- Germain (8/5): Vacaciones cortas en Santo Domingo en hotel boutique céntrico - Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas en general. El hotel es muy tranquilo y acogedor. La infraestructura es hermosa y se han esmerado en mantenerla en muy estado. Las camas son muy suaves y además están apoyadas sobre bases con ruedas que las hacen muy inestables. La ducha es muy pequeña. Las habitaciones son un poco oscuras. El desayuno es un poco ligero. Los complementos disponibles por un precio se podrían incluir en el desayuno sin costo y esto sería un plus para el hotel.

Anuncian que incluye desayuno y solo consta de café, té, pan, frutas y aunque los precios son muy económicos para agrandar las opciones las porciones son súper pequeñas, deben dar más detalle de esto en su publicidad.

No había muchas habitaciones libres, y estaban faltos de personal. La ducha es pequeña, no te permite un baño placentero, el piso se inunda como te descuides. Por otro lado, decía en Booking que la habitación tenía balcón y vistas al jardín y mar. Ninguna habitación tienes vistas al mar. Creo que es engañoso lo que venden en Booking a lo que realmente ofrecen. Pagamos un precio mayor buscando comfort los últimos días en RD, y nos decepcionó.

Gli ambienti comuni sono davvero molto belli e curati, e l’area piscina è particolarmente piacevole, perfetta per rilassarsi in tranquillità. Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con cortesia e professionalità. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio adiacente all’hotel, un valore aggiunto importante. La camera era confortevole, semplice e pulita, con climatizzatore perfettamente funzionante, elemento fondamentale considerando il clima di Santo Domingo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno più che soddisfacente. Lo consiglierei sicuramente! Colazione compresa con poca varietà

The hotel location is convenient, and there is a supermarket nearby. The shower leaked into the outside of the bathing area, so there was always water on the floor after using that we had to dry each time. The water in the sink disappeared a bit too slowly.

- Carlos (6/5): Una noche en el Hotel San Marco - El personal es muy agradable, atento y servicial. El lugar es clave porque es central, al lado de la Avenida Máximo Gómez. Cerca del centro colonial y de la parte moderna de la ciudad. La piscina no estaba en funcionamiento, el restaurante solo sirve desayunos, las sabanas no cubrían del frío del aire acondicionado.

In-room safe was available which was nice Rooms need a bit of a refresh, however was a good value for money. Pool was under repair (repaint job) so was not usable, but i wasn't planning on using anyway. TV did not work

La casa tiene estilo colonial y el cuarto es bastante grande. El desayuno era generoso, con frutas, huevos al gusto y todo para preparar sandwich. El wifi en el cuarto dispuesto era débil, se perdía a ratos la señal. Quizás faltó un shampoo en el baño. No sabía que la piscina estaba en mantenimiento, es una lástima porque la experiencia podría haber sido mucho mejor.

- Y (5/5): We voelden ons bedrogen. Weinig voor veel geld - Een luxe kamer geboekt, kreeg een standaard kamer naast de receptie. De kamer was zo luid, de buitenunits van de airco hoorbaar, de serie en muziek van de receptioniste maakte de rust praktisch onmogelijk. Badkamer douche was stuk. De kamer kwam niet overeen met de foto van de luxe kamer wat we boekte. Volgens de receptioniste was het de schuld van marketing die de verkeerde fotos plaatsten... De zwembad was afgezet met gele strips. Wat het ontbijt betreft, laat ik daar maar niks over zeggen...

- Beyakito (9/5): Placida estancia para repetir - Buena ubicación cerca del Malecón y Zona Colonial. Pequeña oasis tipo Boutique Hotel, con muy buena decoración, te sientes rapidamente a gusto, casi un romantico pequeño resort. Estacionamento en el Hotel. Las habitaciones, son muy espaciosas y acogedoras y tranquilas. Buen aire acondicionado. El personal muy amable y profesional. La area de la piscina es muy bella y bien cuidada con decoraciõn de las plantas. Hotel con buena seguridad. El desayuno quedo un poco simple, me lo esperaba algo mejor. Aunque la encargada de la cocina, una persona super amable.

- Isabel (9/5): Gran hotel en Santo Domingo - Un hotel muy tranquilo, con zonas sociales muy bonitas, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno incluído estaba bien. La ubicación del hotel permite caminar a restaurantes cercanos, al malecón y a la UASD. Poder comprar snacks o comida en la noche en el hotel. Si bien hay un convenio con un restaurante cercano, si se llega muy tarde en la noche ya no está abierto el restaurante y es díficil conseguir comida. El chico del hotel nos recomendó apps de comida y llegó sin problema, pero sugeriría que existieran snacks para comer en el hotel.

Deben mejorar la variedad en el desayuno. El que ofrecen esta muy rico y la Sra que nos atiende en el restaurante es excelente y muy amable. Pero debe tener o ofrecer otras opciones y más si un un huésped tiene una estancia por varios días.

- Edison (8/5): BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN SANTO DOMINGO - The property best feature is its location, close to main government offices, restaurants, and Joaquin Balaguer subway station. It is a beautiful old house, well decorated, peaceful and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price/quality ratio is great. Everything was just right.

- Wiktor (1/5): Bad - Warning, I do not recommend this place. When I entered the room, I was greeted by cabinets with slimy stains on them, which made me want to inspect the room more thoroughly. I then found a dirty bathroom and a bed with fleas and old hair. I’m not joking — I have it on video. After that, I said I wouldn’t be staying at the hotel. It was 2 AM, and the manager agreed that a refund would be issued to my card. A few days later, when I called to ask about my refund, they told me they don’t have a refund policy. After arguing with the manager, I eventually gave up because I didn’t feel like fighting over $70. In any case, I don’t recommend this place and advise others to be cautious.
