the road outside was not well dampened. The window curtains had some kind of electronic system to open and close but it wasn’t obvious at all. The room was very comfortable though - had a great bed and was well looked after.
