- kirin (9/5): おしゃれでリーズナブルなホテル - 3泊滞在。台湾は年2回訪問。 おしゃれで機能的。円安の時にツインで15000くらいは安い。 毎回違うスタッフが親切。 空港送迎のタクシー手配は便利。部屋は清潔でベッドも快適。 ロビーのインテリアもすばらしい。 ホテルの向かいは映画館で、IMAXシアター！ ウサギの、イラストが可愛いと思ったら本物のウサギがいて、ビツクリ 駅まで、遠い。 繁華な西門街まで、徒歩3分くらいだが、西門駅までははじめて歩いたので、15分くらいかかりました。 ホテルの周囲に飲食店はないので朝食のとれる店はないが、すぐとなりはコンビニがあるので、日本人にはありがたい。 ツインの部屋のテーブルはふたりの、部屋としては小さいが、シングルを利用した友人は快適だったと喜んでいました。

- Joanna (8/5): A very clean, convenient and friendly hotel - surprisingly quiet for such a busy location. I would stay again. - I stayed here a few times during my trip to Taipei. Given how busy Ximending is, the hotel was quiet - I didn’t hear any street noise. It was very clean, staff were helpful and all the amenities were good - nice showers, fridge, kettle, hairdryer etc. There was nowhere to put away any clothes apart from a few hangers and not enough floor space to leave a suitcase open so unpacking was tricky. Although the garden view rooms are nice and - particularly at the 409 end of the corridor - the view is light and green - the windows are in the bathroom and so you don’t have the view from the bed / chair.
- H (3/5): Clean rooms but bad environment. - Stuff was nice. The room was clean. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the past few years. While the room was clean, it felt more like a basic backpacking accommodation. Starting at 8 AM, the noise from a business below was unbearable, with someone playing music and talking on speakerphone as if we were at an outdoor event. The volume was blaring, making it impossible to relax. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das gut Englisch spricht, moderne Einrichtung, kostenloses Wasser und Kapselkaffeemaschine (für einen gute Start in den Tag, jeden Tag gibt's 2 neue Kapseln). Dyson Föhn! Es gab eine Leselampe am Bett. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Fenster und fand das wirklich sehr schön! Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Gebäude, sondern liegt auf der 4. Etage in einem Wohnhaus. Es ist sehr hellhörig zu den anderen Zimmern, auch aus der Etage darüber. Wenn die Nachbarn nachts Krach machen, ist es als würden sie im Zimmer stehen...

Friendly staff, 24 hour reception, comfortable with relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming. Washing machine facilities (costs a little extra). Modern facilities and TV with streaming. Everything was great for a family stay. Also the rabbit 🙂 Nothing except one concern when I asked for a cab and gave the correct address but the staff wrote down a similar but wrong address for the taxi, and it was on the other side of town - unfortunately I missed a meeting 😬 I understand this was an accidental error.

- Ellen (8/5): - Het hotel ligt aan het rustige einde van de straat. De kamer is zeer schoon en het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. Fijne douche. Kamer (zonder raam) is wel klein, en omdat onze kamer ook geen raam had voelt het enigszins beklemmend. Prijs vind ik daarom aan de hoge kant.

- Barak firoza (9/5): - A very nice private hotel room, located in a very central location in the Ximending neighbourhood. The room is quiet, clean and comfy.
- Amy (7/5): 整體來說算不錯，如果下次有旅伴的話會再考慮二次入住，畢竟走到飯店的那段路一個人走真的會怕怕的 - 房間整體很舒適，很寬敞採光也很亮，設備也滿齊全的，吹風機很讚 離捷運站稍微有點距離，且算是在西門町徒步區商圈邊緣，晚上周圍燈光較暗且沒什麼人，對女生來說不安全感較重，再來隔音也比較差，附近房客活動進出都可以聽得一清二楚

- Francine (10/5): Perfect! - Very stylish, modern, clean, friendly staff, and excellent location! Adorable pet bunny in the lobby. Nothing. Everything was perfect! We would love to come back and stay here again!
- Bernice (8/5): Affordable stay in the city - Close to the main hub, and to the station but still in a quiet area. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Bed was comfortable, AC was very good Walls are VERY thin, could hear everything in the next room, hotel is situated in an apartment building block, hence rooms are a bit on thw small size.
- Hye Jung (7/5): - 청소를 엄청 열심히 해서 깨끗했어요. 위치가 매우 좋아요 주요 관광지랑 지하철 도보접근성 굿. 벽간소음이 좀 있고 샤워실 물빠짐이 좀 잘 안됩니다. 타이베이가 다 그렇긴 하겠지만 방이 좀 작아요. ‘미디움‘으로 무료 업그레이드 받았는데도 캐리어 큰 거 펼치는 데 좀 어려움이 있었습니다. 그리고 제가 잘 봤어야 하지만 급하게 방을 잡느라 창문이 없는지 몰랐네요;; 그래도 관리가 잘 돼서 잘 잤습니다.

- Katy (10/5): Fabulous hotel! - I thought this hotel was excellent. Fabulous location (especially if it’s your first visit to Taipei), very comfortable beds, powerful shower, Netflix available, coffee machines and Dyson hairdryer! Handy to have the gym partnership, we used this everyday. Staff were very sweet. WiFi wasn’t great and 4pm check in is too late
- Tan (8/5): - The front desk staff was really helpful in recommending nearby good eats and making arrangements for us to travel to the airport. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of, even though we're already seasoned travellers to Taipei. The location is a little quiet. At the quietest end of Ximenting, it would have helped if the area was a little more vibrant.

- Raya (9/5): Overall the stay was great! Great staff! Great beds! Great location! - The location was great near the bus stop and the ximen station mrt! the place is nestled within the ximending walking district so there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby! easy to locate just across the cinema area in ximending! We especially liked the shower as the water pressure and heating is great! The wifi is fast too! Bed is comfy! All of the staff were really helpful and accomodating! They speak fluent english so it was easy to communicate! Shout out to Naomi and Thomas who gave us recommendations on where to go and where to eat! Just that there wasn't any full body mirror. But that's just a minor detail.

- Clara (8/5): Nous avons été ravis aussi bien pour la qualité des chambres que pour l'emplacement - L'emplacement était vraiment très bien, a la fois proche du quartier animé de Ximending et assez éloigné pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit. Il était facile de se déplacer dans la ville depuis l'hotel. Le personnel a l'accueil était tout simplement adorable et le service de navette est vraiment très pratique. L'isolation des murs, on entendant vraiment très très fort les voisins ce qui nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprise (voix).

- Julian (8/5): Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Es wird sich gut um die Gäste gekümmert. Die Räume sind gepflegt und sauber. - Die gute Lage Mitten im Ximen District. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads gratis zur Verfügung. Es gab einen Dyson Föhn zur freien Verwendung. Sehr heller Raum mit tollem Bad. Gäste wahren in der Nacht etwas lauter. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig.

- Sara (4/5): Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr lebendigen Stadtbezirk, ist simpel aber gut ausgestattet. - Der Übernachtungspreis stand in keinerlei Verhältnis zum Standard des Zimmers. Leider fiel über Nacht der Strom aus und somit die AC, was bei einem fensterlosen Raum sehr unangenehm ist.

- Pablo (9/5): Calidad a buen precio - Para los que buscan la experiencia en Ximending es un lugar ideal. El acceso al hotel es diferente ya que el hotel se encuentra en un edificio de apartamentos. Una vez superado esto la atención y amabilidad hizo que todo fuera muy bueno.

Would definitely recommend for those who are on a budget. - We liked that the hotel has very very nice staff, they always greeted us with a smile, was very eager to help us, and always answered our questions in a polite manner. The hotel room was also very clean, and had good housekeeping services. We loved that the room provided Netflix and YouTube. They also had a very cute bunny which I never forgot to say hi to whenever passing the front desk. The location was a bit far from the station, and it could be a little scary walking around the area.

- Joelle (9/5): Perfect location and cute look! - The room is cute, clean and comfortable. There are big windows to give you a lot of light. The pillows and bed is nice, the shower is great. There is mouthwash and nice soap provided. There is a big tv with free Netflix too. The room is pretty small, but it didn’t bother us.
- MIYUKI (10/5): 素敵なお部屋 - ホテル近くの地図をくれて、観光地とかの説明をしてくれた。カタコトの日本語も話してくれてとてもフレンドリー。部屋にコーヒーやお菓子もあってゆっくりできた。なによりインテリアや内装が素敵。 シャワールームにちょっとした物が置ける棚があればさらによかった。
- Winnie (10/5): - Very convenient to any restaurants or shopping as right in ximending. In the quieter street area of ximending but all within close walking distance. Lots of breakfast options and literally a convenience store like family mart/7 eleven every corner! Found 3 themed 7 eleven nearby with one being on the same street! Staff there are very friendly, accommodating and helpful! They also have a very adorable grey rabbit! If you are guest there, can also go to a nearby gym 3-5 mins walk with well a big range of machines and weights and relatively quiet, no need to wait for any machines. Bright big windows inside the room which I really liked. Spacious for a family of 4. Kids loved the free Netflix. Highly recommend this place, definitely will come back if stay in Taipei.
