August (8/5): Showing its age, but well maintained; I'd stay here again - No problems with wi-fi. Very comfortable bed, with a firm mattress, pillows the right size and firmness, and a blanket somewhat heavier than the usual thin motel cover. No serious problems with noise: train horns audible, but not loud enough to disturb sleep. Adequate lighting for working at desk and for reading in bed. Helpful staff: the check-in clerk quickly replaced a missing and a burned-out bulb in the desk lamp. Keurig apparatus for in-room coffee, and only two pods were provided. I probably could've got more by trekking to the office and asking; but it'd be better if they'd stock the room with a few more. The room was a bit small: there was very little room between the foot of the bed and the large desk chair.
Marsha (5/5): It sufficed considering we only needed a bed for one night. Being charged by both Booking and Coratel is not acceptable. - It was older and adequate I was charged twice. Once by Booking and also by the motel. Booking charged me $56 and Coratel Motel charged me $100. I will dispute Coratel’s charge.

On a positive side, inexpensive, [almost] everything was tidy and clean (but read about bathroom below), I had a good sleep, the receptionist was friendly and late check in was possible. A couple of complimentary water bottles. Negatives... 4 big cockroaches in bathroom (3 seemed to be in a process of dying from insecticide, 1 was very much alive). Bathtub had a fair amount of dirt, like some maintenance under ceiling was done and the bathroom was not cleaned afterwards. (This dirt easily flushed out) Not sure if I confused something about breakfast. Hotels.com mentioned a breakfast included in the price. I didn't notice any breakfast (around 7:30). On one occasion there were train horn sounds from the nearby railroad.

There were a few problems like hair dryer and microwave not working, but they were taken care of immediately so we couldn't ask for more! I was truly impressed with the care and service and we stayed there two weeks doing the fair!

Robert (8/5): Decent place to stay - For a lower end hotel this place was pretty decent. Its no hyatt but it was clean and comfortable. Pros- clean, no bugs, comfy bed and pillows, cold ac. Cons- super small parking lot and had to park in an alley, towels were super small and thin. Someone set alarm to go off at 4am too. Name of hotel is different than what is on website. All in all, i would stay here again but if a better known hotel was available, I'd go there 1st.

We had to ask for towels because our room didn’t have any. They told me to dial 0 to connect to the desk. The phone in the room didn’t even work. I had to call on my personal phone because there wasn’t anyone ever in the office. There a brick hold up the couch in our room. Which the couch it self looked like it was from the 90s. On the up side we didn’t see any bugs or anything like that.

Michelle (1/5): not worthy of being listed - nothing i did not stay here because I felt that the roon itself was moldy. I had trouble not coughing. The area is rundown and I felt unsafe. I could not secure my door . I immediately asked for a refund and had to pay a thirty dollar cancellation fee. I do not recommend this hotel. The ad gave this a 7.0 good rating and the pictures did not represent the site. The housemaid who apparently stays next to the room I was assigned was pleasant but her cigarette smoking was not appreciated.

There was egg shell foam stuck up in the windows. You could see daylight around the air conditioner, which by the way had a 5 degree swing on it and would not cool the room. Ugh, this was the WORST place ever.

slkoel40 (2/5): This was the worst experience ever. - I checked out early because I found bed bugs crawling on the bed and before I even got my stuff out of the room the owner was in my room going through stuff. I had booked for 2 nights, paid a cash deposit and the owner would not give us our money back ..not even for just the one night and wouldn't return our deposit either. The owner also claimed that we were the ones that brought the bed bugs in and called us trash and told us to get the F out of there. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here.
Donna (1/5): Bad - None The hotel charged extra $ without telling me what that is for. It is a federal crime. It is a sneaky way of charging more money. I told the hotel about it and no appropriate answer is provided. I will dispute it .

Ren (8/5): I'm working in the area starting next Wednesday and this hotel will be a ideal place to live in whil - I was charged $75 for deposit and I'm checking out I did not get the deposit back until the housekeeper made sure the room was okay I know the room was okay because I stripped the bed myself and I took out the trash but I still do not have my deposit as of 11:00 p.m. the same night The deposit is $75 seems a little bit strange but give the location and the history of that room with previous occupants at fully understand now. I'm just waiting to get my deposit back

Bharathakumaran (2/5): - Not comfortable, he changed me $100 for cleaning his (my room) washbasin, because of not drain washbasin or bathtub. I did complaint and he fixed but he said changed for the incidents. Im traveled since 2003 and 99% stayed in a motels including Marriott and major us brand hotels.
Verified traveler (2/5): - Not good and tight parking spot with lot of old cars paked like old car sales with for sale sign on it. Shower area and washbasin not drain properly. They repared and charged me $100.

Rose (2/5): - When we went to check in, they didn't have a reservation for us. The manager made phone calls and was able to reach another person who hadn't checked in yet, and he gave up his room for us. Don't know what happened with the reservation! Not happy.

Kati (6/5): - Paid online, had trouble finding my reservation and working have if I didn't have a itinerary number. I travel A LOT and this is one of the only places that requires a deposit of the price of the room. Room was clean and Keurig coffee pot in the room was nice.

Brown (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and beds. Adequate linen for bathroom. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Big thanks to Chris the owner. My refrigerator was not working properly and unable when I returned new refrigerator was placed in my room. Doors need some work but overall no complaints
Guadalupe (6/5): Okay - Price Room #214 door stuck can't open door from the inside,tub to slippery needs grip tape in tube almost slipped and fell,also parking is limited.

Stringer (5/5): Passable - The room was decently decorated and clean, water pressure was good in the bathroom but bathroom lacked cleanliness on the sink and bathtub. The staff were rude and had a strict way of handling pay. Being a new adult on my own is not my fault.

Micki (10/5): Exceptional - Very polite staffing. Cute family business. I had to find a last minute place to stay due to an issue with an Airbnb and this was a cheap option that surprisingly was just as comfortable and smelt better than what I paid 3 times the price for for an Airbnb. If I ever came back through this town I would choose this place first if you're looking for a low price place to crash. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!
Dexter (10/5): - Hard to find on GPS but convenient location.
Sharee (6/5): Pleasant - It was a clean room. The bed was good. The parking lot is horrible. Just no room to park. Not a lot of signs to the tell you where it is. Had to circle twice for us to find it with the GPS.
Robecca (4/5): I will not be staying there again - It was a very comfortable bed with a warm blanket. A very poor location! Did not appear safe. Broken lock on door between rooms. Very insecure doors and windows. Very thin walls and lots of night activity. Heater didn't work, it was down to 59 degrees by morning.
Lisa (8/5): - The staff was very friendly, worked with me on pet deposit and when I had a problem manager came right over, all in all pleseny stay. Only thing if I would make diff would be bed be a little softer.
Michael (8/5): Great location, Very comfortable beds at a good price! - Our room was very clean and cozy. The King size bed was very comfortable. We liked having a microwave oven and refrigerator even though we did not use them. The location was excellent for all downtown events. We could easily walk to where we wanted to go. The price made it a great value. The motel was dated and there were no extras but, for a good place to stay, and at a very good price, I would recommend the Sky-Palace Inn & Suites in Hutchinson, Kansas.
