- Kerry (3/5): Great location and well-equipped suites, but malodorous, dirty, and sadly neglected. - The location right in the center of Pittsfield is ideal, with easy and ample parking. The suite is large, including a full kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with a standard refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, and toaster. The bedroom is large with adequate closet and dresser space. The bathroom has lots of counter space and a shower with good water pressure and hot water. The hallway of the building and our entire room reeked of cigarette and pot smoke. Our room had a half dozen automobile air fresheners hanging everywhere to try to overcome the foul odor, showing that the owner knew that people were smoking in the building despite the signs saying it was forbidden. The bed sheets, towels, and upholstered furniture all had stains on them.

Communication was via email/text (with some incorrect info provided). Room was 86 degrees on arrival. Shower had no shampoo (but three body lotions).

I called the staff to inform them as soon I arrived home (we drove early) but the property representative was short and rude. Did not even ask if we were OK or if we were injured when the coffee table collapsed, but he did inform me that they helped themselves to money from my bank account to cover it to the tune of $350 or so. It wasn’t even real wood so I don’t know how they came up with the $350 replacement charge. I have filed a dispute with my bank.

AC system was quiet. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets for the pull out sofa. Lighting was insufficient/dark in the suite despite having a few full lamps. Room could be updated in terms of curtains.

It was very spacious and more like an apartment really. Kitchen was well equipped for all. Full size fridge nice for a longer stay. In town location giid. Parking close and easy. Liked 1st floor location. Good, heavy near black out curtains. Keurig coffee was easy. Water tasted good. Sofa (sofabed not used) was saggy and uncomfortable. Generally the decor was basic and a bit dated but fine for the price and our needs. Plug in airfreshener in hallway was overwhelming. I unplugged it and aired out the hall. Turns out the hall smelled great without it. Greeter was barefoot and poorly attired, but efficient enough. Not the best 1st impression but we shook it off and settled in.

Only one staff member on site — I think he lives there. No front desk so communication was difficult. For some reason he thought we were checking out 5 days earlier than we had paid for. So he entered our room at 8:30am (this is even before check-out time!) We explained the mistake, but fortunately I had the idea to check if our entry code still worked (no keys, just a code for the door). It didn’t! So we were locked out of our room and had to text him and the management co for a new code. The new code worked for ALMOST the rest of our stay (we would test it every morning w/ one person staying inside.) Sure enough, at 7am (4 hours before check-out) on the day we were to check out the code had been changed! Also… kitchen could be a bit better equipped.

The staff were very helpful — they quickly changed the bedsheets when I noticed a stain. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and things to do in downtown Pittsfield. Free parking and WiFi made everything even easier. I would love to stay here again!

The rooms were spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The central location made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We only wanted to find the Boston Red Sox game but we're not successful. Help desk was not helpful. Also hard to use the coffee maker. In both cases, an instruction manual would help.

- Jill (6/5): - There was an odd smell in the entry…maybe smoky as though someone had violated the no smoking policy. The toilet was sluggish and started to overflow before my husband plunged it. A very big TV in the living room would not connect to the network so it was useless. We used the one in the bedroom. The young person on duty was responsive but was unable to fix the TV problem. He used air freshener for us but that was superficial.
- Debra (8/5): - The pros are clean, lots of space and a full kitchen and balcony for the same price or better than hotel room. Very easy and secure access. Cons-no office on site. There were 3 of us, but found only 2 sets of towels (online claimed extra under sink, but we borrowed from a family member in the area). Also, no bedding for pull out couch. We didn't bother trying to call the number, so someone may have been able to bring these, if we asked.

The suites are big with a kitchen, living room, and private deck, so my pet had space to feel at home too. Clean, comfortable, and perfect if you’re traveling with pets.

The cleaning is nonexistent, was in first unit 11 days never came in once. moved to another unit because my husband was covered with bites of some sort. No compensation offered, We wont be back.

Its central downtown location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room felt cozy and well-furnished, giving it more of a home-like vibe than a typical hotel. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Pittsfield!
- Eden (5/5): Not perfection, but a great value for a long stay - As this was an apartment, we made our breakfast; but we were close to all the restaurant downtown Pittsfield had to offer, a fridge, a stove, and a kettle (the microwave did not work), so food wasn't an issue. There was a cute deck (though uncomfy chairs) outside the apartment with a lovely green lawn, and once it arrived (it DID take time) there was a LOT of hot water for showers and bath. The partment was spotless! Perfection! There was even a full tray of ice in the freezer for us when we arrived. A lot of the dishes were cracked (or clearly missing. The microwave "ended" every cycle two seconds after starting. And while it was neat, WAY too many LED gadgets that glowed intrusively (yet no nightlight for the bathroom) in the bedroom. A lot of road noise if windows were open, and the windows in the main bedroom didn't work correctly (it faced the parking lot, so the fact it was cracked was extra concerning).

- Joan (10/5): - This was a great place. It was clean and spacious and the staff was very attentive. It could use a little updating but we had everything we needed. We spent a week in our hometown and this apartment was very comfortable for entertaining a few friends too.
- EMILIA (10/5): - This is a very large suite with seperate bedroom, bathroom and a livingroom/diningroom/kitchen area. Bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was clean, and everything was in good working order. Quite pleased with it and we may come back next year!
- LINDAL297 (2/5): Toilet didn’t flush, drug dealers in nearby parking lot - We stayed here to enjoy three days of theater in Pittsfield. It’s a former Yankee Suites, but now has tenants as well as hotel guests. First the good: clean one-bedroom unit with full kitchen, great location, comfortable beds. And the not so good: two used washcloths in the shower from previous guests, drug dealers in the parking lot behind the hotel (12 feet from our deck behind hedges — we could see/hear them), toilet not flushing. It took 24 hours to get the toilet fixed, and only after many texts and phone calls. Yes, it’s contactless, which is a big problem if there’s a problem with your room. And they didn’t discount us for the inconvenience. We won’t stay here again. There are safer and better properties in Pittsfield.

- SharonL3969 (6/5): a nice place to stay but watch out that you are not overcharged - this is a pleasant place to stay. it is freshly painted and comfortable. The air conditioner works. However, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I got there the price had significantly been raised, so I would up paying about 25 dollars more a night. I don't think there was criminal intent, but the person who took the phone reservation neglected to lock in the rate for me. their phone system is not that effective.
- Ingrid (8/5): This place served our purpose well at a decent price - The apartment was clean. The location was good in terms of getting to other places. The apartment was very roomy. The building was across from a Nissan dealership and on a main road. The porches are shared so neighbors next-door can walk by the door. Smoking is allowed on the porch so we could not leave our screen door open while our neighbor was smoking. Everything is pretty oldalthough clean. The dishes and the frying pan were unusable. So bring paper plates and your own frying pan.

Great location—walkable to restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. Ideal spot for a quiet escape together.

This place is a best choice for a business travel hotel in Pittsfield, MA. The check-in process was quick, the room was quiet, and there was strong Wi-Fi for my remote meetings. Highly Recommend!

- Melchucki (2/5): They Canceled Our Reservation Last Minute - We booked this hotel in March for a July stay as we had Tanglewood tickets. Less than one week before we were to check in, we received a call advising that they were canceling the reservation as they could not accommodate us because of alleged “renovations”. No alternatives were suggested and person I spoke with who was supposedly a manager, was entirely unhelpful . Trying to find another option this late date is impossible unless we want to spend an exorbitant amount. It appears this property was sold in March after we made our reservation- yet they waited until less than one week before reservation to cancel. Now we wasted money on concert tickets we now likely won’t be able to use.

- Ga8tr (2/5): Absolutely Not - Keep looking! - Horrible holiday weekend experience and here's what you should know about our stay before even considering booking this hotel (which you should not).... * Our room was extremely outdated - not even close to the photos on the website. Looked like it was furnished from thrift store finds, nothing matched. * Arrived to find the toilet seat detached from the toilet, only one bath towel for a room intended for 4 guests (we had 3) and no extra sheets/bedding for the foldout which I had asked about in advance when I called ahead of time to confirm it was OK to add a third person to our original reservation. * Screen door off tracks, cigarette butts in bucket on back porch (overlooking the neighboring parking lot and dumpsters in photo), wifi was down the first day (came back the second day), main TV had no connection, bedroom TV had no remote, plenty of conditioner bottles but no shampoo - a cumulative example of the attention paid to upkeep and preparation for the next guests. * Walls are extremely thin, so we heard partying until 2am on one side (in spite of their 10p-7a "quiet time"), and woken on the other side at 6am, by a loud obnoxious child and yelling adult. Also witnessed a profanity laced domestic altercation in the parking lot outside out building. There is no on-site staff so everything we brought to their attention was through text, and when they did not respond to text, we called. When someone did come to the room to try to address the needs, we pointed out some of the other issues as well. It reached a point that we left early, not staying the second night as planned. We made every effort to request reasonable compensation after our stay and were offered excuses and a "discount on a future stay." You can't fix what you don't acknowledge and take responsibility for. TRUST ME - Find an alternative location when you visit Pittsfield.
- toni (6/5): - Although the room was clean, the smell of the cleanser was strong and unpleasant. Staff could pay more attention to amenities. For example, the coffee pot had the grounds from previous usage, there were packets for only decaf and the shower had 3 bottles of lotion instead of shampoo and conditioner. The staff was quick to bring replacements, but brought coffee pods even though there was no keurig!
