• Robert (9/5): I usually stay here when in mid-Peninsula. I like it. - Typical "Suites" food but laid out well. Location near many good places to eat. Easy to get onto highway 101 to go north or south. Quiet. Gym is spacious and is well maintained. No complaints

• Sabha (8/5): It was a decent stay. - The beds were really comfortable with good pillows. The washroom and room were clean. When my friend fell, they offered us a bandage and medicine. When I requested a late checkout for 2 pm so that my friend could rest longer before we had to go to the airport, the manager Cameron allowed that and was very helpful. They did not provide complementary bottled water in the rooms. You had to sign up for a Hampton thing to get free water, which I didn't want to. The speed bumps(cushions) are a hazard in the parking lot where the raised middle section is not marked and difficult to see at night, and my friend tripped badly and sprained her ankle.

È scritto che basta chiedere per qualunque cosa ma mi hanno risposto “.. non è un ristorante..”. Personale colazione sbrigativo e un po’ scortese. Poi finiti gli yogurt di un tipo.. alla richiesta un bel NO! Con insistenza è andato a prenderlo. Peccato perché per tutto il resto è un Hotel perfetto per soggiorni in valley.

I was expecting my car to be broken into although that never happened. The price is reasonable and I would stay there again. Sketchy neighborhood.

• Richard (10/5): Excellent new Hotel in San Mateo - Great hotel in a convenient location for suburban San Mateo near Hillsdale and Norfolk. A very slight nitpick, but our room was right next to the Housekeeping area, so we could occasionally hear them chatting in outside our room. However, this was only in the afternoon and late morning and we didn't notice any noise from them in the evening or while we were sleeping.

• Traveling Jaz (8/5): The stay was definitely a convenience to staying close to the San Francisco city. - I liked how modern the hotel room looked, we definitely enjoyed the tv channel options available. The staff was very helpful in checking us in early. The beds were so uncomfortable, we rented a room with 2 queen beds. Everyone in the room did not sleep comfortably, the bed was to firm. I also didn't like the restroom door, it was a sliding door that closed but left a gap at the top of the door. Leaving no privacy for bathroom usage. Lastly, it would be nice to have more handicap parking spots near front entrance.

We could hear all the traffic from the freeway, room had cold air blowing and couldn't turn it off. Heat couldn't be adjusted and its winter. A humming noise coming from within walls. Other guests also were talking about it in the elevator.
• Alex (5/5): It was ok. - The location of the hotel is excellent. The stuff was very helpful and performed perfectly. The fitness room was much more than we expected. Everything was clean and cleaning stuff did a very good job. Breakfast was one of the downsides during our stay. Plates utensils all plastic and disposable and we felt like n camping. No vegetables what so ever, no decent coffee. No coffee machine to make a decent cup of espresso or cappuccino. The walls in the room thin and we could hear the next room guests, and also inside our room there was no soundproof between room and bathroom. Walls are too thin.

In check out day, the same housekeeper walked in without knocking while my daughter was in the shower. No apologies, just attitude.

• Gali (9/5): - Although the room was relatively small, it was very well-designed and didn’t feel tight even for four people. When breakfast time ends, the staff closes the curtains immediately, and access to the food is no longer possible (there’s no gradual closing of the dining area). So if you come down for breakfast about 15 minutes before closing, keep in mind that the food may soon be gone.
