• Bbbe (9/5): - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Borgo Punto Villa! Die Unterkunft bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Caprera. Besonders abends, wenn der Himmel von der untergehenden Sonne in die schönsten Farben getaucht wird, war es einfach magisch, wir haben diese Momente mit einem gemütlichen Apero cena auf dem kleinen, feinen Balkon genossen. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man braucht; wir haben oft selbst gekocht. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, und wir wurden von Anfang an unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt – vielen Dank dafür! Der Pool war sehr sauber und perfekt, um sich nach einem Tag am Strand zu erfrischen. Zu Fuss benötigt man etwa 20 Minuten ins Städtchen, doch die Ruhe und "Abgeschiedenheit" der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles! 🌅🐾 Es war nicht 100% sauber, nicht schlimm, aber wir haben noch etwas nachputzen müssen.

De slaapbank was wel erg simpel en had knoopjes in de bank die je voelt met slapen. Verder was er wat achterstallig onderhoud en het buiten meubilair mag net wat meer comfortabeler

• Carolina (7/5): Las instalaciones bien pero carece de servicios - La habitación, el salón con cocina, el poder aparcar frente a la habitación y la piscina muy bien. No sé si porque no lo leí antes pero cuando lo escogí entendía que era un tipo aparthotel con cuatro estrellas. Pero realmente es como una urbanización sin servicio de habitaciones, ni limpieza y además con un horario de atención bastante limitado. Llegamos a las 14:30 y tuvimos que esperar a las 15h para que nos abrieran y hubo un día que teníamos unas dudas sobre la 20h y ya no estaban. A nivel de servicio muy limitado.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur piscine et donc les montagnes voir même la mer. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre au rez de chaussée dont la terrasse se trouve a deux mètres du parking, a un mètre d un accès en escaliers pour d autres chambres et vue sur du laurier. Très décevant pour un voyage de noce lorsque la réservation était sensée avoir une vue largement plus mémorable et romantique...

• Amira (3/5): Family holidays - The location is good, close to the city and beaches The residence isn't only for tourists and it felt like locals are dictating their rules. For example, we had to wear a cap to enter the pool even for kids! I've never seen this anywhere else. Furthermore, the safeguard was very aggressive and rude. The flat had an outdoor space at the back where people can even walk on top as there is a bridge. It had no view and it was dark, we didn't use it at all. Finally, we forgot a couple of small items when we left, including a cuddly toy that I wanted to have back. I offered to pay for the shipment but because I didn't respond quickly enough, they threw everything away which is unacceptable especially that they are very small items and I mentioned that I wanted them back.

Good value for the area. - It was large and comfortable with good facilities such as a swimming pool. It had great views out to sea and the walk to the main centre was not as far as we were expecting. It seemed like a safe neighbourhood with a few great restaurants nearby. We were expecting to have a balcony as this was in the property details but there was none. This was really disappointing for me but the children were not bothered.

Lady in the reception was very helpful and polite. Nice view on the swimming pool and harbor. WiFi was not working in our apartment. Signal was very poor. There was strange life guard on swimming pool who whistled on us. Maybe he can’t speak, but it was difficult to understand that umbrella was broken just because he was whistled when I tried to use it.

Everything was great. Just be aware that in case you have 2 airco’s on and a washing machine at the same time-you will have a power outage 🙈! We were lucky enough to see the super moon from the balcony. Also watched the sun rise from there. Liked having two balconies plus the outside seating area at the back (in the shade). Well thought out. Liked dishwasher and washing machine. Everything you need is supplied, comfortable beds. Lovely staff, we were made to feel very welcome. Enjoyed Caprera for runs (parked just over the causeway to save town/ on road running)and beaches (Cala Portese- if driving, get there before 09:30 in August to get a parking space). Also, ferry runs regularly and it’s easy (Delcomar). Not a big issue for us but worth noting if you are tight on time: times for check in and out on the paperwork is different to the times on the office Window. (Check in Mon- Sat 15:30-19:30 Sun 17:30-19:30. Check Out everyday 09:00-10:00).
• Sita (9/5): Great vibes and amazing weather. - Great location and lovely staff, really helpful and quick to response. Lack of a curtain on the window in bedroom upstairs (very bright early morning). Rest was good.

• Magdalena (6/5): :/ - everything modern and quite new, free parking the place is available by a super steep driveway, you really risk to brake your car, the staff… quite antipathetic, they ask you to ptake out the trash before you leave, and ok- but indicate me first tweets the trash containers are… they don’t mention that to use the pool you need a head cap, one of the girls is quite arrogant … overalls… could be way better.. ah, also the bed in our apartment was kind of broken, we couldn’t fold it…
