In a gruff voice, he wanted to know if I used booking.com. I said yes, and he did not even give me anything to sign. Not a people person. First room did not have a handle on the deadbolt. Second room had a hole in the wall and mold. The entire hotel smelled like Fabulosa purple! Sofa had stains in nastiness all over it. I would not walk on the floor barefoot!

• LaDonna (9/5): Very pleasant, quiet and welcoming facility, boat cruise available on the other side of the lake - The staff was very friendly and check in/out was smooth. The facility and room was clean and inviting. The location is convenient off of interstate near several restaurants but far enough that the traffic isn’t heard from inside room. The facility could use some upgrades and freshing up, ex. carpet worn in hallways from foot traffic and balconies that need work done, get done so they can be enjoyed.

• Jamie (4/5): - Got to hotel at 10:30pm to check in, no one was at the desk, sign said they had stepped away (totally understandable as it was late). 45 minutes go by and finally a guy comes up (apparently coming in for his shift and was 10 min late he said.) by this time there are numerous gathered to check in and some with babies and small kids! First Gentleman said sir I feel like everyone needs an apology for the excessive wait. There are families with young children and we have all waited a very long time. (Mind you this man was not being rude or even raising his voice!) the employee looked at this man and said I don’t have to apologize to anyone and if your going to take that tone with me then I refuse to check you in and you can leave the premises! The man had already been checked in and was having to get a new room because his room had never been cleaned after the previous guest left! After he told the employee this he was told he would have to wait until everyone else had been checked in!!! I told the employee to get that man taken care of first before I was checked in. So go to my room and there is a hole in the bathroom wall and the next am there are ants in my drink that I had on the table!! The regular upkeep on this hotel has definitely been neglected! I will not stay at this hotel again simply because of how that man handled the situation! Having to wait close to an hour to check in is beyond ridiculous!

• Jose (6/5): Not what we were expecting - Lamps in room were broken, stains on couch. There was hair in the bed and bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Headboard on bed was damaged and so was wall. Chairs in breakfast area were damaged.
• Bili (2/5): - I sent a message I could not make it and am being charged $145 for nothing.
• Rubina (10/5): Excellent and comfortable - Loved the area The whole facility was great no complaints
