• Franklin (5/5): Two days no stay - I like everything The bed was terrible..the rooms wasn't comfortable at all..I had a two night stay..but I left 3 hrs after check in...I didn't even ask for my money back..I just left.. upstairs guest was running around banging on there floor..my ceiling But I will try to stay again one day

• lal0nniev (10/5): One of the BEST!! - Officially our favorite place to stay from now on. 1. The hotel employees in every department were the best in every way. The best at doing their job, attitude, smiles, politeness, and making sure we were happy. 2. Free social nights meet new people plus get free food and drinks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. 3. Just bring your own laundry detergent and use their machines for free. 4. Free Breakfast 5. I haft to give an extra shout out to the kitchen staff, they are the best and the taste of the food proves it. They keep everything fresh looking and clean and make sure you’re as happy as they are!!! 6. Our room was clean and well kept the only complaint is the hallway carpets were really in need of needing replaced and the padded bench seats in dinning area. Our wise like I said we enjoyed ourselves!

• Arnecia (4/5): - Was in town for the weekend for a wedding. Check-in was fast. Made it to the suite and the first thing I noticed was food left in the fridge. Called the front desk and they immediately came up and cleaned the fridge. Then I noticed the microwave was left dirty (my biggest pet peeve). The kitchen faucet was very loose. The curtains had stains on them and the walls were a little dirty. Housekeeping didn't come at all the 2 days we were there. On the positive, breakfast was great every morning. This hotel is not worth the money spent. Overall, we would not stay here again.

• WENDEL (4/5): Poor condition - needs maintenance - This hotel used to be the best in the area, but unfortunately has gone downhill. Cleanliness has noticeably declined. And the furniture is very worn & torn every time I visit. I don't trust sitting on it or trust sitting my luggage on the floor due to possible creepy crawlers...it makes me wonder what else they’ve neglected. This time, I took a picture and decided to leave a review. The only positives left are the friendly service and a decent breakfast. However, that’s not enough to keep me coming back. I’ve stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Schererville a few times...it offers much better quality at a slightly lower price. That’s where I’ll be staying from now on.

Disappointed that there was no pool, not the grandchildren didn’t seem to mind. The complimentary “Happy Hour” was cancelled due to the holiday so that was a bit disappointing as well. The staff was exceptional and very welcoming to all of us. Overall the 7 of us had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

The only smalllll condition issue a deducted a star for was the poor condition couch in the room. It was torn and stained
