Guest Reviews
- PATRICIA (6/5): - the transportation to airport was free.
- Vass (8/5): - Régi, elhasznált felszerelés, ajtó zár nem biztonságos, zuháanyzáskor víz áll a fürdőben, evöeszközek és pohár, csésze hiányoznak. Ágy kényelmes, jól tudtam aludni. Dr. Vass Józsefné
- JP (10/5): - Self check in. You can walk to airport
- Yu (8/5): - Convenient, free shuttle bus
- Anna (8/5): - Very clean, comfy and great customer service.
- sam (6/5): - Need a clean or paint rooms door
- rhonda (4/5): - Needs updating. The grout looked old and the bathroom discolored. Cabinets looked outdated. We enjoyed the heated mattress pads on the bed and the bed was firm. The bathroom made us feel dirty. It was too small, and we had to unclog the toilet. Was unable to use the airport shuttle because we were unable to find the QR code. Without the code, we were not able to communicate with the owner. The location was good near the airport, but the value was low for the price. You should stay further away in a nicer hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice when he knocked on the door at 9 and asked when we were leaving.
- Jun (6/5): - The instruction for how to get there is not clear.
- Vladimir (8/5): - Close to Airport, quiet.
- Lisa (2/5): - Terrible experience
- Yan (10/5): - The hotel is like apartment building, the room is bigger than hotel, and the bed is like king size.
Very good for business and family
- Joseph (6/5): - The apartment is near the airport and easy to get to. We followed the instructions for the shuttle there and then took a taxi back to the airport. The area is good, lots of options for food around. The room itself was sadly run down and looked very different to the photos. The bedding was clean and although the bathroom had obviously been cleaned, as it was so run down it didn't feel so clean. My wife, kids and I slept well but overall we were disappointed by the quality compared to the photos and the price
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient and affordable - Good studio for a night or two. However bathroom is outdated and water links when you shower.
Great indications from owner to find the place and free 10 minutes shuttle from T1. Good wifi and comfortable beds
- Robert (4/5): - It’s really hard to find the room and also check-in no one is around to help you.
- Seong (2/5): - Pillow & sheets are dirty.
- Zazil (8/5): - Excellent choice if you want to be close to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): One Night Stay - We stayed for one night as we needed to be at Incheon Airport quite early the next day. The condition was ok for the price we paid.
The host was responsive and very helpful with directions and photos (Kakao Talk is required). The kettle was broken so we informed the owner.
Although there is not much to do around, the place was very convenient to the airport (free shuttle bus is available).
- Vladimir (8/5): - good place, close to ICN, Quiet, not expensive
- Geoffrey (6/5): - The good
1. Great location and accessible to Airport...
2. Good for an overnight connection or quick stay.
3. Great communication with staff and security codes.
4. Good price
Not so good.
1. Room was warm evev with AC on.
2. Freezer needed defrost really bad
3. Bathroom floods when showering and in need of serious upgrade. Really outdated and unclean appearance.
- Eden (2/5): - Dirty
- Bernice (2/5): - No AC.Very hot
- Gabrielle (8/5): - PRO: Super close to ICN, free shuttle available to/from the airport, room is spacious, quiet & clean; strong wifi, very helpful hotel contact (no check-in/service counter), has fridge/microwave in the rm, lots of fans in the rm, rm has a washer, toiletries available in the rm, lots of towels, convenience store/restos in the 1st floor.
CON: Lodging is a semi-hotel/apartment-type, rm can get hot & AC are not adjustable, water tends to spill out of the shower when showering, bathroom is kind of small for 5 guests, beds are the hard-type which is not comfy for a soft-bodied American like me.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for those who wants to stay close to the airport short or long term.
- kathleen (2/5): Hot as hell - No air conditioning. Was warmer indoor than outside
- Vladimir (2/5): There is no reception. It was very very hard to fi - We just slept there. There is no reception. It was almost impossible to find out which room is ours and how to get there. Into consideration: nobody there speaks English.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Owner sent out very thorough instructions prior to our arrival. Great location for our overnight layover at Incheon.
- Minerva (2/5): - Owner didnot disclose that there was no air conditioning at the property at that time. There were 2 fans and a portable humidifier was provided but was not enough to cool the place. Owner explained that cooling is controlled at the building but there was cold air in the building but not in the room. We opened the windows but that did not help.
- Maria Anna (4/5): - Gogo house was very accessible and near the airport. 7-11 stores and restaurants are just walking distance. As specified on the website, rooms are on 8th floor but we were advised to use the room at 11th floor which we think looks different from the advertised photos. Walls and floor are stained. The room is OK for resting/sleeping 5 people but the air-conditioning doesn’t work. Fans, air cooler and heater are provided. Had to open the window for air circulation and to release some smell in the room. OK for overnight stay.
- Vladimir (10/5): - Not very high quality, but everything I need I've got.
- Song (10/5): - All information and instructions to get to hotel and airport using free shuttle bus was extremely helpful. The detail explanation with pictures is amazing. The facility was a little outdated though. There are only 3 dining places in the building, however the foods were very tasty. I would highly recommend for a short stay nearby ICN airport.
- Ray (4/5): - Very poor
- Mark (8/5): - More than adequate for 1 nights stay. No check in, but excellent instructions provided by the property manager. Spacious room, with 2 queen beds, 1 single. Close to shuttle bus for the airport.
- Trevor (10/5): - Very comfortable, good communication with helpful staff.
- Robert (8/5): - Location was convenient and easy to find thanks to the detailed directions provided.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Very close to the airport and free shuttle bus
- SHI YAO (6/5): - Overall is good, staff is very kind and explained clearly. The room itself is old so the cleanliness is not that good, especially the drain is clogged so when I took a shower the whole toilet is flooded
- Han Joo (4/5): - Room smelled bad, most likely from bathroom drain.
- SYU HUI (8/5): Convenient location, very near to Incheon Airport - Convenient location - very near to Incheon Terminal 1 - and very responsive host who provided clear and concise instructions and directions. Will stay again on layovers :)
- Yoke Leng (6/5): - It was totally just a transit hotel that near airport and a casino. Nothing else!
- Gagandeep (2/5): - It is very dirty. Washoom also in bad condition. I booked for 1 night for me a d my family but we were left within 1 hours because of bad smell everywhere in room and building. I suggest to other if they looking cheaper place, please don't book this. Add $5-10 more and book different one.
- Thomas (8/5): - Very convenient location near the airport. The convenience of a fully furnished apartment
- Dima (6/5): - We got what we paid for. If you need a place to stay for 1 night because of an early flight it works, but I'd pay a little extra next time and stay somewhere else. I took a shower and the entire bathroom got wet (which is the norm in Korea), but there was some black sediment that suddenly appeared on the bathroom floor. Again you get what you paid for.
- Sam (8/5): - Communication from the house was good. While the room was nothing spectacular, and a little worn in places, it was spacious and comfortable, perfectly fine for what I was using it for. The price was very good too.
I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm in Incheon.
- Hannie (2/5): - I had cancel my travel plans because of the floods but they hotel would not let me cancel the reservation even when all trains were suspended and I had no means of travel.
- Edward (10/5): - It was spacious. It had a washing machine. Only two complaints: old building (the unit has cracked ceiling) and weak AC
I especially appreciated the management’s help with transportation information.
- Genevieve (2/5): - The room was dirty and there was a bar of used soap and nothing else. I messaged to tell the hotel. They told me to just use the used bar of soap, and not to throw it away!!! I couldn't lock the room door from the outside, so I couldn't go out. The fire alarm kept going off and the warning was in Korean only so I didn't know what to do. Credit to the hotel staff for answering my message at 1:00 a.m. and told me it was a malfunctioning alarm. All in all, terrible stay. Was an overnigt layover, would have been better off slumming at the airport and saved the money and all the hassle!
- Edith (2/5): - Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel was terrible. The reception, communication, and logistics were bad, and many others were under worse stress. The worst part was when they woke me up three times and asked me to leave my room because they had rented it out multiple times. However, I refused to go as I had no available space. I had made an advance payment and had reservation months ahead. I was contacted by the hotel and given a room number and key pass weeks early. Later, I received an email regarding a mistake, which was poorly written and lacked details about the situation. As a result, I used my original key to access it.
Although the initial information worked, the staff informed me that I could only enter the room with a key number because there was no reception, and that is partially part of the problem because you need a phone number to do anything. Despite being woken up early three times, I refused to make any changes as I booked the hotel to be close to the airport for a 3:00 a.m. flight. I received poor service despite paying a high price. The administration contacted me unpleasantly, but I stood my ground and asserted my rights. However, they still did not address my concerns, and some people were left without a room ( they will plan to fix it). The property needs to be better maintained, and cleanliness is a big concern. It has been one of my worst experiences among the 50 countries I've on. I may need to file a dispute to get my money back.
- SOONGUN (6/5): - Right acoss the street, there is a free shuttle bus to airport every 10 minutes.
- Forrest (10/5): Amazing View - This place was very clean, quiet and the beds were so comfy! I highly recommend this place! Lots to see walking around and eateries everywhere! We definitely will stay here again next visit to Korea!
- ATAR (4/5): - Reviews are accurate, this hotel has basic facilities, very old hugh crack in the ceiling. Difficult checkin in as described. We were lucky the owner of the pub in the building below helped us and he spoke English and Korean. We went after to get a beer so if you’re there recommend place Cinders pub, with really nice owner!!
To get there from terminal 2 you need to go up to 3rd floor, gate 5 and take the free shuttle bus to world business center. From terminal 1, 3rd floor gate 12 same location. Hope this helps someone else who is finding it difficult like us to get there.
- Lauren (4/5): - Excellent location, it was just such a shame the building itself appears to be due for some refurbishment. The main room itself was clean with some definite need for refreshed furnishings however the bed linens were clean which was key. The bathroom appeared rusted and was in poor condition. Check in was confusing and it was difficult to get a hold of the property management.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Gross. - Room was dirty, clumps dust under the beds. The shower/toilet room was so smelly that none of us used the shower and just skipped that day as the room smelt bad.
As per the instructions we contacted the check in person via line and got no response for over 2.5hours and in the end needed to buy an international day pass on my phone ($10)just to make a phone call the check in after being stuck in the lobby for 15min.
The front of the building looks good but there is no check in desk and the the hotel rooms look run down. Would not stay again.
- Bharat (2/5): - The Expedia summary says that the front desk will greet you on arrival. There is no front desk. When you get to the building, there is no information anywhere. Even though I sent the message in the morning to send me the check-in information, I didn't receive any response. I never received it. There is no phone number or any way to contact them on Expedia. At one point, I thought the hotel was a fake hotel and was thinking about finding other hotels walking around with my luggage. Murphy's law, my internet (from US provider) was acting weird. Scary situation to be in at night.
A Korean angel lady I met in the elevator going up and down and stopping on every floor somehow found the number asking around in shops and called the guy. And, he gave me the room number and pass. Never going there again.
- Karl (6/5): - It is NOT a hotel. More like a furnished apartment arrangement with a building manager at the bottom. No reception or hotel like concierge. Functional, clean. Basic... Very basic. Everything is worn and tired. However, the beds are comfortable and clean. A/C is working. Bathroom is functional and some basic toiletries are provided, tooth brushes and paste, shower gel, hair shampoo. Towels are too small for me, but functional and sufficient. Microwave and kettle, cups and some water also provided. Internet/WiFi free and decent speed.
- Sam (8/5): - The check-in process gave me a bit of difficulty, but once that was done, the room was just fine for its intended purpose. A little worn in places, but still good.
The location, just across the road from the airport shuttle bus stop, was especially good.
- Jingfeng (8/5): - Some of the staffs did not speak English and it was very difficult to communicate with the hotel. The hotel did not tell us the room number and password after 2 pm on the day of checking in. I had to call to get the information. The staff spoke English poorly. He asked when I planed to leave next day, I told him that I may leave at noon because of my flight next day is at 4 pm. After entering the room, I found a note on the wall saying that an extra charge of $8 will be applied if I leave after 11 am. I tried to call the hotel, but the staff who picked up the phone did not understand English.
- Aaron (10/5): - It was a nice, relaxing place to stay.
- Joohyun (10/5): - So comfortable and clean
- Aaron (6/5): - The room was very nice and clean. It was close to the airport, which was ideal. However, it was hard to find the room I was supposed to stay in, and there was no welcome desk. The check-in system was confusing.
- Joseph (4/5): You get what you pay for. - Workers on the first floor could not tell me where the GoGo House was located. No lobby. No check in desk. Room assignment and door code received via text. No bath towels, just numerous hand towels. On the positive: manager allowed me to check in early. Bus stop for free shuttle bus to airport terminals is half block from "hotel".
- Vincent (8/5): Quick stay - Picked location based on proximity to airport. Glad I did because I needed to walk. The maglift train was not running the day I needed it. Was straight 10 minute walk. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Nothing spectacular, but functional
- Laura (8/5): Comfortable Beds - Bed was comfortable. Good place to stay for the day before flying. Very close to the airport.
- Sankarsan (8/5): - Convinient location. Airport free shuttle service stop is at walking distance. Indian restaurant and other convinience store is very nearby. Would recommend for people who plan to stay for short period to catch flight.
- Randy (10/5): - I was very pleased with this hotel. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport with a free shuttle bus. The hotel was clean and very quiet. I slept very well and it had everything I needed. I would highly recommend.
- Li (10/5): Make sure you arrange for airport pick up! - Since we were not familiar with the area, we needed a lot of help getting to the hotel. Save yourself the headache and arrange for an airport pickup by Gogo house ahead of time. Also, there are restaurants and a convenient store on the first floor!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good service for the airport transfer service. It is walkable to the airport so one who is having early flight can have it considered.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location was perfect! So good to have a place so easy to get to after my flight! The communication was really great and they were super helpful even when my flight was delayed and I had to check in late! The room is very spacious and comfortable! Would recommend!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Price, location, amenities good. Minimum service but good enough.
- Nolan (6/5): - It was a little confusing to get to at first, but they kindly sent a message with the directions. To room was good enough for what I needed it for. Had a 15 hour layover through the night, I just wanted a place to rest my head. It is about a 20 minute walk from Terminal 1.
The staff member gladly spoke English and was helpful in getting into the room. Bed was comfy for me and was clean.
Would stay again if I ever have a similarly situation with a long layover.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I love that self check in . And it is so convenient & closed from airport .
- EK (2/5): - It is easy and close from airport.
Also, you can ride Magnetic levitation train.
It is free .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Easy access to airport and convenient stores nearby ... air conditioning not working properly so it’s get warm around check out time
- Kathy (10/5): - Because there was a language difference and the flight got in very early in the morning my d-in-l was not able to get to the hotel until the afternoon of the day I booked for her. She had a 15 hour layover with 2 children. The staff was very good to her. She and the children got out of the airport to rest and shower. She will probably do the same on the trip home.
Thank you for the man that pick her up and took her back to the airport! (Sorry I forgot his name.)
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bed and sheets were new and clean.
Everything else eas not.
- Danny (6/5): - Very close to Incheon T1 and that's the only airport shuttle for free. If you need to go T2, u have to get a taxi or get a airport shuttle yourself. Apartment is ok condition but clean. Some restaurants and conscience store downstairs which is good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Too bad..cannot cook. Instructions shld have english for internatiinal visitor
View is nice. Amenities is average bcoz near Airport. Good free shuttle bus available
- Cameron (10/5): - There are many restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor of the building and a bus stop is within sight of the hotel. Taxis are always waiting outside too. Great place to stay for layovers. Would stay here again definitely.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Love the round trip complimentary transfer. The staff is very friendly. But inside the room is kinda old. Maybe need fresh paint and more cleaning. Overall is alright.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property seated six personnel as needed. The display online rarely match what the customer request which was astonishing.
- some0ne (8/5): - Clean place. Got the instructions to get into the room through wechat
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good choice for overnight stay at INC - It was just an overnight stay preceding my return flight. I called the phone number they provided me, was picked up at the airport and they gave me the room number and entrance code. Room was spacious with a great viw on INC airport. It has a fridge (2 complementary water bottles), a microwave and even a laundry machine. There is no restaurant in the building and even since I wasn't too hungry, in a small shop on the ground floor you can buy some simple food and drinks. Wifi was fast. Had a good sleep.
Absolutely value for money..
- Jeffrey (4/5): Nope - It's close to the airport so location is alright. This hotel is rather strange as it is actually a bunch of rooms which were bought by individuals and are now rented out to people. You will see many other "hotels" listed in the same building. We slept on top of the comforter as the linens looked dirty and in need of laundering. The room didn't have towels so we had to request it from the guy who opened the room for us. (owner??) The room is not the best and is in need of remodeling. There is a convenience store downstairs which helped and there are also restaurants which look to be fairly cheap and run-of-the-mill. Good if you just want a meal and nothing special I suppose. We would not stay here again though as it is not very clean and needs renovation. Spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - nice and pleasant stay in general, pick up and drop off service was really useful!
- J (6/5): - Staff was great, clean room, convenient and close to airport. Only downside, charged for parking after it said parking is free.
- Connor (8/5): Friendly and helpful - Whoever runs the place is super friendly and helpful. We communicated via WeChat (which apparently has Google translate built in), and they were able to give me all the info I needed to arrive late at night when no one would be there to receive me. Simple accommodation by the airport, don't know what else you could want.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Easy to find - The hotel was easy to find, staff are friendly and it’s easy to get to via the free shuttle bus or mono rail. The beds were very comfortable and clean. You are not allowed to cook so it probably should not be advertised that it has a kitchenette. The microwave, cups, and showers were all dirty and the drains do not drain well in shower.
- Yiu Keung (6/5): So far so good - Just stayed for 7 hours before the flight. The room is big but cleanliness should be improved.
- MAHYIDDIN (10/5): Let's Go go to gogo for holiday - Best. very comportable,Service very good, friendly and INFORMATIVE. Fully guided to room
- Hwang (8/5): - Relatively good for short layover stay
- Yong (8/5): Great for layovers - Not the nicest hotel in the area, but it is cheap and close to Incheon International Airport. Free shuttle service is a plus. Great for layovers or for people who have early morning flights.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Very close to ICN airport - Everything is pretty good except the bed. There are some hair and fur on the sheet and blanket.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Value for the money - Overall the place itself was okay. But the wall is too thin that there are some noise from neighbors plus airplane noise as it's closed to airport.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Budget studio - Bathroom was old and toilet was rocking. Address was difficult to find, located inside building. Decent location with food and convenient store around. Free shuttle to airport.
- Christine (8/5): - Convenient stay if you have a late arrival in Incheon.
- Philip (6/5): - The guest is close and convenient to the airport. Make sure you have a working phone In case the reception is out. Airport drop off service was good. Not able to operate TV
- Charles (6/5): Heading downhill - I've stayed at the Gogo House each year for the past four years and everything seems to be heading downhill. It's obvious the management is not putting any money towards maintenance of the rooms. Several things require immediate attention and I doubt they ever get noticed. First, there was standing water on the bathroom floor. This happens because the shower drain is higher than the floor. No regular size bath towels - just three little "hand towels," a bar of used (Note: community) soap, a bottle of "labeled Head and Shoulders shampoo," but seemed it was filled with some generic type of hair shampoo. The "pull-out" table leg broke and almost dumped all my stuff on the table, onto the floor. The Gogo House free shuttle is very efficient and friendly. WiFi is free and extremely fast. However, due to the continued down hill slide of the conditions of the rooms, we have already made reservations for next year at another House in the same complex. (Oh, did I mention to say the Gogo House rooms are in an "Office Building" with offices converted to hotel rooms. The entire environment is very stale and artificial. Plenty of small "neighborhood" eateries on the main level of the building, and there's a large E-Mart across the street for grocery purchases. The Incheon Airport FREE Shuttle is also nearby, if you choose to return to the terminal for more dining choices.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok for one night stay - It's an apartment with tenants most likely working at the Incheon Airport area. There's no concierge or checkin or checkout whatsoever. The owner will go to the airport to pick you up, and to go to aiport, take the airport shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes from a nearby bus stop.
E-mart is just 2 minutes walk away, a few restaurants are at the ground level of the building.
Room is big and generally clean but feels a tad run down. Bed is hard. Amenities are as basic as can be, and it's advisable to bring your own bath towel as only face towels are provided.
Enough for one night stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly manager and staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel provided the shuttle pick up location was wrong in the email. It is not number 12, it is #8. I highly recommend the hotel to update their information to avoid any confusion in the future. I found it was very hard to get hold of the hotel desk over the phone when we landed in Korea to arrange a shuttle pick up. It took almost two hrs to get the shuttle to pick us up. The hotel is comfortable and clean but the shuttle pick up service is terrible.
- Winnie (10/5): Good for a short stay - Excellent location, good value for $, perfect for an overnight stay to catch a nap after a late-night flight, free airport shuttle across the street.
- Peter (8/5): Great value, convenient for Incheon layovers - For a quick layover stay, this was a great value. Immediately after booking, I received an email from the hotel with maps and instructions. Upon arrival, the airport information desk called the hotel and the shuttle van arrived in less than ten minutes as promised. The hotel is very close to the airport and the driver gave us a paper with the passcode for the room lock and wifi - no checkin required. There are a few korean restaurants and convenience shops in and near the hotel building, but it isn't a very lively neighborhood. There is a station on the airport express train line across the street if you want to go into Seoul or back to the airport, as well as a free airport shuttle bus stop right outside the building. The room was very large with basic but comfortable furniture as well as a kettle, mini fridge with two small bottles of water and a washing machine in the bathroom. The free wifi worked well. The towels provided were very small like hand towels, but there was shampoo and bar soap as well as toothbrushes provided. Overall, a very good value in a convenient location for a layover. I probably wouldn't choose this hotel for a longer stay, but I would definitely use it again when passing through.
